Abstract

This research was conducted in Ngantru Village, Ngantang Subdistrict, Malang Regency, which aims to find out the channel marketing pattern, Supplementary Chain Management, the amount of costs, benefits and the large marketing margin for fresh potato commodities. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed descriptively, marketing costs, marketing benefits, and marketing margins. The results of this study indicate that there are two marketing channels. Marketing channel I partner farmers to vendors to consumers PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur (IFM). Marketing channels II, non-partner farmers to middlemen, to retailers to end consumers. Vendor marketing costs of IDR 6,711.37/Kg, middleman traders amounted to IDR 7,057.5/Kg, and retailers were IDR 8,702.70/Kg. Vendor profits of Rp 88.6435/Kg, middleman traders, amounting to Rp 942.5/Kg, and retailers Rp 3,297.29/Kg. The marketing margin on partner farmers' marketing channel I is IDR 100/Kg and marketing channel II is non-partner farmers which is IDR 5,000/Kg. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Ngantru Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola saluran pemasaran, Suppllay Chain Management, besarnya biaya, keuntungan dan besarnya marjin pemasaran komoditas kentang segar. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan deskriptif, biaya pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran, dan marjin pemasaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua saluran pemasaran. Saluran pemasaran I petani mitra ke vendor ke konsumen PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur (IFM). Saluran pemasaran II petani non mitra ke pedagang tengkulak ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen akhir. Biaya pemasaran vendor sebesar Rp 6.711,37/Kg, pedagang tengkulak sebesar Rp 7.057,5/Kg, dan pedagang pengecer yaitu sebesar Rp 8.702,70/Kg. Keuntungan vendor sebesar yaitu Rp 88,6435/Kg, pedagang tengkulak yaitu sebesar Rp 942,5/Kg, dan pedagang pengecer sebesar Rp 3.297,29/Kg. Marjin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran I petani mitra yaitu sebesar Rp 100/Kg dan saluran pemasaran II petani non mitra yaitu sebesar Rp 5.000/Kg.
