<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence intellectual intelligence (IQ) and religiosity have on the ethical behavior of auditors in the study of the Inspectorate of Bojonegoro Regency and the Inspectorate of Tuban Regency, and then how the love of money variable affects the second variable on the ethical behavior of auditors. The of data collection was done by using a questionnaire which was distributed to APIP and JFA Inspectorate The sample used in this study were 50 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were processed with SPSS version 28. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that partially intellectual intelligence and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the ethical behaviour of auditors. Path analysis test results show that intellectual intelligence has no effect on ethical behavior through love of money as intervening variable and relgiosity variable affect auditor ethical behavior through love of money as an intervening variable. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat efektivitas penerimaan pajak hiburan, pajak restoran, dan retribusi daerah serta pengaruhnya terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Madiun. Menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dan analisis efektivitas. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yaitu menunjukkan bahwa variabel pajak hiburan memiliki hubungan negatif dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah maka hipotesis pertama tidak terbukti atau tidak diterima. Pajak restoran secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Jadi untuk hipotesis kedua terbukti atau diterima. Retribusi daerah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Jadi untuk hipotesis ketiga tidak terbukti atau tidak diterima. <![CDATA[Lau Riman Village is a citrus fruit plantation area in Tanah Karo Regency. Oranges are the leading commodity in this village, so the marketing aspect is an important part of selling and earning profits. This study aimed to identify an efficient and profitable distribution channel pattern for citrus fruit farmers in Lau Riman Village, Tanah Karo Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The number of respondents in this study were eighty-eight citrus farmers in Lau Riman Village. Analysis of the data used is the farmer share approach, marketing margin, and market efficiency. The results of this study there are three marketing channels, hereinafter referred to as channels I, II, III. Efficient farmer share only exists in channel I, which only involves retailers as marketing institutions. The highest margin is in marketing channel III where marketing agencies reach out to markets outside North Sumatra, and the efficiency of marketing channels shows that the three channels used by citrus fruit farmers are less efficient]]>

<![CDATA[Dewasa ini pemerintah mengajak masyarakat untuk memiliki usaha yang ditekuni. Usaha tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga, terutama ditengah kondisi pandemi Covid 19, dimana daya beli masyarakat relatif menurun. Karena persaingan bisnis yang cukup ketat, menyebabkan UMKM sukar bertahan dalam jangka waktu lama. Kesulitan yang sering dialami adalah modal, pemasaran dan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran pemerintah daerah dalam membina masyarakat yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang identik dengan Home Industry di Kabupaten Sintang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, antara lain: Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menemukan ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Kabupaten Sintang ada beberapa sektor. <![CDATA[This research discusses, the influence of leadership competensies, organizational commitment and job climate on Organizational citizenship behavior and impact employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The respondent being analyzed are 116 employee at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The tool used for analyzing is the path analysis obtained through the software PPS. <![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Shopee Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari nonprobability sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang memiliki akun di Shopee dan telah melakukan transaksi di Shopee maksimal enam bulan yang lalu, dengan usia minimal 17 tahun sebanyak 200 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dalam penelitian ini terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Sedangkan kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Kemudian persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan shopee. Dengan hasil tersebut, Shopee akan semakin meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan bagi pelanggannya karena terbukti berdampak pada kenyamanan dan kemudahan pelanggan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Shopee.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh sektor basis dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap perekonomian Kabupaten Banyuwangi selama periode 2010 – 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode analisis location quotient secara garis besar digunakan untuk melihat sektor unggulan dan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh sektor basis dan pengeluaran pemerintah. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur dan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang termasuk sektor basis yaitu sektor pertanian, sektor pertambangan, sektor konstruksi, sektor jasa pendidikan, sektor transportasi. Untuk hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian dan sektor konstruksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran pemerintah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sedangkan sektor pertambangan, jasa pendidikan, transpotasi tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengeluaran pemerintah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Secara bersama sama memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze the impact of Covid 19 on the macroeconomy of Riau Province, including economic growth, investment, public consumption, and inflation in Riau Province and Riau Province government policies to overcome them. This study takes data related to macroeconomics in Riau, uses secondary data. Covid 19 caused a decrease in economic growth compared to the period before Covid 19. Covid 19 did not have a too significant impact on investment in Riau Province. The condition even shows an increase in investment compared to the previous year. Covid 19 caused a significant decrease in public consumption in Riau Province. Covid 19 causes inflationary instability in Riau. The Riau Provincial government's policy in controlling the impact of Covid 19 on the macroeconomic sector is through refocusing as the Covid recovery budget in Riau and supporting the realization of the National Economic Recovery fund budgeted by the Central Government. The government's policy is to ensure the implementation of infrastructure development (toll roads and provincial roads) to support distribution, agricultural incentives, labor-intensive projects, SME assistance, Pre-Employment Cards, and other policies aimed at ensuring economic stability in Riau Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Promoting SMEs is the right step to develop the community's economy, and empowerment is the right way. This study aims to examine the role of psychological empowerment as a mediator on the influence of transformational leaders in forming Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of their subordinates. The study used 4 SMEs in Kabupaten Bantul and Sleman as population and used saturated sampling technique. Data were collected from employees using a closed questionnaire instrument. The research findings have managerial implications that SMEs need to strengthen employee OCB through psychological empowerment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of investment opportunities and corporate financing on dividend policy. The data used in this study are companies that are included in the LQ-45 index listed in Indonesia`s Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2018 with a total of 224 observations obtained from the annual financial reports of each company with access to the website www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and as a robustness test using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). The results found contrary to previous studies, that investment opportunities have a positive effect on dividend policy. Corporate Financing has a negative effect on dividend policy. This research can be used as a consideration for investors in expecting dividends when investing on LQ-45 companies in Indonesia`s Stock Exchange.]]>
