JSSH was published twice a year in March and September, the first time published in March 2017. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial peserta didik yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan sosial dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran strategi berpikir visual di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode eksperimen yaitu serangkaian metode yang membandingkan kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretes, posttes, dan observasi terhadap di dua kelas yang berbeda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS dengan uji prasyarat Normalitas dan Homogenitas, untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh Visual Thinking Strategies terhadap pengembangan Keterampilan Sosial bagi Peserta Didik Social Anxiety Disorder, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS diperoleh thitung = 2,659, jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel = 2,020, maka nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel  atau 2,659 > 2,020. Dari hasil pengujian disimpulkan bahwa startegi berpikir visual (visual thinking startegies) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan social peserta didik yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan sosial.

Abstract

Keberadaan rider ojek online sebagai salah satu dampak perkembangan teknologi di industri transportasi. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk meninjau produktivitas, sebagai bentuk pencapaian dalam memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan dengan memegang nilai amanah sebagai salah satu keyakinan dalam menjalankan sistem online. Sehingga peneliti tertarik melihat korelasi antara kepuasan pelanggan dan amanah dalam memprediksi produktivitas rider ojek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala amanah dan skala kepuasan konsumen, dengan jumlah subjek 112 pelanggan dan untuk variabel produktivitas rider menggunakan 112 data survey produktivitas melalui akun pribadi rider ojek online dengan metode wawancara. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai F (2,109)=0,62, p < 0,540, dengan R2=0,01 menyatakan bahwa secara signifikan kepuasan konsumen dan amanah tidak memberi pengaruh terhadap pencapaian produktivitas riderojek online PT. X.

Abstract

A single equation model that is often used ignores the interdependence between response variables. Frequently encountered variables that have a two-way relationship. These interrelated two-way relationships can be summarized in a simultaneous equation model system. There is a relationship between variables which are in fact dynamic. In the system model of simultaneous equations with dynamic panel data, each structural equation is a dynamic panel data regression equation. The estimation of using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) in the dynamic panel data model results in biased and inconsistent predictors because there is a lag of the dependent variable that correlates with the error. First difference in dynamic panel models is used to eliminate individual effects. Instrument variables are needed, namely variables that do not correlate with errors. Therefore, dynamic panel data models are more suitable to be used in analyzing poverty and social change. From the simultaneous equation model obtained, the dominant factors affecting the level of poverty in Central Java Province are the unemployment rate, Human Development Index, labor force participation rate, population, and Gross Regional Domestic Product.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the ability in concept comprehension of the students class XII Farmasi B SMK Muhammadiyah Purwokerto on statistics. It is carried out in three cycles. In which each end of the cycle is carried out on evaluation to measure the ability of the students concept comprehension. The data of the concept comprehension is taken using a test. This data, then showed on a mean form. The result of the evaluation shows that there is an increasing from cycle 1 to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III. The mean of cycle I = 70, cycle II = 75 and cycle III = 78. Based on the above result, it can be concluded that throught learning based on problem thr ability in concept comprehension can be increased.

Abstract

Foreign Language Anxiety (FLA) is a common situation happens in EFL classroom. This phenomenon usually causes the students’ anxiety while they are learning English. The previous study proved that language learners performed significantly better on oral foreign language if they were in less anxious situations. Students’ unwillingness for participating speaking activities in the classroom caused by their assumption of being judged negatively and lack of mastering the speaking skill. The objective of this research is to explore whether there is foreign language anxiety problem among Indonesian undergraduates in speaking class. The researchers collected and processed the data using Photovoice. The participants of this research were 14 undergraduate students in the 5th semester. The findings indicated that the students have anxiety during performing speaking activity in classroom. As the implication, teachers can facilitate the students by creating a conducive, comfortable, and non-threatening class to help alleviating the students' foreign language anxiety.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Merumuskan model pembelajaran PAI yang efektif di Lembaga filantropi Pendidikan, 2) Menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat model pembelajaran PAI pada lembaga filantropi pendidikan di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Model penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan adalah: 1) model pembelajaran PAI di Panti Asuhan Putra Al-Islam Giwangan menggunakan Model George Betts,  2) Faktor pendukung model pembelajaran PAI ada 5: (a) Sistem pembelajaran; (b) Lingkungan, sarana dan prasarana; (c) Strategi Pembelajaran; (d) Metode pembelajaran, dan (e) Media pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor penghambat ada 3: (a) Ketidaksiapan pendidik dan peserta didik (b) Kurikulum yang tidak dijalankan secara penuh; (c) Terbatasnya jumlah buku pelajaran.

Abstract

Gender segregation within the organization is still common, including for Muhammadiyah as a group of men and Aisyiyah as a group of women. This study aims to examine Social Capital Capability of Aisyiyah Baubau, according to the trust of the society to the movement of this organization generally increase with a number of Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) in Baubau City. This study categorizes that internal social capital is stronger than the external social capital of the organization’s, it provides a description that Aisyiyah Baubau City is capable of managing members and AUM as a form of organizational development effort, it's just not optimal in building network against stakeholders and local government. In the other hand, aisyiyah baubau in also influenced by social cultural condition of buton society which has a lot of distance ideologically with muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Competence of human resources is an important factor in the procurement of government goods/services. For this reason, the government regularly holds training in procurement of goods / services. But this effort has not yet achieved optimal results. This can be seen from the learning achievements of the trainees. In the DKI Jakarta Province, training conducted from 2005 to 2016 only produced graduates of 18% per year. Therefore research is conducted to determine the factors that might be related to the low learning achievement of participants in the procurement of goods/services training. Various studies have been conducted in several Ministries/Institutions/Regions and found various factors related to learning achievement. This research was conducted to examine the relationship between the risks felt by participants and their learning achievements. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach to explain the relationship between these two variables. The results of the study show that there is a negative relationship between perceived risk and participants' learning achievement. The higher the risk felt by participants, the lower their learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstract - Reinforcement has been used in many areas of educational institution. In the learning activity, reinforcements are given by the teacher as feedback for what students have done. By using reinforcement in the learning activity, the students are expected to feel comfortable to show themselves by responding questions, giving feedback, and expressing their opinions in the class. This study aims to investigate the effect of giving reinforcement by the teacher towards student's learning motivation. This research used the photovoice method and SHOWeD Analysis. The participants are 27 students in 5th semester of English Education Department in online class, consists of 7 males and 20 females with the average age of around 19-21 years old. The finding shows that giving reinforcement encourage student's motivation in the learning activity. As the implication, teachers apply reinforcement in order to make the students high-motivated in the class.
