<![CDATA[This study used classroom action research (classroom action research) with cycles. Each cycle has four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected by means of observation and achievement test. Then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model of the type of think pair and share with graphic media can enhance the activity and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the increase in the average value of student activity, in the first cycle is equal to 52,67 (enough ) increased to 73,53 (active ) at the end of the second cycle. Similarly, student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value of the class on the first cycle of 64,33, and a second cycle of 76,17. While the percentage of students who completed the first cycle of 53,33 %, and at the end of the second cycle of 80,00 % .Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan daur siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdapat empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe think pair and share dengan media grafis dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari meningkatnya rata-rata nilai aktivitas siswa, pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 52,67 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 73,53 (aktif) pada akhir siklus II. Demikian pula hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 64,33, dan siklus II sebesar 76,17. Sedangkan persentase siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 53,33 %, dan pada akhir siklus II sebesar 80,00%. Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar pkn, model cooperative learning tipe TPS]]>
