Abstract

The absence of media in the learning process has an impact on students' learning motivation which is still low. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of audiovisual media on the motivation to learn Indonesian. This type of research is an experiment with a population of 44 students. The sample in the study was taken with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Hypothesis test results of differences in learning motivation using Independent Samples T Test shows the value of t count> t table (3.142> 2.018) and a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, while the results of the effectiveness hypothesis testing using the party t test shows the value of t count> t table (2.173> 2.080) and significance value 0.041 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Realistic Mathematics Education model on mathematics problem-solving ability of students and analyze the mathematical problem-solving ability of students based on Polya steps. The method used is the sequential explanatory mixed-method design. The sample in this study is the fourth-grade students of Public Elementary School Bintoro 8 and the fourth-grade students of Public Elementary School Bintoro 9. Quantitative data were analyzed using a t-test and N-gain test based on the value of mathematical problem-solving ability. Qualitative data were analyzed through five procedures: data collection, triangulation, reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the average difference of mathematical problem-solving ability of students experimental class is better than the control class, improvement of mathematics problem-solving ability of students in the experimental class is higher than the control class. In the high category, students can apply the measures to see, plan, d, and check it well. In the medium category students can apply the measures see, plan, do and check, but there is an error in the operation so that the results of any settlement, while in the low category of students has not concluded.

Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan di SD Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang , guru adalah faktor penentu keberhasilan proses pembelajaran yang hendaknya memiliki banyak kemampuan, salah satu diantaranya adalah kreativitas. Dalam mengukur kreativitas guru dilakukan dengan 8 keterampilan dasar mengajar. Salah satu keterampilan dasar mengajar adalah ketrampilan mengadakan variasi mengajar. IPS merupakan pelajaran yang sulit dan abstrak sehingga hasil belajar menjadi rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Korelasi Kreativitas Guru dalam Mengadakan Variasi Mengajar dengan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Sekolah Dasar Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 227 siswa kelas V SD Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampel quota diperoleh 65 siswa. Analisis data awal sebagai uji prasyarat dengan uji normalitas, validitas dan reabilitas. Sedangkan analisis akhir dengan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kreativitas SD Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang mempunyai kreativitas yang sedang. Hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Dabin V secara umum (82,8%) mempunyai nilai rata-rata yang tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan dan kuat antara kreativitas guru dalam mengadakan variasi mengajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa Sekolah dasar Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Magelang.
