Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's understanding of pedagogic competence. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The research population of PAUD teachers are 66 teachers with various educational qualifications and the sample of 33 respondents studied background of S1. Technique of collecting data using Test. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive. The results showed that most teachers have understood about the students, the implementation and implementation of learning activities, planning of learning activities and implementation of learning evaluation.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum semua guru PAUD menguasai pemahaman yang sama terhadap kompetensi pedagogik di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian guru PAUD 66 orang guru dengan ragam kualifikasi pendidikan dan di ambil sampel penelitian 33 orang responden berlatarbelakang S1. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru telah memahami tentang peserta didik, pelaksanaan dan penerapan kegiatan pembelajaran, perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: kompetensi Pedagogik, guru pendidikan anak usia dini
