<![CDATA[Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis penanganan dan penyelesaian penuntutan tindak pidana koneksitas dan menganalisis dan menjelaskan peran Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pidana Militer dalam penanganan dualisme penuntutan tindak pidana koneksitas. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian hukum normatif disertai dengan data-data empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penyelesaian penuntutan tindak pidana koneksitas dilakukan dimulai dengan membentuk tim penyidik koneksitas, penelitian bersama oleh Jaksa dan Oditur untuk menentukan titik berat kerugian apakah terletak pada lingkungan peradilan umum atau militer, hingga penyerahan perkara ke pengadilan. (2) Kewenangan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pidana Militer dalam penyelesaian penuntutan tindak pidana koneksitas yaitu melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang Kejaksaan di bidang koordinasi teknis penuntutan yang dilakukan oleh oditurat dan penanganan perkara koneksitas mulai dari penyidikan perkara koneksitas sampai keputusan lepas bersyarat dan tindakan hukum lain di bidang koordinasi teknis penuntutan. The research objective is to analyze the handling and settlement of prosecutions for connectedness crimes and to analyze and explain the role of the Deputy Attorney General for Military Crimes in handling the dualism of prosecuting criminal acts of connectivity. The type of research is normative legal research accompanied by empirical data.
