<![CDATA[A learning method is a method or approach to for giving the knowledge from a teacher or mentor to students. This educational method is designed to assist teachers in providing material to students according to the characteristics or characteristics of each child. Currently, learning methods are quite important to provide as much understanding as possible to students. This study was conducted to familiarize students with group discussions as well as to hone their ability to think critically when given a topic of discussion. This training was conducted at SD Negeri 29 Sorong City using the mentoring method. This research involved 28 students of class VI. At the time of implementation, students were divided into 6 groups where each group contained 4 people. The achievement results can be seen from the students who are very enthusiastic and active in the application of this learning model, discuss well with their respective groups, and are active in asking each other.
