Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud mengkaji peran Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (P2TP2A) dalam pendampingan anak-anak korban kekerasan seksual bermasalah sosial di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Tujuan penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran P2TP2A dalam menangani kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Kabupaten Sijunjung; dan (2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi P2TP2A dalam pendampingan anak-anak korban kekerasan seksual bermasalah sosial di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan mempergunakan metode deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian, diketahui bahwa pendampingan anak korban kekerasan di P2TP2A adalah pendampingan medis, psikologis dan yuridis. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan cara home visit setelah mendapatkan laporan dari pihak-pihak baik kepolisian, masyarakat maupun keluarga mengenai kasus kekerasan yang dialami anak di suatu tempat. Melalui penelitian, diketahui pula bahwa ada faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi P2TP2A dalam pendampingan anak-anak korban kekerasan seksual bermasalah sosial di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ada beberapa saran yang peneliti ajukan, yaitu: perlu ditingkatkan lagi fasilitas kegiatan pendampingan, perlu adanya penambahan pendamping, dan agar lebih dewasa dalam menyikapi tingkah laku anak.

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country that there are various tribes from Sabang to Merauke. As a result of this diversity conflicts often occur that are horizontal, such as the conflict in Poso, Sampit conflict, ethnic violence in China in 1998 and various other conflicts that resulted in deaths. Besides pluralism in Indonesia, there are also shades of the gender differences between men and women in various ways, such as education, the working world and others. to solve it is necessary for multicultural education and gender. Multicultural education as a new paradigm that was born in the late twentieth century had a vision and a program to prepare young people to face the global world community in a multicultural frame. Multicultural education as a program designed based on the dimensions: content integration, knowledge construction, prejudice ruduction, equitable pedagogy, and empowering school culture and social structure. So, the school must teach how multicultural education and gender to eliminate all the differences that occur in the community and make life full of peace and tolerance.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud menjelaskan analisis konsep dan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 (K-13). Indonesia sudah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan kurikulum. Kurikulum pertama Indonesia adalah Rencana Pelajaran 1947. Ketika itu istilah kurikulum belum digunakan. Kemudian Rencana Pelajaran 1947 ini dirubah menjadi Rencana Pelajaran 1950. Selanjutnya diganti dengan Rencana Pelajaran 1958. Setelah itu rencana pelajaran ini diganti menjadi Rencana Pelajaran 1964. Setelah itu rencana pelajaran ini diganti menjadi Kurikulum 1968. Sejak inilah istilah rencana pelajaran yang sudah digunakan selama bertahun-tahun berganti menjadi kurikulum. Kemudian kurikulum ini dirubah menjadi Kurikulum 1975. Selanjutnya Kurikulum 1984, Kurikulum 1994, Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK), Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) 2016 dan terakhir Kurikulum 2013. Perubahan atas dasar ini didukung oleh teori pengembangan kurikulum bahwa kemajuan di bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memberikan dampak terhadap sistem pengajaran, sehingga pembelajaran mengalihkan pendekatan-nya dari pendekatan tradisional ke pendekatan mutakhir. Kurikulum 2013 ini dilaksana-kan oleh beberapa sekolah yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah atau disebut juga dengan “sekolah piloting” di seluruh Indonesia berdasarkan SK Nomor: 374/KEP/D/KR/2016 tanggal 11 Juli 2016.

Abstract

Technology leads the essence of education into interactive and creative process. The objective of this study is to find out the effect of CTL approach in e-learning based on weblog toward the students learning achievement. The design of the study is experimental research design. The population of this research was public administration students at STIA Padang academic year 2018/2019 which consisted of two classes. The sample of this research was all of public administrations students. The sample was class A as an experimental class and class B as a  control class. Test, interview and observation were used as a research instruments. The results of this study reveal that: (1) the increasing of organization and management learning achievement in Experimental Class is 70% while in Control Class 55.7% with differences 14.3%. it means, there is a progress of student learning achievement activity taught by CTL approach in e-learning based on weblog, (2) the students also have positive response and high motivation than before in following the teaching and learning process. Hence, CTL approach based on weblog give a positive effect to the students learning outcomes and it is one of effective e-learning media in teaching.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine students’ learning motivation and satisfaction in attending lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. This descriptive correlational study involved 155 students majoring in Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG-PAUD) registered in 2019, who were selected through total sampling technique. Data in this study were obtained by distributing two types of questionnaires (learning satisfaction level questionnaire and learning motivation questionnaire) to all students. Before distributing the questionnaires, they were validated by product moment correlation; then, their reliability was tested through Alpha Cronbach. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively and were examined by simple regression. This study revealed that the level of student satisfaction in attending lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic was at the medium category (48.38%) and their learning motivation was also at medium category (55.48%). Therefore, this study concluded that students were dissatisfied with the learning process conducted by the lecturer during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a consequence, this low level of learning satisfaction decreased the students’ motivation to attend the lecturers during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu persepsi mahasiswa STIA LPPN Padang terhadap pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan di STIA LPPN Padang yang diukur dari asepek berwujud (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsivenese), kepastian (assurance), dan empati (emphaty) yang berguna sebagai pedoman peningkataan kualitas pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan STIA LPPN Padang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket menggunakan google form. Sampel penelitian yakni sebanyak 82 orang mahasiswa angkatan 2019, 2020, 2021 dan 2022. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjukan bahwa pelayanan administasi kemahasiswaan STIA LPPN pada kategori baik yakni dengan presentase 83,52%.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Banuaran tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga sehingga dengan diadakannya sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga ini dapat memberikan masukan ataupun pengalaman kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Banuaran tentang mengelola sampah rumah tangga menjadi barang yang berguna. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan yaitu tentang sampah organik dan sampah anorganik, pengelolaan sampah organik memiliki intensitas yang cukup tinggi dibanding dengan sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah non organik. Hal ini terjadi karena pengelolaan sampah organik memiliki tingkat kompleksitas mekanisme yang lebih dibanding sampah anorganik. Faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Banuaran Kota Padang adalah: (1) Kesadaran Masyarakat Masih Kurang (2) Peran pemerintah/tokoh masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims 1). This is to find out how big the level of work facilities is given to ASN, P3A Social Service, Mentawai Islands Regency. 2). This is to find out how much the job satisfaction level of the ASN Social Service Office for the Social Affairs of the Mentawai Islands Regency. 3) To find out how the effect of work facilities on the job satisfaction of ASN Social Service Office of Social Affairs, Mentawai Islands Regency? This study uses a quantitative method of facilities as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all employees who work at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. A total of 32 people. The statistical method uses simple analysis, by testing the hypothesis t test. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: 1). Based on the results of the questionnaire that researchers have distributed, the facility level is 8.76 with the Total Respondent Achievement (TCR) of Facilities is 72.92% which is at 65% - 79.99% with good enough criteria. This means that the Respondent gives a fairly good assessment of facilities, facilities are very much needed in completing a job or a problem faced by an employee. Because facilities are one of the factors that support the development or failure of job satisfaction results. 2). The level of job satisfaction at the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection Based on the results of the questionnaire that researchers have distributed, the average score for the Job Satisfaction Variable is 9.21 with the Total Respondents' Achievement (TCR) is 70.83% which is at 65% -79.99% with good enough criteria. This means that the respondent gives a pretty good assessment of job satisfaction. A result of job satisfaction can be seen through the quality and quantity of work achieved by someone in carrying out their duties according to their responsibilities. There is a positive effect of Facility Variables on Job Satisfaction Variables at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. 3). Based on the results of statistical calculations for the Facility Variable, the value of tcount> ttable is 5.100> 2.021 with a significance result of 0.007 <0.05, this illustrates that there is a significant effect of facilities between Facility Variables on Employee Satisfaction Variables. By using a one-way test in order to get the results Ho rejected Ha accepted. Where the regression equation model is Y = 17,637 + 0.545 X. This shows the effect of a facility on employee job satisfaction. In other words, the higher the facility level of an employee, the better the results of work satisfaction.
