<![CDATA[AbstrakProyek pembangunan gedung lantai 3 SMK Dwija Bhakti Jombang membutuhkan suatu manajemen proyek mulai dari fase awal hingga fase akhir. Konsep metode earned value merupakan pengendalian proyek yang menitik beratkan pada masalah waktu dan biaya. Konsep metode earned value menyajikan tiga dimensi yaitu penyelesaian fisik dari proyek (the percent complete) yang mencerminkan rencana penyerapan biaya (budgeted cost), biaya aktual yang sudah dikeluarkan atau yang disebut dengan actual cost serta apa yang didapatkan dari biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan atau yang disebut nilai hasil (earned value).Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja waktu dan biaya. Berdasarkan perhitungan total minggu ke-1 sampai dengan minggu ke-17didapatkan nilai BCWS sebesar Rp. 1.575.581.000,-; Nilai total BCWP pada minggu ke-1 sampai minggu ke-16 didapatkan sebesar Rp. 1.298.295.000,-; Nilai total ACWP pada minggu ke-1 sampai minggu ke-16 didapatkan sebesar Rp. 1.325.784.000,-; Pada akhir masa peninjauan yaitu pada minggu ke-16 didapatkan nilai Estimate At Completion (EAC) proyek sebesar Rp. 1.582.187.356,-; nilai tersebut lebih dari biaya total secara keseluruhan pada minggu ke-16 sebesar Rp.1.552.086.992,-; dapat diartikan bahwa proyek tersebut mengalami kerugian. Estimasi waktu penyelesaian proyek Estimate To Completion (ETC) adalah 143 hari yang berarti proyek akan selesai lebih lama 23 hari dari waktu yang telah direncanakan 120 hari. Kata kunci: waktu, biaya, nilai hasil AbstractThe third floor building construction project of Vocational High School 3 of Dwija Bhakti Jombang needs a management project starting from the first phase up to the last phase. The earned value method concept is a project control emphasizing on the time and cost. This concept presents three dimensions, such as the physical completion of the project (the percent complete) reflecting the budgeted cost, actual cost having been used and what is got from the used cost usually called as earned value. This research has a purpose to evaluate the performance of time and cost. Based on the total calculation of week 1 up to week 17, BCWS got was Rp. 1.575.581.000,-;. The total total BCWP in week 1 up to week 16 was Rp. 1.298.295.000,-; Meanwhile the total ACWP in week 1 upto week 16 was Rp. 1.325.784.000,-;. In the end of review period or in the 16th week, the Estimate At Completion (EAC) of project was Rp. 1.582.187.356,-, which was higher than the total cost in week 16 that was Rp.1.552.086.992,-;. Thus, it can be said that this project suffered a financial loss. Then, the Estimate To Completion (ETC) of the project was 143 days which means that the project will finish 23 days longer than the planned time which is 120 days.
