<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of skills and emotional intelligence on work productivity at AUTO 2000 Plaju. The research method used is quantitative research methods with a population of all mechanical employees at AUTO 2000 Plaju totaling 49 people. The sample used in this study using saturated sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 49 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing t test and F test using the software program spss 23 for windows. The results of this study show that the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.740 + 0.026X1 + 1.088X2 + e. The results of the coefficient of determination show the value of R square of 0.456 or 45.6% means the contribution of the contribution of the influence of skills (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) to work productivity (Y) of 45.6%. The results of testing the hypothesis t test skills (X1) on work productivity (Y) with a significant value of 0.461> 0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is no significant effect between skills on work productivity at AUTO 2000 Plaju. The results of testing the t test of emotional intelligence (X2) on work productivity (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <α significant 0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on work productivity at AUTO 2000 Plaju. The results of testing the F test hypothesis obtained a significant value of 0.000 <α 0.05, then the hypothesis Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted and Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected, it can be concluded that together there is a significant effect between skills and emotional intelligence on work productivity. at AUTO 2000 plaju. Keywords: Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Work Productivity  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap produktivitas kerja di AUTO 2000 plaju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan bagian mekanik di AUTO 2000 plaju berjumlah 49 orang.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 49 orang karyawan.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuisioner.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan program software spss 23 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa nilai persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 5,740 + 0,026X1 + 1,088X2 + e. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan nilai R square sebesar 0,456 atau 45,6% artinya kontribusi sumbangan pengaruh keterampilan (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 45,6% . Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t keterampilan (X1) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,461 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterampilan terhadap produktivitas kerja di AUTO 2000 plaju. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < α signifikan 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosiona terhadap produktivitas kerja di AUTO 2000 plaju. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji F diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < α 0,05 maka hipotesis Ha (Hipotesis alternatif) diterima dan Ho (Hipotesis nol) ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterampilan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap produktivitas kerja di AUTO 2000 plaju. Kata kunci : Keterampilan, Kecerdasan Emosional, Produktivitas Kerja]]>
