<![CDATA[Perkembangan konsep keuangan syariah terus meningkat seiring waktu. Hal inilah yang membuat banyak masyarakat yang cenderung memilih keuangan syariah daripada konvensional, begitu pula dalam hal investasi. Model investasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model investasi syariah, dimana peneliti menerapkan dana tabarru’ sebagai perwujudan profit-loss sharing. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan modifikasi data keuntungan harian investor dengan tujuan mendapatkan konsep fixed income sebagaimana konsep gaji yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan profit dari model rentenir, model investasi syariah dan model investasi syariah dengan penambahan dana tabarru’. Hasil yang didapat dari simulasi ini menunjukkan bahwa model investasi syariah dengan penambahan dana tabarru’ merupakan model yang paling menguntungkan untuk kedua belah pihak daripada model investasi lainnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Keuangan syariah merupakan suatu konsep keuangan berdasarkan syariah Islam.Terdapat banyak badan keuangan yang menerapkan konsep ini karena konsep ini dibangun atas dasar keadilan.Hal inlah yang membuat banyak masyarakat yang cenderung memilih keuangan syariah daripada konvensional.Dalam penelitian ini dibangun model investasi dengan menggunakan sistem bagi hasil musyarakah dimana investor memberikan bantuan modal pada pedagang kecil yang sudah menjalankan usahanya terlebih dahulu.Selanjutnya dilakukan penambahan jumlah investasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penambahan tersebut terhadap perhitungan keuntungan pada pedagang dan investor. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil simulasi baik dalam hal distribusi data maupun keuntungan yang didapat dari simulasi model. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa penambahan jumlah investasi tidak memberikan perubahan signifikan pada keuntungan dari kedua belah pihak.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of this research is how the process of developing product innovation in aren handicraft. Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Researchers use the model developed by Urich & Eppinger for the product innovation development process. Findings: The results showed that in phase 5 (Production Ramp Up) workers were able to produce new products from hyacinth raw materials and wood waste with a variety of innovations. <![CDATA[Purpose: This training aims to develop digital marketing strategies for pesantren cooperative business entities as one of the efforts in countering the impact of the COVID 19 Pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: Qualitative phenomenological approach is this research approach where in the process of data collection is done with participant observation to gain an understanding of the essential phenomena that occur. Findings: The result of this research is a digital marketing strategy for Koperasi Pesantren where pendemic must further develop online marketing. Limited resources on understanding the mechanisms of online marketing become one of the main problems. This needs to be improved through a variety of relevant training activities. <![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has caused several local governments to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) policies to minimize the presence of new clusters of COVID-19 spread. This policy will certainly have implications for limiting community activities, including in the tourism sector. However, there are still not many studies that examine the effect of PSBB on the tourism sector. By using two research methods, namely qualitative (descriptive analysis) and quantitative methods (correlation analysis), this study found two things that can be contributed to research on the tourism sector, especially in Lumajang Regency. First, the results found that the increase in the number of COVID-19 patients was not significantly related to the number of tourists in Lumajang Regency. Second, the results of the study also found that the implementation of the PSBB in the East Java region was significantly associated with a decrease in the number of tourists in Lumajang Regency. From these results, it can be concluded that the development of tourism in Lumajang Regency has a relationship with the implementation of the PSBB policy in the East Java region and not because of the increase in COVID-19 patients in Lumajang Regency itself.]]>

<![CDATA[Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.]]>

<![CDATA[Enhancement public service is one goal of the village setting for the community. Therefore, this study analyzed the correlation between the dimensions of customer satisfaction and community satisfaction. The sample in this study was 83 respondents, Lumajang community who use the services of the village offices, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed empathy variables that influence people's satisfaction significantly. The coefficient of determination in this study was 77.8%, it can do that only requires empathy Lumajang community village government in the ministry. But the village government should not rule out other dimensions of quality of service, because they have laws that regulate their work to the public.]]>

<![CDATA[One of things that influence inflation is the price of goods and services. In previous research, researcher calculate the inflation with Laspayers methods and generate 71,7% as correlation value. It is still not enough to make conclusion of this case because there is a lot of research that explain about inflation is influenced by many things. Therefore, this research apply Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) to analyze the influence of the price of goods and services against inflation. The analysis process use Minitab software with inflation value as variable. The result of research explain that = 2,89 with = 5% so that means is rejected then it is true to conclude that the price of goods and services influce the inflasion]]>

<![CDATA[Saving money is the way to regulate our finance effectively. Bank is one of the media that is considered quite effective for this activity. The development of Islamic economic make sharia banking practices increase in an innovative way. Various sharia bank products have become a choice for saving activity. The same thing happen for student. Although the interest to save is still lacking, but the use of sharia bank products is quite beneficial for their future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence student interest in saving on Islamic banking. Multiple linear regression is an analysis technique with hypothesis testing to support its conclusions. With a coefficient of determination of 61.2%, the results of the analysis show the level of student education of the sharia economy has a significant effect compared to other variables on students' interest in saving. But simultaneously, all independent variables influence the interest in saving students in Islamic banking. This shows that education is very important for students, therefore STIE Widya Gama Lumajang should indeed provide quality teaching to students, especially in the field of Islamic economics]]>

<![CDATA[UMKM Jamu is engaged in the health sector by producing traditional herbal medicine which is believed to be effective in preventing the growth of cancer cells and various other diseases. This UMKM is located in Wonorejo Village, Lumajang Regency and from the beginning, marketing was only done in the area around Lumajang. Over time, UMKM managers must think about product protection. Therefore, this assistance is carried out with the aim of being able to provide understanding to the UMKM Jamu Ibuk producers related to Intellectual Property and its benefits for UMKM. In its activities, it was explained that product protection would increase originality, so of course it would increase sales. In addition, product protection will prevent producers from various parties who want to make plagiarism from Jamu Ibuk.]]>
