Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan sebuah aktivitas bagi penyedia jasa yang harus dikerjakan dengan baik oleh perusahaan. Banyak strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, kaitannya dengan kualitas pelayanan, dimana aspek tersebut sangat penting untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, seberapa besar kontribusi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan mengetahui koefisien regresi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Kayndra Dwi Pesona Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh dengan responden berjumlah 30 pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi dimana nilai koefisien korelasi mendekati 1 berarti memiliki hubungan yang kuat antara pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi dari hasil pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggambarkan besarnya kontribusi variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini juga mencari koefisien regresi diperoleh dalam bentuk persamaan yang didapatkan dari perhitungan statistik.

Abstract

In planning the development of transmigration areas, it is necessary to efficiently and effectively realize the development of transmigration areas. The planning process is excellent and correct, and the implementation of the Transmigration Regional Plan (RKT) is agreed upon by all stakeholders both in the center and the region. Transmigration development is one of the efforts to accelerate growth, especially outside Java, to increase its role as a driver of regional development and improve regional competitiveness that is still low. Planning of transmigration settlement areas is carried out with a participatory approach intended for the local community around to act as a subject instead of an object in the planning process of the development of the Transmigration Development Area (WPT) and the Location of Transmigration Settlements (LPT). This is done because they have a direct relationship and interests with the development of settlements transmigration to the economy, management of natural resources, human resources, and the environment. The analysis work is intended to examine the carrying capacity and capacity of the land of the planning site as an agricultural production system and natural resource management that has functional and hierarchical interrelationships with the growth center in a single development system. The preparation of the economic potential of The Transmigration Regional Plan in Long Apari District is done by collecting primary data and secondary data based on the dominant types of commodity cultivation, among others: crops, plantations, industrial plantation forests. The existing economic potential is then implemented in the Determination of Transmigration Business Patterns that also consider investor interest in commodities to be developed in the concession area to improve the regional economy of the Long Apari Transmigration Area Plan.

Abstract

Share prices describe the quality of a company. High stock prices indicate that companies perform well, and companies that perform well are companies that will be much in demand by investors, because investors expect high dividends that can improve the welfare of shareholders. The amount of dividends paid to shareholders depends on the dividend policy that has been taken by each company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of dividend policy on stock prices. Dividend policy is measured by the Dividend Per Share (DPS) indicator on the company's financial statements for the period 2012-2016. For stock prices are measured using the average closing of the monthly stock price for each year. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the IDX website and the official website of the company PT Unilever Indonesia. Analysis of research results used is measuring the magnitude of correlation, determination and simple regression. The processing of this research uses the SPSS 22 software application. The results show that the correlation between Dividend Per Share (DPS) to the Closing Share Price is very strong, that is equal to 0.991 with a variable contribution of 98.2%. While the remaining 1.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the t test obtained the significance value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a significant influence on the Closing Price.Keywords: Dividends per Share, Closing Prices

Abstract

Abstrak Setiap institusi perusahaan pasti memiliki figure pemimpin yang mempunyai ciri khas gaya kepemimpinannya. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan proses di mana seseorang mempengaruhi orang lain atau suatu kelompok dalam usahanya untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang sudah ditetapkan. Dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat maka seorang pemimpin dapat memotivasi karyawannya untuk bekerja secara maksimal, sehingga kinerja karyawan bisa lebih baik lagi. Perusahaan akan meningkat kinerjanya bila ada kerjasama dan hubungan yang baik antara pemimpin dengan karyawannya. Upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan sebuah tugas bagi pimpinan untuk memilah gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan pada sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karayawan pada PT Melzer Global Sejahtera, Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Melzer Global Sejahtera, yang berjumlah 35 responden. Hasil penelitian menggunakan perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,703 menunjukkan hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,5%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan diketahui sebesar 49,5% sedangkan sisanya 50,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang mungkin bisa jadi bahan penelitian mendatang. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebesar Y= 14,943+0,557X. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Education is a comprehensive thing and involves many systematic aspects. Therefore one of the determining factors for the success of our education program. At present there is the recruitment of students who get the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the procurement of smart jakarta program in SMP Negeri 120. The sample in the study was all student in the junior high school. The results of the study showed that the card-giving program was very effective, even though there were students who refused the card.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Manajemen perusahaan melalui divisi SDM harus dapat mengelola dengan baik karyawan yang ada. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan sehingga akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan kualitas karyawan berupa prestasi kerja. Dari sekian banyak variabel, salah satu faktor yang turut mempengaruhi prestasi adalah motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT Bringin Rancang Sejahtera Jakarta. Metodelogi penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengamatan langsung, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kuisioner. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan PT Bringin Rancang Sejahtera Jakarta yang berjumlah 42 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,741 menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang erat antara motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 54,9% sisanya 45,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Sedangkan koefisien regresi ditemukan fungsi persamaan Y = 18.456 + 0,588X.

Abstract

Excellent service is caring for customers by providing the best service to facilitate the convenience of customer needs. Excellent service plays an important role in an organization and can provide a positive image for the organization. Puskesmas is a government-owned organization, the service at the Puskesmas will affect population loyalty to the Government. Although many customers (patients) will not reduce the income (salary) of employees. The study was conducted using qualitative descriptive method data obtained based on the results of observations and interviews. The strategic location of the Pondok Aren Community Health Center, located in a residential area and surrounded by people with a very dense middle and lower income is a very strategic potential for treatment at the Community Health Center. Services at the Pondok Aren Health Center are quite effective, this can be seen from the running of the program outside the building and inside the building to provide strategic services in order to improve public health. Examination in the poly section provides the best service with a number of poly which includes diseases in general, teeth, children and even the elderly. The amount of poly available is sufficient so that there is no accumulation of patients in the waiting room. With this good service, puskesmas have a very wide opportunity or potential to develop in the Pondok Aren and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Administrasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan organisasi atau badan usaha yang sangat penting. Administrasi harus dikelola dengan baik guna membantu mekanisme kerja dari seluruh karyawan instansi yang bersangkutan dalam pencapaian tujuan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Administrasi berlaku diperusahaan perbankan. Bank merupakan salah satu sumber potensi penggerak laju perekonomian dalam negeri maupun global. Kliring merupakan jasa penyelesaian hutang piutang antar bank dengan cara saling menyerahkan warkat-warkat yang akan dikliringkan dilembaga kliring. Saat ini di Indonesia terdapat 105 penyelenggara kliring lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Proses administrasi kliring pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia terdiri dari DKE penyerahan debet keluar, sentralisasi warkat debet masuk, pengembalian debet data keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar), pengembalian debet data keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar)-pembukuan biaya tolakan, pengembalian debet keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar)-pembukuan reversal, pengembalian debet keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar)-pembukuan biaya intercity, pengembalian debet masuk H+1 (tolakan masuk). Pihak-pihak yang berwenang dalam penanganan administrasi kliring terdiri dari kepala dan wakil kepala bagian sentra operasi RTGS dan kliring, supervisor kliring debet, petugas seksi kliring debet, teller, petugas DHN.

Abstract

Currently, the company competes to maximize the role of technology in innovating and developing its business. One of them is PT Planet Ban Pasar Kemis in terms of promoting the latest tire products. In this case, researchers want to change the way Planet Ban promotes which has so far only used a 2D tire catalog by utilizing Android-based AR techniques. This makes it difficult for customers to understand the tire products of PT Planet Ban Pasar Kemis. But with AR, customers only need to scan 2D catalog images with Android to see the tire model into 3D form. The system development method used by researchers is the waterfall method where the sequence and steps of research have been structured by the condition of PT Planet Ban. As for System Analysis and Design, researchers use Unified Modelling Language or UML methods, while product design uses blenders and unity to apply 2D catalog images into 3D models. To measure the success rate of the application, researchers conducted a testing phase using the black box testing method with results that match the test scenario so that the application can be used according to the needs of the user.

Abstract

The desire for a new business line to increase new income is one of the goals of conventional banks opening Islamic business units (UUS) or Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). This goal will be achieved if the transfer of knowledge (marketing knowledge, technological knowledge and experience) and commitment to increasing resources (human resources, capital, infrastructure) from the parent company to the subsidiary companies goes well. In fact, the market share of Islamic banking is still very small compared to the conventional industry, only recorded at 7.09% and there is a large discrepancy in the performance of Islamic Business Units and Islamic Commercial Banks compared to the performance of their parent companies. The author is interested in conducting this research, with the consideration that Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is the largest Islamic bank and Bank Mandiri as the holding company and controlling shareholder. The author wants to know how the performance comparison of both. Supposedly if shareholder commitment is high to its subsidiaries, then total assets, equity, net income and financial performance ratios in this case CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, BOPO and LDR are not much different. The sample data is the financial performance of BSI and Bank Mandiri as of Quarter I 2021 to Quarter IV 2022. The columnogorov-smirnov test is used to test data normality and independent sample t-test to test hypotheses, with the SPSS 25 program. As a result, there is no simultaneous significant differences between BSI and Bank Mandiri in CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, BOPO and LDR or all financial performance indicators, but partially there are significant differences for all of these financial performance indicators
