Abstract

The rapid advancement of digitalization, along with an ever-shrinking pool of available jobs, needs people to think more productively as changes in the business world’s production methods accelerate. Social entrepreneurship is one strategy for overcoming society’s entrepreneurial problems, including financial constraints, managerial capabilities, limited networks, and a lack of government support. The purpose of this study is to ascertain and assess residents’ entrepreneurial motivations, social competency, and sociopreneur potential in Salamrejo Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach in conjunction with explanatory research approaches. This study included 4812 individuals and randomly selected 98 samples. A closed questionnaire with a five Likert Scale was utilized to collect data in this investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the data using the SPSS application. The findings of this study reveal that entrepreneurial motivation has a significant influence on sociopreneurs, whereas social competence has no significant effect on sociopreneurs. The study concludes that community entrepreneurship motivation is critical in building community excitement for developing a sociopreneur lifestyle that aspires to impact economic development.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Social Competence, Sociopreneur

Abstract

This study aims at explaining the relationship between work performance appraisal information systems, work performance appraisals and the performance of education personnel. This research was included in the category of explanatory research with a quantitative approach using survey methods to obtain a detailed understanding of the phenomenon. This research was conducted at Universitas Negeri Malang which is one of the leading state universities in East Java, and has implemented an information system for work performance appraisal for the last five years. Thus, it will be interesting to know whether the information system has a sustainable impact or not on improving employee performance. The sample of this study was 328 education personnel who are state civil servants at the head office of Universitas Negeri Malang. The results showed that the information system and work performance appraisal had a positive impact on the performance of education personnel. Furthermore, both information systems and performance appraisal simultaneously also have a positive influence on the performance of education personnel.Keywords: Work Performance Appraisal, Information Systems, Employee Performance

Abstract

The use of digital learning is a critical component of developing technology information and communication skills. The purpose of this study aims to develop a web-based Petty Cash Management Information System for financial administration courses to increase student autonomy and learning outcomes. This type of research and development employed a modified version of Borg and Gall’s Research and Development model. The study’s subjects included media and material experts serving as expert validators, six students serving as user validators, and large group test subjects. Quantitative data were gathered through the calculation of scores on validation questionnaires, independence questionnaires, and psychomotor test scores; qualitative data were gathered through interviews, criticisms, and suggestions. The independent sample t-test and descriptive qualitative analysis are used to analyze the data. The validation and trial results indicate that the learning media is appropriate for its designation, learning objectives, and ease of use and that it can be applied to support learning and improve student learning outcomes. The resulting product is unique in that it supports automation, complies with requirements, and features a distinct user interface for lecturers and students. Keywords: Financial Administration, Instructional Media, Learning Independence

Abstract

The exploration of employee performance in social entrepreneurship has gained increasing relevance among researchers, particularly in rural economic. Previous research has not explored much of the role of work motivation in strengthening job training and work incentives on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job training and work incentives on employee performance and elaborate on work motivation as a moderating variable. This research respondents were all employees working in Kampung Marketer with a total sample of 161 people. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique employs moderated analysis regression, preceded by a validity test, a reliability test and a classic assumption test. The results showed that job training has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of employees. Work incentives have an insignificant impact on the performance of employees. Motivation can reduce the effect of job training and enervate work incentive toward employee performance. Research results represent that work incentives essential to generate employee performance; otherwise, higher motivation can emerge negatively and influence employee performance. The research is beneficial to manage human resource and deliver cutting-edge insight in managing employee.

Abstract

Increasing the entrepreneurial intentions of university students a being crucial issue. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and analyze the moderator of entrepreneurship education on the relationship between opportunity recognition and green entrepreneurial intentions. This research applied an explanatory survey and questionnaires distributed to 195 students of Economic Education Siliwangi University in Tasikmalaya.  The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results in this study show that opportunity recognition positively impacts students’ green entrepreneurial intention. This study also indicates the role of entrepreneurship education in moderating the relationship between opportunity recognition and green entrepreneurial intention. The implication of the research is to support the formulation of entrepreneurial education initiative that can promote students in entrepreneurial projects either in the present or in the future.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Green Entrepreneurial Intention, Opportunity Recognition.
