Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Abstract

The car recognition is part of the field of traffic surveillance on the image. In general, the car recognition using the form-based feature as a unique feature. Another feature in object recognition is the frequency feature. One feature of frequency is the Fourier feature, this feature is obtained by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method. The object recognition can be done by determining the maximum value of likelihood and classifying it with Maximum Likelihood Classification (MLC). The use of FFT and MLC in the car object recognition has never been used. The results of both are in a good accuracy that is 76%.

Abstract

Various methods are applied in the application of plagiarism detection to help check the similarity of a document. Jaro-Winkler Distance can measure the distance between two strings. However, this method basically depends on the position of the word. Latent Semantic Analysis emphasizes the words contained in the document regardless of its linguistic character. This study compares the results of plagiarism detection using the Jaro-Winkler Distance and the Latent Semantic Analysis method. From comparing results of  Jaro-Winkler Distance method and Latent Semantic Analysis method, Jaro-Winkler Distance method is better than Latent Semantic Analysis method if using the same test data. Jaro-Winkler Distance method will give plagiarism result 100% and Latent Semantic Analysis method will give plagiarism result 97,14%.

Abstract

This research proposes a decision support system in determining thesis exam graduation using AHP and TOPSIS method. The AHP method weighted the criteria to generate values for each criterion, in which the value of each criterion was used to obtain a ranking of some alternatives with TOPSIS. The criteria used for the assessment are 5 chapters (C1), neatness (C2), manners (C3), material delivery (C4) and material mastery (C5). Merging the AHP and TOPSIS methods can optimize the weighting of criteria values that affect the more objective alternative ranking results. The resulting Hamming distance is 96.2% and the Euclidean distance is 0.8096 for 95 students.

Abstract

This study proposed a combination of steganography and cryptography techniques using LSB and RSA methods. RSA is a popular cryptographic technique that can be applied to digital imagery. Digital image pixel values range from 0 to 255, making the keys used in RSA limited enough and less secure. So in this study, it is proposed to convert pixel image value to 16 bits so that the key used can be more varied. Experimental results proved that there was a steady increase in security and imperceptibility. This was shown by the results of PSNR 57.2258dB and MSE 0.1232dB. This method was also resistant to salt and pepper attacks.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a tracking system algorithm by combining optical flow and template matching algorithms to strengthen tracking and minimize the resulting errors. The system has been tested on a football video game with the ball as a tracking object. The optical flow and template matching algorithms are used interchangeably based on the coordinates of both ranges calculated using the Euclidean distance equation. The result shows that the system is able to do tracking, although it is temporarily blocked by other objects, more stable and the distance error between the coordinates of the tracking result and the actual coordinates is not more than 110 pixels compared to using only optical flow or template matching algorithm.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an electrical device control system using speech recognition and perform the analysis factors that affect the accuracy of speech recognition. The system used the Arduino Uno as the main control board of the system, an Elechouse's voice recognition module as speech processing device and several output devices such as relays, LEDs and an LCD. This research resulted in 92,7% accuracy of speech recognition at the ideal condition and 66,85% at the noise condition. This study shows that the frequency, amplitude, slow tempo and timbre of command speech greatly affect the success of speech recognition.

Abstract

The shopping center generally uses the questionnaire instrument in measuring the level of customer satisfaction services. Processing and presentation of conventional questionnaire data tend to be long and less effective. The problem will be solved by using smart robots to measure consumer satisfaction at shopping centers. This robot has a digital questionnaire module located on the robot's chest and the facial module that is used as a robot expression when the consumer chooses to be satisfied or not with the shopping center service. The digital robot questionnaire module is able to accommodate, store and process customer satisfaction data in statistics. Robotic expression when receiving a choice of consumer satisfaction in the form of happy or disappointed facial expressions combined with a voice expression in the form of thanks to customers who have visited.
