<![CDATA[Abstrak Peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan fungsi peranan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. (2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawainya. (3) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa (1) Dapat mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawai sub bagian fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pengawasan sekretariat DPRD dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. (2) serta pelaksanaan fungsi peranan pegawainya.
