Abstract

One of the most important thing of transportation is a motorcycle which is able to comply the level of people needs, because using a motorcycle can support various kinds of people activities to become more practical, economical and easy to drive.This research was intend to analyze the strategy of brand awareness Piaggio Vespa motorcycle in Jakarta, through elements Top of Mind, Brand Recall, Brand Recognition dan Unaware of Brand. The result of this study indicate that strategy of Brand Awareness Piaggio Vespa has been Top Of Mind which has made Piaggio Vespa the first scooter motorcycle to be caught by all respondents. Strategy of Brand Awareness Piaggio Vespa with Brand Recall approach, respondents stated that Piaggio Vespa is a type of scooter that is often heard whwn meeting friends or family. Meanwhile strategy of Brand Awareness Piaggio with Brand Recognition approach, respondents stated that Piaggio Vespa is a type of scooter that has good quality, proven technology and affordable price. Piaggio Vespa is not included by Unaware of Brand category.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of experiential marketing on customer loyalty Cafe Excelso in Central Jakarta 2019. The research methodology used is quantitative method with cross section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technical using purposive sampling method with the data in 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test of the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistic and f-statistic to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that in partial sense, feel, think, and act positive and significant impact on the customer loyalty, while relate variable have negative effect but not significant on customer loyalty. Meanwhile simultaneous independent variable sense, feel, think, act, and relate togetherly have a significant relationship to the dependent variable which is customer loyalty. Coefficient of determination from this study showed that the number of 71.96% of the variation of the independent vaiable sense, feel, think, act, and relate is able to explain the variation of the rise and fall dependent variable customer loyalty by 71.96%, while the remaining 28.04% influenced by other independent variable.Keywords : Experiential Marketing, Sense, Feel, Think. Abstract

Indonesia tourism potential is high enough. Jakarta is one of the destinations that have considerable tourism potential in Indonesia. Jakarta tourism development requires a serious governance. The successful development of Jakarta into an international tourist resort depends on the seriousness of the government to maximize the management of tourism in the city of Jakarta. This study aims to describe descriptively, the foreign tourist market segmentation in Jakarta based on length of stay, the amount of expenditure and the type of accommodation (hotel). Qualitative methods using secondary data related to length of stay, the amount of expenditure and the type of accommodation (hotel) used for foreign tourists visiting Jakarta. Expected results of the study could  be the rationale in establishing the Jakarta tourism more broadly.

Abstract

In the field of marketing, entrepreneurs need to have strategy in marketing their products. One of marketing strategy that is able to support the marketing of advertising services products to create customer loyalty is the strategic use of marketing mix which includes product, price, place and promotion. If consumers get satisfaction with products for sale, then they will be loyal. If realized customer loyalty, it will impact on increased sales. The purposes of this research are to analyze marketing mix strategy in increasing sales volume at advertising service company BigEvo on South Jakarta in 2019. Methodology of research took a qualitative data obtained from documentation, literature review and interviews to president director of PT. Orange Global as advertising services BigEvo which is further associated with the theories developed in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive qualitative where more qualitative research is aimed at the establishment of substantive theory based on concepts arising from empirical data. Descriptive qualitative method used to examine more deeply about strategy of product, price, place, and promotion in increasing sales volume at advertising service company BigEvo. The results of this study prove that marketing mix were able to increase sales volume and put BigEvo as advertising services company in Jakarta.Keywords: Advertising Services, Marketing Mix, Sales Volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pesan Iklan terhadap minat download untuk aplikasi mobile paling efektif dan tepat untuk produk startup yaitu aplikasi menelpon dengan menggunakan Video Tone dalam pencapaian hasil atau jumlah akuisisi download. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisa data-data yang diperoleh melalui hasil pengumpulan data dilapangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data Biaya Promosi selama periode 3 bulan untuk media promosi iklan melalui Televisi, internet/digital Google Ads, dan media sosial Facebook beserta dengan hasil download yang diperoleh.    Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa melakukan iklan untuk produk jenis teknologi aplikasi mobile di televisi tidak efektif dalam memberikan kontribusi hasil jumlah akuisisi download. Untuk media iklan lainnya seperti di media sosial yaitu Facebook, mampu memberikan kontribusi jumlah download sebesar 28,4%, dan  berdasarkan penelitian ini yang paling efektif  memberikan kontribusi jumlah hasil akuisisi  download terbanyak adalah di media internet/ digital yaitu Google Ads, dengan jumlah kontribusi yang signifikan sebesar 71,6%. Dari sisi biaya per download pun diperoleh data bahwa biaya promosi yang dikeluarkan  di Google Ads adalah yang paling murah yaitu Rp3.032 per downloadnya (Cost Per Install/ CPI).

Abstract

Pertumbuhan popularitas komunitas konsumen baik online dan offline di antara konsumen dengan adanya teknologi meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat untuk berinteraksi dan berbagi ide satu sama lain. Komunitas online  dan offline mengumpulkan orang-orang dengan kebutuhan dan minat khusus seputar praktik organisasi seperti merek, layanan, produk dan jasa yang diperkuat oleh ritual, homogenitas, budaya kolektif, dan makna bersama.  Komunitas konsumen tidak hanya berperan sebagai media promosi, namun juga menjadi sarana untuk membangun loyalitas  dan digunakan sebagai alat riset pasar sebelum perusahaan merilis suatu produk. Komunitas konsumen bisa menjadi public relation bagi perusahaan yang secara otomatis menjadi media promosi kepada masyarakat lebih luas. Melalui komunitas akan menimbulkan citra merek yang baik, kesadaran akan merek yang tinggi, serta loyalitas atas merek yang kuat. Kemunculan dan kesuksesan komunitas konsumen seperti komunitas online  telah menarik banyak minat untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap consumer collective yang berusaha  menentukan kondisi dimana konsumen menciptakan lingkungan sosial berupa komunitas konsumen terhadap suatu produk dan jasa di pasar. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap literatur maupun hasil penelitian serta artikel yang berhubungan dengan collective consumer seperti brand communities, counter cultures,  resistance grouping  dan shared lifestyles. Hasil kajian  berasal dari jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan collective consumer dan  dilakukan analisis yang lebih mendalam

Abstract

The problem faced by housewives in Pondok Jagung Timur Village, North Serpong, South Tangerang is that they do not understand how the handicraft business produced can meet the needs and desires of consumers and can be sold and reach the hands of consumers and is widely liked and known by consumers. Due to this lack of understanding and knowledge, people lose business opportunities, especially housewives. Community service programs in the form of training on mat making to build creative community innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic. to improve the social welfare of its members and provide benefits to the surrounding community, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konten, Testimoni dan promosi terhadap keputusan Pembelian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 orang pelanggan dari Kopi Lima Detik Kemang, di Jakarta, dihitung menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan metode yang digunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrument penelitian berbentuk kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Hasil jawaban responden atas kuesioner yang diberikan kemudian diolah menggunakan Software SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian didapat variabel konten secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, variabel testimoni dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of promotion, price and brand image on purchasing decisions for the Homedoki Furniture Store in Tangerang. This research uses a Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample method. The population in this study was 35 respondents. This research was carried out using the multiple linear regression method assisted by the SPSS version 25 program and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the research used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method Y = 1.166 + 0.474 (X1) + - 0.152 (X2) + 0.656 (X3) + € , so it can be concluded that Promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has no effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.
