The aim of this study is to determine the influence of work stress and the mediation of job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees at the Anumana Hotel Ubud. This study involved 98 respondents taken using the total sampling method. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data, and SEM-PLS analysis was used to analyze the collected data. The hypothesis was tested using a one-tailed t-test. The study results show that work stress has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job stress has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction is a partial mediation of the influence of work stress on employee turnover intention. This research model has a Predictive Relevance (Q2) of 0.514 which is classified as strong.
