Abstract

The development of construction project currently becomes a more complicated case. The implementation of construction project is a series of interdependent activity through project management system from plan stage up to the implementation itself. The project management system involves the workforce, cost, time, equipment and others , and also schedule delay which effects cost consumming that must be ignored. This study analysis how to determine optimal project time & cost. This case study is performed on the renovation of MTsN Paron Ngawi Regency building. The secondary data involves project cost estimate, time schedule, price analysis list of materials and wages which are analysed further by acceleration crashing methode and overtime extention. From the acceleration process , proved that optimal project time of MTsN Paron Ngawi Regency renovation project is done by expediting the time into 56 days, while the total amount of optimal project cost is Rp. 194,041,862.00. The most optimal option of the acceleration is the augment of overtime, 1 hour,  which generates  project efficiency 0.35 %.Key words : time-cost trade off, optimal project cost, project management, crashing

Abstract

Probolinggo Regency is one of the administrative regions in East Java Province which is located on the north coast, with national roads (pantura lanes) running from Surabaya to Banyuwangi and Bali Provinces, and there is also a national strategic road leading to the Bromo mountain . These road segments have high traffic volume and potential to cause traffic accidents. One of the sections in the Probolinggo Regent attachment decree in 2015 is TongasLumbang-Sukapura section of 25 roads whose authority Probolinggo Regency Government. These urban roads that connect between sub-districts in Probolinggo Regency and have diverse land use conditions, and quite a number of activities, which have the potential to cause accidents. To reduce the level of traffic accidents on the Tongas-Lumbang-Sukapura road, it is necessary to pay attention to the safety aspects of road infrastructure and other factors (natural conditions, design of road segments (vertical and horizontal alignment), pavement damage conditions, driver visibility, sign completeness or indicators roads and local regulations / policies.The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the safety on Tongas-LumbangSukapura road section (from the physical / geometrical of the road and infrastructure aspects) as well as efforts to handle and provide alternative solutions. According to regulation no. 22 of 2009 concerning about Road Traffic and Transport Safety, it?s obtained that isn?t safe from Geometry / physical and infrastructure aspects. The sollution is from of road geometry aspect, it needs to be improved in 4 (four) aspects, namely the width of the lane, sidewalks, waterways, road pavement while from the aspect of infrastructure, the addition of road markings, monitoring equipment and supporting facilities.

Abstract

Urban issues at this time has been a problem that is quite complicated to overcome. Change elements of the natural environment into an artificial element leads to changes in the characteristics of micro climate. Various human activities in urban areas, such as industrial activities and transport, changing the composition of the atmosphere that have an impact on changes in the components of the water cycle, the carbon cycle and ecosystem changes. In addition, urban air pollution causes changes in visibility and atmospheric absorption of the solar radiation. Solar radiation itself is one of the main factors that determine the characteristics of the climate of a region. The changes are very important to be taken into consideration in the design and planning of the city. In urban development planning system in Indonesia, elements of the climate is still regarded as a static element, where it is assumed there is no mutual interaction between the climate and land use changes. Climatic data is often used as the data to support the claim of land suitability and location for the development of a regional function, especially for the development of agricultural areas. However, in the design and planning of urban areas in Indonesia, almost never considered that the planned land-use change will provide enormous implications for the climate system. One of the areas that suffered environmental degradation and climate change so many problems dtimbulkan such as landslides, flooding, deterioration of ecosystems that Bengawan Solo river basin. In the face of these conditions, we need a form of adaptation in spatial planning Bengawan Solo river basin, so as to minimize the problems occurred. Some things are done in the adaptation of the system of spatial planning to climate change, among others: Modelling climate change and the ability of elaboration of territory effects in the form of geographic information-spatial, Vulnerability assessment (vulnerability assessment) all aspects of local and regional, Platform integration with policy, whereby circuit modeling information and the results of the study "discussed" and translated in the policies of the room, a good knowledge base and strong to support decision making. Abstract

Kondisi lalu lintas pada persimpangan jalan di Kota Madiun tergolong padat. Hal ini karena disekitarpersimpangan tersebut merupakan jalan utama menuju pusat-pusat kegiatan seperti, terdapatbeberapa pusat perekonomian, pendidikan, taman dan perkantoran. Kemacetan, tundaan danpanjang antrian pada persimpangan jalan tersebut disebabkan karena kondsi lalu lintas padapersimpangan jalan itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini diperlukan mekanisme jalan yang baik dan mudahuntuk dilalui sehingga tidak sampai membahayakan pengguna jalan. Pertumbuhan penduduk di KotaMadiun sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kebutuhan transportasi yang berdampak pada kinerjapersimpangan jalan. Untuk mendapatkan tingkat kinerja persimpangan jalan yang baik perludiperlukan evaluasi kinerja lalu lintas serta memberikan beberapa alternatif perbaikan terhadappermasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja lalu lintassimpang bersinyal serta memberikan beberapa alternatif skenario perbaikan pada persimpanganRuang Terbuka Hijau Kartini, persimpangan Diponegoro dan persimpangan Tugu Pecel di KotaMadiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode ManualKapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Hasil analisis kinerja lalu lintas pada kondisi eksistingpersimpangan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kartini diperoleh nilai tundaan sebesar 35,89 smp/detik. Padapersimpangan Tugu Pecel diperoleh nilai tundaan sebesar 25,94 smp/detik. Pada persimpanganDiponegoro diperoleh nilai tundaan 1869,34 smp/detik

Abstract

Rancang bangun tungku pengecoran logam Aluminium merupakan penelitian denganmetode development atau pengembangan media tungku pengecoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk membuat dan merancang tungku pengecoran logam AL. Penelitian ini mencakup dua halutama yaitu rancang bangun tungku pengecoran logam lunak (Al), mengetahui panas logam Lunak(Al) pada tungku pengecoran dengan menggunakan alat pengukur suhu infrared thermometer. Padapengecoran logam ini menggunakan spesimen Aluminium mengunakan mekanisme panas LPG.Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur suhu adalah infrared, penggunaan alat inidilakukan tiap satumenit sekali dengan cara ditembakan ke logam lunak Al sampai batas leleh logam aluminium. Hasilpenelitian ini berupa Rancang bangun media tungku pengecoran ini meliputi perancangan desain,pemilihan drum dengan antara lain deamiter 350 mm, tinggi drum 500 mm , pembuatan kawat ram,pembuatan landasan. Hasil pada pengecoran menunjukan bahwa panas awal elpiji mulai dari waktu1 menit panas yang dihasilkan 950C sampai panas akhir pada menit 80, panas yang dihasilkan 4510.

Abstract

Every construction project certainly has constraint and barrier, to limit every constraint occurs in project conduction then it needs supervision or monitoring in carrying out of building activity. This research uses value result method to determine the time needed to finish and cost needed up to the finishing project. Here, there are there are three indicators attentioned in using result value method, they are BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. The monitoring result from result value method calculation is that the estimation of the last finishing job are 123 days three days late from the normal is that 120 days in finishing. Whereas the cost spends up to the finishing job is estimated Rp. 612.512.649,00 lower than the cost determined, and it can be guess that the company get profits.Key words: project monitoring, result value methode, time, and cost.

Abstract

AbstrakKeberadaan pedagang kaki lima di sekitar lapangan Mojoagung Jombang dianggap sebagai penyebab kemacetan lalu lintas dan mengganggu keindahan kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan eksisting lapangan Mojoagung jombang dengan aktivitas pedagang kaki lima di sekitarnya, serta pembuatan desain penataan pedagang kaki lima di lapangan Mojoagung Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), rumusan strategi penanganan PKL selanjutnya yang dijabarkan dalam pelaksanaan program-program dengan memperhatikan kepentingan stakeholders dapat ditentukan berdasarkan skala prioritas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pendekatan AHP, antara lain: kriteria faktor tata ruang memiliki pengaruh tingkat kepentingan tertinggi yaitu dengan bobot 0,359 (35,9 %) kemudian disusul dengan faktor ketertiban umum dengan bobot 0,226 (22,6 %), faktor ekonomi dengan bobot 0,178 (17,8%), faktor sosial dengan bobot 0,148 (14,8%) dan terakhir faktor lingkungan dengan bobot 0,089 (8,9 %).Kata Kunci: Strategi, Penataan PKL, dan AHPAbstractThe existence of PKL around Mojoagung Jombang field is considered to be the cause of traffic congestion and disturb the beauty of the city. This study aims to describe the existing area of Mojoagung jombang field with the activity of street hawkers in it, as well as making the design of structuring street vendors in the field Mojoagung Jombang. This study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process approach, the formulation of PKL's next handling strategy described in the implementation of programs with attention to stakeholders' interests can be determined based on priority scale. The results obtained from the AHP approach, among others: criteria of spatial factors have the highest importance of importance that is with the weight of 0.359 (35.9%) and then followed by public order factor with the weight of 0.226 (22.6%), economic factor with weight 0.178 (17,8%), social factor with weight 0,148 (14,8%) and last environmental factor with weight of 0,089 (8,9%).Keywords: Strategi, Penataan PKL, dan AHP

Abstract

Parking is a condition in which the driver/ rider stops and leaves his vehicle temporarily. For this reason, a comfortable and safe place is needed to leave their vehicle behind. To meet the parking needs, due to the increase in students and the arrangement of parking spaces, therefore it is planned to build a two-story parking building structure with a steel structure by using the Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) method and to simplify the design of steel structures by using the analysis of the sap 2000 software. The result of this study is axial, moment. The truss model used is a gable frame and the steel material used is BJ37 with a WF profile while for the roof used is a zincalume structure. Those are planned to consider the safety of the effects of resistance and load, so that the design strength of each structural component cannot be less than the strength required, based on the combination loading. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: the type of steel used is BJ 37, the gable beam of the truss used is WF 200.200.8.12 with pressure 132799.023 kg > 9524.06 kg, and the moment Mu ≤ ∅Mn gets load of 11328 kgm > 8527.34 kgm, and those meet the requirements needed. The column used is WF profile 300.300.10.15 with pressure 141891.12 kg > 22270.91 kg, and for the interaction equation between moment and axial is 0.83 < 1. The planned profiles above are then ready to be used.

Abstract

Perancangan fasilitas lajur dan jalur sepedaa juga terkait dengan UU Nomor 38 Tahun 2004 tentang Jalan dan Undang-undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 tentang Tata Ruang. Berdasarkan aspek legal tersebut, maka terdapat keharusan membangun lajur sepeda (Mulyadi, 2014). Dalam kajian lajur khusus sepeda terdapat beberapa analysis yaitu Level Of Service (LOS)  yang digunakan untuk menilai volume dan kepadatan ruas jalan yang akan digunakan, menentukan nilai kelayakan ruas yang akan ditentukan. Selain Los Of Service LOS terdapat analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara persepsi konsumen dan prioritas peningkatan kualitas produk/jasa yang dikenal pula sebagai quadrant analysis, lalu menggunakan analysis SWOT yang digunakan untuk menemukan aspek-aspek penting dari kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman di dalam suatu kajian ruas jalan. Dari data analysis diatas mendapatkan nilai LOS baik pada jalan Diponegoro,RA Kartini dan Thamrin, sedangkan untuk analysis IPA terdapat nilai X 3.53, Y 3.76 pada jalan Diponegoro, nilai X 3.48, Y 3.76 pada jalan RA Kartini dan nilai X 3.76, Y 3.82 dijalan Thamrin. Pada analysis SWOT terdapat nilai ancaman yang sangat tinggi berupa kurangnya lahan sehingga tidak ada lahan bagi kendaraan berparkir dan PKL disepanjang jalan serta fasilitas yang kurang lengkap dan memadai.
