Abstract

Ideologi kebangsaan Indonesia terancam oleh separatisme, sektarianisme (SARA), dan keadaan ahistoris. Ketiga hal tersebut dapat berpotensi sebagai terorisme baru di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya-upaya memperkuat ideologi kebangsaan Indonesia melalui perubahan paradigma tentang Indonesia sebagai teks religiusitas Indonesia. Di pihak lain konsep demokrasi di Indonesia telah gagal dipahami sesuai konsep asalinya (generic concept), yang berakibat kepada implementasi yang gagal. Bahkan untuk mewujudkan Indonesia Baru kemudian muncul gagasan yang dimunculkan PAN mengenai perlunya negara federal Indonesia yang dikemukakan Amin Raispada waktu itu. Lebih jauh, problem terorisme di Indonesia sampai hari ini masih merupakan ancaman bagi ideologi kebangsaan Indonesia.Ideologi kebangsaan Indonesia terancam oleh separatisme, sektarianisme (SARA), dan keadaan ahistoris. Abstract

Theologize Peace is every human effort to contemplate, analyze, and find a way out and take action to tackle all forms of lack of peace as the main response while asking God's authority to take over the whole of human incompetence and then reign to wear man doing the works of peace. Following the Peace Theology of Nouwen, then we must run a step - a simple step, but with the spirit and heartfelt, namely: first, creating a personal prayer life is not to get the power per se, but to the disappearance of all forms and understanding the war. Second, keep - going to take the fight to operate independently and collectively against all forms of violence, including acts of nonviolence from your self, household, society, the state, to the global community. Abstract

Religion is a human life guidance. Religion is not God's creation. Religion is a human creation to be able to steer and control his life. Life associated with the Creator. So that religion is a tool in relations human relationship with God, which is a vertical relationship. At the moment in the life of religious fundamentalism used to relate to God, religion becomes a human privatization. But when religion is imposed uniformity fundamental in the understanding, the result can lead to differing views on religion that leads interference to peace among peoples, such as defamation, inter-religious conflicts, homelessness particular religion, terrorism, etc. On this context, fundamentalism and religious diversity is important to be studied and examined the truth. Religious fundamentalism creates open communication space between religious communities in religious equality. In contrast, fundamentalism closed and give communication barriers between religious communities because each considers the most true religion and other religions do not. Abstract

This paper goes from the author's experience as Chairman of the Election Supervisory Committee (Panwaslu) of Kupang for the supervision of the elections of the head of Nusa Tenggara Timur Region by 2013 and the supervision of legislative elections by 2014. The meaning of the props in Indonesian legislative election campaign (especially poster) is rarely done by researchers of the election in Indonesia. Suwonso and Kutut did the research about the meaning of the election posters of 1982 in Central Java (1987), the author also did the same observations on legislative elections 2009 in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). This research was conducted in Kupang, the capital city of NTT province which became the barometer of success for elections in NTT. Similar studies are expected in the future to be a recollection of history for the constituents to choose the representatives wisely, not only because of the promises they made in the props.Keywords: Legislative Election, Politic Campaign, Poster.

Abstract

Terrorism could be define as an act of violence to cause fear in effort to achieve its goal, especially political goal. The violence that occur in nowadays society is like cronical disease that requires respon from the society it self. At certain poin the violence has become vicious circle and become more inherent in human behaviour, and seems to work as systemic behaviour that shackles society. Thus, there is no escape from this situation, the society is in needed for a just social system which has value of sacrality, sanctity, and based on divinity. To enforce such value in practical level leadership is another necessary requirement, in this case a leader who have just quality. To lead is to uphold justice, to guard every member of the society so they could savor their basic right. While at the same time the just leader must ensure and respect freedom and human dignity as a manifestation of social responsibilty awarness.Keywords: Terrorism, Violence, Social Justice

Abstract"Radicalism and terrorism occurred in Indonesia from time to time with different motif, backgrounds, and display. Viewed from the perspective of citizenship radicalism, terrorism is a concept that includes how to think, and behave. One study based on the perspective of citizenship is about thinking of citizenship itself. It is closely related to the three elements of civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic virtue. Radicalism and terrorism viewed from the perspective of citizenship is a problem in a democracy and state of law. Abstract

The nature of the nation could not be separated from the purpose of the nation it self. The purpose of the nation is a purpose that want to be achieved by a nation.This purpose is the major reason for establishing the state of national founder. Thus, nature of national is the purpose of Indonesian people. The purpose of a nation must be consistent with the fact that inherent in the nation. For example, one of the statement attached to the people of Indonesia is unity in diversity. Therefore, the founders of the Indonesian state was deliberately adjust the national with the nation of Indonesian people. The purpose of the nation included in the constitution in order enforceable. The purpose of the nation had been included in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia's major problems such as separatism, sectarianism and terrorism should be studied constitutionally. Some of the problems is possible that there is a problem in the past and have been resolved through an agreement set forth in the Constitution.
