Abstract

Organizational culture is characteristic of the organization. It is associated with good or poor performance of nurses. Setbacks performance of nurses will have an impact on services provided. The aim of this research is to give a description the relationship between organizational culture with work of nurse performance in patients ward in PMC Hospital. The design of this research was descriptif correlational with cross sectional method to 49 subject of nurse with total sampling with inclusion criteria. The result of the study showed 69,4 % organizational culture is low and 71,4% nurse performance is low. The conclution of the study showed that their was significant relationship between organizational culture with nurse performance. The dominant variable that correlated with nurse performance were responsibility.

Abstract

The quality of service nursing influenced by satisfaction and comfort patients .2 of 6 indicators of quality is a cause of patients home force and did not choose the hospital treatment same time of need .This study aims to analyze comfort and satisfaction patients in the interaction nursing service hospital the 2016 petala year .The research is description analytic with samples were 123 patients who were hospitalized in installation .The analysis shows that the patients are in the elderly early ( 25,2 % ) , patients of the female sex ( 57,7 % ) , the senior secondary school / equivalent ( 68,3 % ) , of employment civil servants ( 43,9 % ) , the treatment to 1 - 2 ( 95,1 % ) , the third grade care ( 51,2 % ) , the majority of haripe 1-3 day care ( 73,2 % ) , payment methods patients in installation patient is bpjs ( 63,4 % ) , mostly located in a room a floor III ( 41,5 % ) , berda in the comfortable ( 52,03 % ) and most patients are in the satisfied ( 72,36 %). In the process interaction service nursing .Expected management hospitals can make the most of communication nurse through seminar activities and training related communication effective in interpersonal raising comfort and satisfaction patients Rendahnya mutu pelayanan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan pasien. Pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu menjadi alasan pasien untuk menggunakan pelayanan kembali. Pelayanan dikatakan bermutu apabila pasien merasa nyaman dan menimbulkan kepuasan serta melebihi harapan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien dalam  proses interaksi  pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Petala Bumi Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi analitik dengan sampel berjumlah 123 pasien yang berada di Instalasi rawat inap. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pasien berada pada kelompok Lansia awal (25,2 %),  pasien jenis kelamin perempuan (57,7%), tingkat pendidikan SLTA / Sederajat  (68,3%),  Jenis Pekerjaan PNS(43,9 %),  kelompok rawatan ke 1 – 2 (95,1%), kelompok perawatan Kelas III (51,2%),  mayoritas hari rawatan 1-3 hari  (73,2%), Cara Pembayaran pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap adalah BPJS (63,4%), sebagian besar berada di ruang Lantai III (41,5%), berda pada kategori Nyaman (52,03%) dan sebagian besar pasien berada pada kategori puas (72,36%) dalam proses interaksi pelayanan keperawatan. Diharapkan manajemen rumah sakit dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuan komunikasi perawat melalui kegiatan seminar dan pelatihan terkait komunikasi yang efektif secara interpersonal sehingga meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien

Abstract

Early mobilization in the mother sectio caesarea is minimal movement of women done after aware of the influence of anasthesia is done in accordance with the needs and physical condition. There are several factors that influence a person’s attitude on of which is the level of knowlegde, level of knowledge of mothers about early mobilization can be obtained through health an effect of health promotion on early mobilization towards the implementation of early mobilization in mothers with after chilbirth with sectiocaesarea in the Petala Bumi General Hospital. This research method quasy experiment with the design of on group pretest-postest. The Number of respondens 30 people with Quota Sampling methode. To measure the implementation of early mobilization using observation sheet. The analysis using T Test Dependent. The Results showed that there are effect of health promotion on early mobilization towards the implementation of early mobilization in mothers after childbirth with sectio caesarea.

Abstract

Rendahnya mutu pelayanan keperawatan saat ini sejalan dengan rendahnya kepuasan dan kenyamanan pasien. Kepuasan dan kenyamanan pasien didapatkan dari penilaian individual terhadap interaksi yang dilakukan perawat selama pasien mendapatkan perawatan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien dalam  proses interaksi  pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Petala Bumi Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi analitik dengan sampel berjumlah 41 perawat pelaksana yang berada di Instalasi rawat inap. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar perawat berada pada kelompok umur Dewasa Awal (26 – 35 tahun) dan  jenis kelamin perempuan. Lebih dari separuh perawat adalah DIII Keperawatan dan lama kerja kurang dari 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian kenyamanan pasien dalam proses interaksi lebih dari separuh berada pada kategori nyaman (52,03%), dan kepuasan pasien dalam proses interaksi lebih dari separuh pasien berada pada kategori puas (72,36%.). Analisis Bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara karakteristik lama kerja perawat pelaksana dengan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien dalam proses interaksi pelayanan keperawatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lama lama kerja perawat berkontribusi terhadap kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien dalam proses interaksi pelayanan keperawatan. Diharapkan manajemen rumah sakit mempertimbangkan faktor individu perawat sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit dan memberikan motivasi kepada perawat lama dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the degree of public health are carried out by applying various approaches, including involving the potential of the community in disease management with a family approach. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of implementing family empowerment models on increasing family knowledge about healthy families in Nanggalo Padang. The research design was Quasy Experiment research, one group pretest and posttest design. The sample in the study was 30 people using the purposive sample technique in their families who visited Posyandu in 3 villages, namely, Gurun Laweh, Kurao Pagang and Surau Gadang Villages. The community empowerment model used is the Family-Based Disease Management Model developed by Mardikanto. The result showed that there was an effect of the application of the community empowerment model on family knowledge about healthy families (p-value = 0.000). The recommendation of this study is that it is necessary to periodically evaluate the understanding and knowledge of health and family cadres for indicators of healthy families in the community.

Abstract

The paradigm shift during the Covid-19 pandemic requires educational institutions to follow current technological developments. Online learning is the main choice to avoid the spread of the virus. The purpose of the study was to determine the inhibiting factors for online learning in nursing students. This type of research is descriptive study. The population is all nursing students with Total Sampling technique. The sample criteria are nursing students, willing to be respondents, in good health, not in clinical practice. The number of samples in this study was 209 people. Data collection through questionnaires using the Google Form application. The author sent an electronic survey via WhatsApp Group (WAG) students from April 1 to June 30, 2020. The questionnaire used a combination of multiple choice, Likert scale, and open-ended questions containing demographics (gender and level of education), barriers to online learning, and access to technology. The results of the univariate analysis through the frequency distribution are obtained that majority of respondents are female (94.3%), majority of respondents are DIII Nursing (92.3%), the inhibiting factors consisted of internet instability (54.5 %), power outages (89%), smartphones that were not supported (44%), Tech stuttering (58.9%), insufficient quota subsidies from campus (35.6 %) and parental support have not been maximized (43.1%). Conclusion: the most important inhibiting factor for online learning is power outages. The need for online application socialization and support for adequate facilities and infrastructure at home. For future research, it is recommended to study the effect of online learning in improving student competencies and attitudes. To improve optimal online learning at home, I hope that there will be family motivation so that students can follow the learning process to completion.

Abstract

Nutrition education and the implementation of pregnancy exercises help mothers improve maternal health, prevent anemia and babies born with low weight. Maintaining the consumption pattern of pregnant women also prevents children from experiencing stunting. The purpose of this community service was to provide education and implementation of pregnancy exercise to improve the health status of pregnant women at the Sidomulyo Public Health Center, RI. The method used is the provision of health education and assessing the mother's understanding of nutrition and assessing the implementation of pregnancy exercise for pregnant women. The activity was carried out 3 times, starting with a pre-test and post-test related to knowledge of pregnant women and observing the implementation of pregnancy exercise. The number of pregnant women who participated in this activity was 9 people. The results showed that there was an increase in the average value of knowledge of pregnant women by 24.29. The results of the implementation of pregnancy exercise showed that 100% of pregnant women carried out pregnancy exercise in the good category. It is hoped that there will be an increase in the health status of pregnant women therefore that they do not experience anemia and normal birth weight babies and growth and development according to their age.   ABSTRAK Edukasi nutrisi dan pelaksanaan senam hamil membantu ibu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan, mencegah anemia dan bayi lahir dengan berat badan rendah. Pentingnya menjaga pola konsumsi ibu hamil juga mencegah anak mengalami stunting. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemberian edukasi dan pelaksanaan senam hamil untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Sidomulyo RI. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dan menilai pemahaman ibu tentang nutrisi dan menilai pelaksanaan senam hamil pada ibu hamil. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sebanyak 3 kali dimulai dengan adanya pre–test dan post-test terkait pengetahuan ibu hamil dan observasi pelaksanaan senam hamil. Jumlah ibu hamil yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 9 orang. Hasil didapatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan ibu hamil sebesar 24,29. Hasil pelaksanaan senam hamil didapatkan bahwa 100% ibu hamil melaksanakan senam hamil pada kategori baik. Diharapkan adanya peningkatan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil sehingga tidak mengalami anemia dan berat badan bayi lahir normal serta pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sesuai dengan usianya.

Abstract

Introductions:    Helminthiasis is a worm infection that often attacks children to adults. A quarter of the world’s population suffers from Soil-Transmitted Helminthes (STH). Various problems arising from worm infection include changes in appetite, nausea, vomiting, and weight loss. In children, it can inhibit growth and development. The purpose was to identify handwashing behaviour, nail hygiene and incidence of Helminthiasis in Elementary School students. Methods: This is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study to link hand washing and nail hygiene with worms in students with 106 respondents. Examination of faecal preparations was carried out at the Thamrin Laboratory. Result: The results obtained were 14 people (13,2%) with hand washing behaviour in the poor category, 14 people (13,2%) with nail hygiene in the poor category, and 14 people (13,2%) have worm infection. Based on bivariate analysis, p-value=0.000 (5%), Conclusion: There is a relationship between hand washing behaviour and nail hygiene with the incidence of worms in students of Elementary School.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a habit that becomes a social force that can move individuals to do work and is a characteristic of an organization. Organizational cultur is a reflection of the daily activities carried out by nurses to effectively and efficiently. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture and the performnance of nurses at the City and in the regions. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional study. The population is all nurses, with a total sample technique obtained a total sample of30 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire on organizational culture and nurse performance. Data analysis using Chi-Square Test.  The tesults showed that there was no relationship between organizational culture and the performance of nurse in the city and in the regions. Recommendation: leaders can evaluate the performance of nurses through internal meetings and build a conducive organizational culture and the need for management developtment to improve better performance.

Abstract

The behavior of school-age children has changed during the pandemic. The implementation of face-to-face learning after the pandemic requires extra adaptation where children have to orient and interact with classmates who were previously online for 2 years. Some of the difficulties faced include pessimistic children, dependence on friends, being alone, disturbing friends and not completing tasks well. This leads to fear, negative thoughts, and an inability to adapt to classmates. Therapeutic Group Therapy (TGT) and Thought Stopping (TS) aim to stimulate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor as well as eliminate negative thoughts and turn them into positive thoughts. This activity was attended by 33 students in grade 3 of SDN 176 Pekanbaru. TKT was conducted in 7 sessions and TS was carried out using a workbook for 3 sessions. The results of this community service activity showed that there was an increase in the ability of children to accept learning and be able to change negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
