Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of perceived usefulness and trust on consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce. This research conducted in Indonesia that targeted Shopee consumers. Data were collected from the survey by distributing questionnaires to the research respondents. The sample consisted of 86 people selected by a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that perceived usefulness and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this study also proved that Shopee users assess that the perceived usefulness of the e-commerce applications could facilitate convenience during the online transaction. Meanwhile, trust, in the form of guaranteed transactions and recommendations and ratings from consumers, is a form of support and services provided by Shopee to build consumer trust in Indonesia. Abstract

This article is done to find out and analyze the influence of promotion on interest in online shopping through the advancement of internet technology in Blitar City. The sample used was 150 respondents randomly from the general population of the City of Blitar which included 3 Subdistricts namely Sukorejo, Kepanjen Kidul and Sananwetan without any age, education, employment and other specifications due to the limitations of the researchers. The results of structural equestion modeling analysis show that the promotion carried out by online sellers in Blitar City through social media and the internet has given a tendency to influence the advancement of online technology by 28.7%. The promotion of products that exist in most social media or internet by product sellers has a tendency to influence the interest in online shopping in Blitar City by 47.1% and the advancement of online technology has provided a tendency to influence online shopping interest by 32.3%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which is currently sweeping the world, including Indonesia, has an enormous impact on the economic sector. Government policy to encourage people to move at home only affects the consumption pattern of the community. As one of the affected sectors, MSMEs must be able to see this as a challenge as well as an opportunity in marketing their products. The problem experienced by MSMEs is how to maintain their existence by making various efforts, including by conducting various business innovations and strategy innovations. For this reason, it is necessary to have various efforts in developing business strategies that can be carried out to maintain the business. This is the basis for the community service implementation team to hold a Webinar "MSME Business Strategy during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period". The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about business strategies for business people, especially for the MSME sector. Survive and be able to analyze external conditions and take advantage of existing opportunities to maintain the existence of the business. Participants in the Community Service activity are 117 people out of a total of 251 people who registered. Participants consisted of 49% of lecturers, 40% of MSME actors, and 11% of students. The results of this activity are the implementation of PKM activities and scientific publications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas direct promotion terhadap brand image di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) dengan sampel 100 orang siswa SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar secara acak. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis regresi linear, persamaan koefisien regresi adalah Y = 2,850 + 0,889X. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t 19,467 ? 1,66298 dan signifikasi 0,000 ? 0,05, yang berarti secara parsial variabel direct promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image di kampus AKB. Melalui direct promotion akan lebih efektif dalam memberikan informasi tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di AKB, sehingga akan mudah diketahui oleh masyarakat umum khususnya para siswa SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digitalization, along with an ever-shrinking pool of available jobs, needs people to think more productively as changes in the business world’s production methods accelerate. Social entrepreneurship is one strategy for overcoming society’s entrepreneurial problems, including financial constraints, managerial capabilities, limited networks, and a lack of government support. The purpose of this study is to ascertain and assess residents’ entrepreneurial motivations, social competency, and sociopreneur potential in Salamrejo Village, Karangan District, Trenggalek Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach in conjunction with explanatory research approaches. This study included 4812 individuals and randomly selected 98 samples. A closed questionnaire with a five Likert Scale was utilized to collect data in this investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the data using the SPSS application. The findings of this study reveal that entrepreneurial motivation has a significant influence on sociopreneurs, whereas social competence has no significant effect on sociopreneurs. The study concludes that community entrepreneurship motivation is critical in building community excitement for developing a sociopreneur lifestyle that aspires to impact economic development.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Social Competence, Sociopreneur

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang saat ini sedang melanda dunia, termasuk Indonesia, megakibatkan dampak yang teramat besar terutama sector ekonomi. Kebijakan Pemerintah untuk menghimbau masyarakat beraktivitas di rumah saja mempengaruhi pola konsumi masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu sector yang terdampak, UMKM harus dapat melihat hal ini sebagai tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam memasarkan produknya. Permasalahan dialami UMKM adalah bagaimana mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan melakukan berbagai upaya, antara lain dengan melakukan berbagai inovasi usaha dan inovasi strategi. Untuk itu dibutuhkan adanya berbagai upaya baik dari pemerintah melalui kementerian-kementerian yang terkait dengan perekonomian maupun perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku UMKM mengenai strategi bisnis yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya mempertahankan bisnisnya mengingat sektor UMKM memiliki peranan yang sangat penting terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar bagi tim pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat untuk mengadakan seminar dengan judul kegiatan Webinar “Strategi Bisnis UMKM pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19”. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi bisnis bagi para pelaku bisnis khususnya bagi sektor UMKM. sehingga mampu bertahan dan dapat menganalisa kondisi eksternal serta memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang ada untuk mempertahankan eksistensi bisnisnya. Peserta kegiatan Pengabdian kepada mayarakat ini adalah 117 orang dari total 251 orang yang mendaftar. Peserta terdiri dari 49% dosen, 40% pelaku UMKM dan 11% mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan PKM dan publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan melainkan juga pada aspek perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini mendorong pemerintah membuat kebijakan pemulihan ekonomi kepada masyarakat yaitu melalui program Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS). Dalam program JPS ini, pemerintah membagi menjadi dua jenis bantuan yaitu bantuan sosial reguler dan non reguler. Pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial bukan hal baru lagi bagi pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah. Namun dalam penyalurannya selalu terjadi masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19, kendala dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19, dan solusi dalam mengatasi kendala dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19 pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang pihak Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Blitar dan 3 masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial masih memiliki kendala seperti sebagian bantuan tidak disalurkan tepat pada sasarannya karena masih ada masyarakat yang lebih layak mendapat bantuan namun tidak memperolehnya. Selain itu juga masih terdapat masyarakat yang kurang memahami tentang kriteria dan prosedur bantuan sosial serta ada sebagian masyarakat yang kurang memahami kondisi perekonomiannya. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Ekonomi Masyarakat, Bantuan Sosial Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has not only had an impact on healthy but also on the economic aspects of the community. This encourages the government to make economic recovery policies for the community, namely through the Social Safety Net (JPS). In this JPS program, the government divides into two types of assistance, namely regular and non-regular social assistance. The implementation of the distribution of social assistance is nothing new for the central government and local government. However, in its distribution there are always problems in the distribution of cash and non-cash social assistance. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures for distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era, obstacles in distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era, and solutions in overcoming obstacles in distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the Blitar Regency Social Service. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with several informations. Informants in this study were 2 people from the Social Service of Blitar Regency and 3 people from the ommunity who received social assistance. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the distribution of social assistance, there are still obstacles, such as some of the assistance not being channeled on target because there are still people who are more deserving of assistance but do not receive it. In addition, there are also people who do not understand the criteria and procedures for social assistance and there are some people who do not understand the economic conditions. Keywords: Covid-19, Community Economy, Social Assistance

Abstract

Sistem komputerisasi untuk pengelolaan keuangan nasabah bank sampah dirancang untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih transparan dan mudah diakses. Aplikasi ini akan memuat informasi mulai dari simpanan, pengambilan, dan informasi saldo nasabah dapat dihitung secara otomatis dan dilihat secara realtime oleh nasabah, karena setelah dilakukan entry data, sistem menghitung secara langsung transaksi yang masuk dan jumlah saldo akan muncul, sehingga saldo akhir diketahui secara langsung. Sistem ini disusun untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan Bank Sampah di Kecamatan Sutojayan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan melakukan pencatatan di sebuah buku sehingga keakuratan dan ketepatan sangat kurang. Pengelola tidak mempunyai data salinan (back up data) sehingga rawan data transaksi nasabah hilang. Nasabah yang menabung di Bank sampah juga tidak dapat mengetahui berapa jumlah simpanan yang disetor sehingga mereka harus datang secara langsung ke kantor Bank sampah. Sehingga dengan dilakukan pelatihan aplikasi pengelolaan keuangan bank sampah diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan secara digital sehingga memberikan pemahaman kepada admin (pengelola) bahwa pengelolaan administrasi keuangan merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan usaha serta memberikan bekal ketrampilan dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Untuk pengelolaan data nasabah, aplikasi hanya dapat diakses oleh admin sedangkan nasabah dapat melihat transaksi mereka yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun melalui smartphone.
