PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN VISIONER DAN IMBALAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN PROFESI GURU

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap komitmen profesi guru, dan (2) pengaruh imbalan kerja terhadap komitmen profesi guru. Subyek penelitian adalah para guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel 252 orang yang diambil dengan cara stratified proporsional random sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur setelah menghitung korelasi semua variabel penelitian berupa matriks. Hasil analisis pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen pada masing-masing substruktur diperoleh (1) Kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,466, (2) Imbalan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,589. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan visioner terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 46,6%, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung imbalan kerja terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 58,9%.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner, Imbalan Kerja,Komitmen ProfesiThe aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of visionary leadership on teachers' professional commitment; and (2) the influence of employee benefits on teachers' professional commitment. The research subjects were Banda Aceh City State High School teachers, with a sample size of 252 people taken using stratified proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results of the analysis of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure showed that (1) visionary leadership had a positive effect on teachers' professional commitment of 0.466, and (2) work benefits had a positive effect on teachers' professional commitment of 0.589. The research results illustrate that (1) there is a direct positive influence of visionary leadership on teachers' professional commitment of 46.6%, and (2) there is a direct positive influence of employee benefits on teachers' professional commitment of 58.9%.Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Employee Benefits, Professional Commitment
