Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description of the level of brand engagement and customer loyalty on Twitter social media users in Indonesia. The research design of this study was a cross-sectional method. This study used a descriptive approach and explanatory survey method. A total of 106 respondents were selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique was a descriptive technique by using frequency distribution. Furthermore, the data were calculated using path analysis to gain understanding the relationship between variables. The result of this study showed that brand engagement is in good enough categories, while customer loyalty is in good enough category. The differences in this study located on object research, time research, measuring instruments, literature used, the theory used and the results of the study. Keywords: brand engagement, customer loyalty, social media

Abstract

Progress in technology impacts the educational sector, which allows teachers to build interactive learning programs. The goal of this study is to investigate the use of the flipped learning model to improve student learning outcomes as the implementation of the revised community of inquiry (RCOI). The research was carried out on students who took the course in Organizational Management, Management Study Program, Economics Faculty, Sanata Dharma University. A purposeful sampling method was used for the sampling technique, data mining used questionnaires for 163 respondents and classroom surveys. Three factors are included in the aspects examined, specifically the characteristics of the learning program, implementation and the outcomes obtained. The data analysis was using factor analysis. The findings showed that learners thought the stimuli using the flipped learning model made learning simpler and more autonomous for them and this RCOI measure provided its advantages in influencing the progress of their learning outcomes. Keywords: Model Flipped Learning, Revised Community of Inquiry (RCOI), Students’ Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance of the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 143 participants. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. Also, this research found that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Keywords: Employee Performance, Readiness for Change, Work-Family Conflict

Abstract

The 21st century education expects students to have the skills to solve problems, develop knowledge, be able to develop high degree of thinking and critical thinking. This expectation requires schools to be able to take an innovative learning approach. This study aims at determining the implementation of the STEM-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in General Administration subjects as well as how it impacts student learning outcomes. This research is a survey based on the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) by the practicum teacher. This Classroom Action Research requirements that were included in the observation were at least two cycles with two meetings per cycle. The results showed that the implementation of the STEM-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) model of teachers experienced more problems related to the interpretation of each component of the planning process for the preparation of learning tools and specifically difficulties when the process of real-life context learning activities in class. However, this learning model provided benefits in strengthening participants to improve learning outcomes Keywords: Learning Outcomes, STEM approach, Project Based Learning

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing factors that influence green entrepreneurial knowledge on SMEs in West Java. The variables reviewed in this study were the role of entrepreneurship education, media, public figure, and government on green entrepreneurial knowledge. It used explanatory survey to collect data. The population in this study were 4.285 SMEs engaged in the culinary industry in Bandung. The sample retrieval technique employed was the Slovin formula which resulted on 240 respondents. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that the influential factors in increasing green entrepreneurial knowledge are entrepreneurship education, media, public figures, and government both partially and simultaneously. These findings implied that it is essential to improve green entrepreneurial knowledge; it takes the role of media, public figures, entrepreneurship education, and government.Keywords: green entrepreneurial knowledge, media, government, SMEs
