Abstract

ABSTRACTPublic health center as a first-level facility that is widely used by BPJS users must have good service quality and quality in order to provide satisfaction to patients. Based on the results of research at the Maja Health Center, it was determined that 64.2% of outpatients using BPJS Health were dissatisfied with the services provided and 35.8% were satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction of outpatients using BPJS Health at Maja Health Center. Cross sectional analytical survey method with univariate and bivariate analysis. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of 106 respondents. The correlation results from the five dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) have a relationship with the satisfaction of outpatients using BPJS Health at Maja Health Center. ABSTRAKPuskesmas sebagai fasilitas tingkat pertama peserta BPJS harus memiliki mutu pelayanan yang baik guna memberikan kepuasan pada pasien. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Maja menentukan bahwa 64,2% pasien rawat jalan pengguna BPJS kesehatan merasa tidak puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan dan 35,8% puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Maja. Metode survei analitik cross sectional dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling 106 responden. Hasil korelasi dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati) ada hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Maja. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang baik akan menambah kepuasan pasien dalam pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan
