<![CDATA[Anemia in pregnancy usually occurs in the first and third trimesters with Hb levels below 11gr% and in the second trimester with Hb levels less than 10.5gr%. The incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia still reaches 40 - 50%. There are several factors that cause anemia such as nutritional status, pregnancy spacing, education, parity, mother's age, and frequency of Antenatal Care (ANC). The purpose of this research was to determine the associated factors to the anemia incidence of pregnant women in the Working Area of Biha Public Health Center Pesisir Barat Regency in 2021. This research type is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all the third trimester of pregnant women in the working area of the Biha Public Health Center Pesisir Barat Regency in February-March 2021, amounting to 55 people with a sample of 55 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate (chi-square) analysis. The research result indicated that there was a correlation between mothers’ age and the anemia incidence of pregnant women in the Working Area of Biha Public Health Center, Pesisir Barat Regency in 2021 with a P-value of 0.044. There was a correlation between maternal parity and the anemia incidence of pregnant women in the Working Area of Biha Public Health Center Pesisir Barat Regency in 2021 with a P-value of 0.036. There was a correlation between maternal pregnancy and the anemia incidence of pregnant women in the working area of Biha Public Health Center Pesisir Barat Regency in 2021 with a p-value of 0.002. The suggestions for pregnant women can routinely carry out ANC so that the health condition of pregnant women is always monitored so that there are no complications during childbirth.Abstrak: Anemia pada kehamilan biasanya terjadi pada trimester 1 dan 3 dengan kadar Hb dibawah 11gr% dan trimester 2 dengan kadar Hb kurang dari 10,5gr%. Angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia masih mencapai 40 - 50%. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan anemia seperti status gizi, jarak kehamilan, pendidikan, jumlah paritas, umur ibu, dan frekuensi Antenatal Care (ANC). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Biha Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Biha Kabupaten Pesisir Barat pada bulan Februari-Maret tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 55 orang dengan sampel 55 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan usia ibu dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Biha Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun 2021 dengan P value 0,044. Ada hubungan paritas ibu dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Biha Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun 2021 dengan P value 0,036. Ada hubungan jarak kehamilan ibu dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Biha Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun 2021 dengan p value 0,002. Saran ibu hamil dapat rutin melakukan ANC agar keadaan kesehatan ibu hamil selalu terpantau sehingga tidak ada penyulit saat persalinan.]]>
