Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge transfer on sustainability in the agricultural sector in Boyolali district and examine the effect of network strength as a moderating variable in the influence of knowledge transfer on economic sustainability. The data were conducted through a survey using a questionnaire with purposive sampling to 119 heads of farmer group cooperatives in Boyolali district, with a questionnaire level of 98 percent. This study applied a hierarchcal regression to test the research model used. The results show that knowledge transfer has significant influence on economic sustainability in the agricultural sector. Finding knowledge in the context of the agricultural sector in Boyolali district has a relationship that is not in line with economic sustainability. While knowledge sharing carried out positively affects on economic sustainability. The power of knowledge sharing in influencing sustainability is largely determined by the strength of the network they have.

Abstract

This study aimed to produce a project-based psychomotor assessment instrument in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, on Marketing Mix Competence and to measure student learning outcomes. A research method that was used in this article is Research and Development (R&D). The data was obtained from validation experts, students' understanding of 12 students, as well as student learning outcomes. The validation result of the contents of psychomotor assessment instruments by expert validators which consist of 1 lecturer and 2 teachers are 94 percent and 92.8 percent. Meanwhile, validation of the project by expert validators is about 95 percent and 93.8 percent, respectively. The results of readability test (comprehension) obtained by the students of tenth-grade of Online Business and Marketing Expertise class with 90.2 percent. While the results of student learning in the product label sketch with an average final score of 3.82. Based on the results of content validation and readability test it can be concluded that the project-based psychomotor assessment instrument to measure student learning outcomes is feasible to be used in the teaching-learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the CIRC learning model on learning achievement in the Indonesian Language Correspondence course material for writing official letters. This type of research is experimental form of non equivalent control group design. The subject of the study was all students of UNESA 2016 Office Administration Education Study Program totaling 88 students in which the experimental class was determined as class A and the control class was class B. In the learning control class, it was used the direct instruction model, while the experimental class was treated using the CIRC model. The research uses various instrument tests such as pre-test, post-test, and assignments to make official letters. The results showed that there were significant differences when comparing the average score of the control class with the experimental class, namely the cooperative reading and composition cooperative learning model had a significant effect on students’ achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of interactive and multimedia-based learning which conducted by the teachers from office administration in state vocational high school 2 Blitar. This research is qualitative research then the subjects are the teachers’ expertise of administrative programs, vice principal of curriculum and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) interactive learning have been implemented, (2) Multimedia-Based learning has been implemented, but it is needed for developing the multimedia which used for teaching process.It can be seen that the teacher conducts learning in accordance with interactive learning indicators. The implementation of the curriculum 2013 for aspects of multimedia-based learning has been carried out by teachers by implementing learning that contains multimedia-based learning indicators.

Abstract

This present study was aimed at finding out the correlation of emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude and entrepreneurship intention on vocational school students. The data were analyzed using SEM Smart PLS technique. The study revealed that there is a cause and effect correlation of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude toward entrepreneurship intention on vocational students in Mojokerto regency as described: 1) empirically, emotional intelligence was proven to have no direct influence on entrepreneurship intention, however, it has direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 2) entrepreneurship self-efficacy has direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude and entrepreneurship intention, and entrepreneurship self-efficacy also has indirect influence  toward the entrepreneurship intention through entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 3) entrepreneurship behavioral attitude has direct and strong influence toward entrepreneurship intention.
