<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low of the motivation and the learning result of students at the fourth grade of B class at state junior high school Metro Timur. The aims of this research were to increase the motivations and the learning result of students by implementation of picture and picture model. The kind of research was classroom action research with planning, acting, observation, and reflection step. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. The technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of the research showed that implementation of picture and picture model can increase the motivations and the learning result of students.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model picture and picture. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model picture and picture dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, model picture and picture, motivasi]]>
