Abstract

Financial intelligence in the competition is absolutely necessary in today's modern society. Deemed necessary, due to the financial intelligence that includes how a person manages financial-owned well is capital to improve the welfare of each individual. This study intends to analyze the effect of learning in college and family financial education to student financial behavior, and the impact of the financial literacy of students to the financial behavior of students with student research object STIE 'YPPI' Rembang. Research shows that learning in higher education and financial education affect student financial literacy, while financial literacy have an impact on the financial behavior of the students. Additionally, financial literacy proved able to moderate learning in college and family financial education in student financial behavior.Keyword : Financial Literacy, Financial education, Financial behavior

Abstract

The role of UMKM to the economic development of a region is very important, as well as with Rembang regency. Strengthening the competitiveness of UMKM become strategic effort in winning the competition between UMKM in a region. Therefore, finding the factors that affect the competitiveness of UMKM become necessary for the development of UMKM.The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect UMKM in Rembang. Competitiveness factors are measured using product advantages, human resources, and product marketing using IT. The sample in this research is the leading sector of UMKM in Rembang such as Batik Lasem, Processed Fish, and Furniture. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the number of research respondents is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis method by conducting instrument test (validity test and reliability test), data analysis technique (multiple linear regression test, test of determination, and t-test).Validity and reliability test is done with 30 respondents which are all valid and reliable results. Result of t-test proves that independent variable consisting of product superiority, human resources, and product marketing by using IT have a significant positive effect to competitiveness of UMKM. In F test, get result of significance value smaller than 0,05. This proves that simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Determination test proves that product superiority, human resources, and marketing of products using IT affect the competitiveness of 56%, while the rest is influenced by factors outside the independent variable in this study.  Keywords: UMKM, Competitiveness, Featured Products

Abstract

Peranan UMKM terhadap perkembangan ekonomi suatu daerah sangat penting, demikian juga dengan Kabupaten Rembang. Penguatan daya saing UMKM menjadi upaya yang strategis dalam memenangkan persaingan UMKM antar wilayah. Oleh karena itu, menemukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM menjadi hal yang dibutuhkan untuk perkembangan UMKM.Salah satu sector unggulan Kabupaten Rembang adalah sector perikanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM olahan ikan dengan menggunakan alat analisis analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dengan metode perhitungan bobot IFAS dan EFAS.Penelitian ini termasuk deskriptif kualitatif, yang memfokuskan pada Analisis SWOT untuk membantu UMKM olahan ikan meningkatkan daya saing agar mampu bersaing dengan UMKM lain yang sejenis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan memiliki skor 1,542, kelemahan 1,512 dengan total skoring IFAS 3,054. Untuk faktor eksternal peluang memiliki skor 1,631, ancaman 1,341 dengan total skoring EFAS 2,972. Dengan begitu kesimpulan penelitian faktor internal yang ada pada UMKM olahan ikan adalah faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi daya saing UMKM olahan ikan. Kata Kunci : Analisis SWOT, UMKM, DayaSaing UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to test profitability, activity ratios, and asset growth in predicting stock betas in manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 49 firms with a total of 245 observations. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that asset growth had a significant negative influence on stock beta, profitability as proxied by return on equity and activity ratio proxied by total asset turnover had an insignificant negative influence on stock beta. The results of the determination test show that 23.6% of the stock beta variable can be explained by variations of the independent variables and the remaining 76.4% is explained by other causes outside the model in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency. The purpose of this study is to prove: (1) the direct effect of compensation on performance, (2) the direct effect of motivation on performance, (3) the indirect effect of compensation through job satisfaction on performance, (4) the indirect effect of motivation through job satisfaction on performance. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency totaling 52 people with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used path analysis using the Amos program. The results of this study are: (1) compensation has a significant positive effect on the performance of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency, (2) motivation has a significant negative effect on the performance of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Planning. Spatial in Rembang Regency, (3) compensation has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency, (4) motivation has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Road Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency.

Abstract

These community service activities are carried out in the Tahunan Village, Sale District, Rembang. The existence of arts groups in the village still requires assistance from human resource such as trainer. Therefore, this service aims to 1) strengthen the position of the arts group to be more empowered; 2) increasing the number of group members from young people; 3) improve the skills of group members in musical, orchestrating, and dancing; and 4) increase the income of group members. The method used in this community service program is training and mentoring. The results of this program are: 1) The arts group already has a name and routinely conducts meetings and training activities; 2) members of group from the school age and young adults are increasing; 3) the art group is known outside the Sale District and gets a performance offer.

Abstract

Couplepreneur saat ini menjadi suatu topik hangat yang menarik untuk dilakukan dikaji lebih dalam, adanya kombinasi peran yang terjadi yakni peran sebagai pasangan dan peran sebagai wirausahawan. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya dengan memperdalam kajian terkait couplepreneur dari segi efektivitas dan tantangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengumpulkan dan mengkaji literatur yang berkaitan dengan kajian couplepreneur. Tujuan studi literatur ini adalah menganalisis efektivitas dan tantangan couplepreneur dari jurnal dan buku yang terkait melalui metode observasi literatur. Sedangkan sebagai kontribusi orisinalitas penelitian ini yakni terkait dengan efektivitas dan tantangan couplepreneur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas couplepreneur yakni peningkatan kepuasan hubungan antar pasangan yang membangun usaha bersama dan laba yang diperoleh meningkat dibandingkan sebelum membangun usaha. Sedangkan tantangan-tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh para couplepreneur dalam mendirikan bisnis bersama yakni menjadikan pasangan sebagai sahabat dan komunikasi yang baik. Selain itu, tantangan lain yang harus dirasakan oleh couplepreneur adalah pendefinisan peran antar pasangan dalam bisnis dan rumah tangga yang jelas serta adanya takut terhadap risiko yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research test the mediating role of information technology on the influence of funding sources on the performance of SMEs before-during the COVID 19 pandemic. The sample of the study conducted is Coffee SMEs in Rembang Regency, which produces produces “Lelet Coffee”. In this study, all members of the population were sampled as 50 samples, but only 48 samples could be processed, because two samples were damage. The data analysis technique used path analysis with PLS. Test results show that funding sources had a significant positive impact on the performance of Lelet Coffee SMEs both pre-pandemic and during the Covid 19 pandemic. Similarly, when it is mediated through information technology, it can be seen that funding sources before and during the Covid 19 pandemic have a significant indirect impact on the performance of Coffee SMEs pre and during the covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the study shows that information technology has a significant positive impact on the performance of Coffee SMEs. This means that digital technology will play a very important role in driving the impact of funding sources on the financial performance of Rembang Regency's Coffee SMEs.Kata Kunci :  funding sources, information technology, SME financial performance, covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Kumendung Village is one of the governance areas of the Rembang District, Rembang Regency. There is a lot of potential that can be explored in Kumendung Village, one of which is the Gangsar Independent Workforce (TKM) group. TKM Gangsar group is a group for novice tailors totaling 20 people. In its development, there were several problems with the Gangsar TKM Group. The problems in TKM Gangsar are the limited sewing skills of group members, lack of entrepreneurial motivation, lack of market access, and minimal business management. Programs implemented by the Service Team are sewing training (masks), entrepreneurial motivation training, training and assistance in developing market access as well as business management training and assistance. The outputs of this service are the improvement of sewing skills, the development of market access, the existence of a business label, and a national seminar. Keywords: Dedication, Empowerment, Sewing Training, Business Management.

Abstract

Mitra dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah kelompok usaha DPM Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Rembang bergerak dalam usaha toko kelontong yang menjual kebutuhan sehari masyarakat yang meliputi sembako, makanan, minuman ringan dan peralatan rumah tangga. Toko kelontong ini menggunakan konsep penjualan modern (mini mart) dengan memajang barang-barang yang dijual sehingga konsumen dapat dengan leluasa memilih barang yang akan dibeli dan mempunyai satu mesin kasir untuk melakukan transaksi pembayaran. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah (1) Pengelola belum memiliki pengetahuan penyusunan Laporan Keuangan, (2) Belum memiliki laporan keuangan usaha. Dengan demikian dilaksanakannya Program Pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan SDM mengelola usaha khususnya membantu memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan, (1) Pengelola usaha telah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan usaha sesuai SAK EMKM secara mandiri, (2) Pengelola usaha menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi UKM berbasis android dengan menggunakan smart phone dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan usaha sesuai SAK EMKM, 3) Mitra telah memiliki laporan keuangan usaha sesuai SAK EMKM yang berupa Laporan Jurnal Umum, Buku Besar, Neraca Saldo, Laba Rugi dan NeracaKata kunci: Laporan Keuangan, UMKM, Akuntansi, SAK EMKM
