Abstract

This research is a field on casual daily employees of the production division of PT. Gatra Mapan, Tbk. This has the main objective of proving the existence of a mediating function of Value Perceived by Employee, and Perceived HR Service Quality on the influence of employee expectations on employee job satisfaction. Data collection on 116 employees was conducted through a questionnaire instrument. The data obtained were analyzed through the outer and inner model and hypothesis testing in PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Value by Employee, and Perceived HR Service Quality are proven to be mediators between employee expectations and employee job satisfaction.Employee expectations can create perceptions about the value and quality of HR services that are felt by employees at work. Therefore, employees can feel job satisfaction which has an impact on the quality of their work so that they can beneficial for industrial development. Future research is expected to reveal whether employees who are satisfied at work will affect their creativity andtheir product quality.

Abstract

The leadership of the village head has a strong influence in driving village development so that it achieves success. The village head's current leadership is required to realize the village's vision to become an independent and democratic village. Transformational leadership can anticipate better future conditions, so it is the right leadership model because it adapts to a changing environment. Therefore, transformational leadership is needed to achieve the village's vision and mission, and in 2021 won various awards at the local and provincial levels. Although village funds are limited, they can implement village development innovations, namely the Griya Sinau Digital program and digital-based services. This study aimed to discover how village heads' transformational leadership in village development innovations in Sugihwaras Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation. According to Bass and Avolio, the theory used is the theory of transformational leadership. The findings in this study are the realization of digital service innovations and Griya Sinau Digital in village development through the transformational leadership of the Sugihwaras Village Head, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of export, investment, inflation, and unemployment to the constant gross domestic product (GDP) used to see the economic growth in Indonesia in 1990 to 2020. Time series data in this study are analyzed using ECM (Error Correction Model) to investigate the long-run and short-run effects of the independent variables, including export, investment, inflation, and unemployment, on GDP. The results suggest that there is no evidence to conclude that export affects GDP significantly in both long-run and short-run period. In terms of short-run period, investment gives positif effects on GDP, but inflation and unemployment are associated with negatif effects on GDP. Regarding long-run period, only investment and inflation significantly gives positive effects on GDP

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of Employee Friendliness, Food Quality, Food and Beverage Options, and Ambience on Customer Satisfaction and the frequency of eating through Word of Mouth mediation. The distribution of questionnaires was used in this study to obtain samples as analysis material to be processed. Purposive sampling was used to select 153 millennial customer respondents for the study, which was then analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) method. AMOS is used in this SEM method (Moment Structure Analysis). According to the findings of this study, there is a significant positive effect of Employee Friendliness on Overall Customer Satisfaction. Overall, Customer Satisfaction influences Word of Mouth positively. Dining Frequency is significantly influenced by word of mouth. Customer Satisfaction, mediated by word of mouth, significantly affects Dining Frequency. By conducting field surveys, producers and owners of food trucks are encouraged to improve food quality, variety of food sold, taste, and atmosphere to contribute to the growth and popularity of food trucks among millennials.

Abstract

The purpose of this stud research is to determine the effect of 1) Differentiated Competence on teaching staff (lecturers) performance in the digitalization era. 2) Differentiated Competence towards employee engagement in the digitalization era. 3) Employee Engagement on lecturer performance in the digitalization era. 4) Differentiated Competence on lecturer performance mediated by Employee Engagement in the digitalization era. This type of research is explanatory. The population of the research is universities (PT) in Malang with an accounting study program accredited A. The sample was taken randomly from 4 universities in Malang, namely Brawijaya University, UIN Malang, Widya Gama University, and STIE Malangkucecwara, with a total sample of 105 lecturers. SMART PLS was used to evaluate the data. The study results reveal that 1) Differentiated Competence affects lecturer performance. 2) Differentiated CompetencyCompetency affects Employee Engagement 3) Differentiated Competency affects higher Employee Engagement 4) Differentiated Competency positively and significantly influences lecturer performance through Employee Engagement. The learning process can no longer use the old pattern. Lecturers must keep up with technological developments to produce highly competitive graduates. Producing highly competitive graduates ready to compete requires lecturers with strong core competencies and differentiated competencies. In addition to having differentiated competence, lecturers producing high performance require an attitude of engagement towards work and the organization

Abstract

The first goal of this study is to ascertain how work-life balance affects employee engagement. 2) ascertain how work satisfaction affects employee engagement. 3) assess how work-life balance affects the intention to leave. 4) ascertain how to work happiness affects the intention to depart. 5) ascertain how employee engagement affects the intention to leave. A descriptive study with a quantitative methodology is the research style adopted. The 140 staff members of Lawang Medika Hospital comprise the entire research population. The Slovin method created the sample for this investigation, which yielded 104 participants. The stratified proportional random sampling method was used to choose the sample size. The proportional principle of the number of employees per division is used in this selection method. Primary data is the source of research information. Employees at Lawang Medika Hospital Malang were the respondents, and questionnaires were distributed as the data collection technique. The findings revealed that: 1) Work-life balance significantly improved employee engagement. 2) Employee engagement is significantly positively impacted by job satisfaction. 3. The intention to leave is significantly impacted negatively by work-life balance. 4) The intention to leave is very negatively impacted by job satisfaction. 5) The intention to leave is significantly impacted negatively by employee engagement. The study's findings suggest that employers should keep giving staff members a balance of time for their job and personal lives. Giving job grades encourages the timely completion of tasks.

Abstract

This study examines the differences between attribute importance and product evaluation of food services offline and online. The research is a quantitative approach in nature. The research population is all people who have bought food offline and online, with a sample of 262 people. The variables in this study consist of product attributes and purchase decisions. The product attributes in this study consist of varied menus, low prices, promos, practicality, service speed, suitability of product descriptions with the served food, and store ambiance. An online questionnaire is a tool for data collection. The results showed (1) there is no difference in attribute importance between the two preference groups except for ambiance in food consumption, and (2) there are differences in service evaluation between the two preference groups when evaluating offline and online food service.

Abstract

The aim of study was to determine the effect of the determinants of the going concern audit opinion consisting of return on assets, current ratio and sales growth at companies listed in JII for the 2019-2021 period, the type of research was descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used logistic regression. partial return on assets, current ratio and sales growth have no effect on going concern audit opinion, while simultaneously return on assets, current ratio and sales growth affect going concern audit opinion by 92%

Abstract

This research intends to determine the influence of financial literacy, price, and sales promotion on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. Purpose sampling technique is used to take samples from Generation Z in Blitar Regency. This study uses ordinary least squares to determine the effect of financial literacy, price, and sales promotion on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. The research shows that financial literacy does not have an influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. Prices and sales promotions influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. For financial literacy, price, and sales promotion simultaneously influence the consumptive behavior of generation Z.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the economy in Indonesia to decline and credit risk to banks to increase. Risks that have increased in line with the increasing trend of the gross Non-Performing Loans ratio since 2020 compared to previous years, the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) ratio has a higher trend, thus encouraging the relative increase in Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in several sectors, including the banking sector. This study tests the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL), investment decisions, and company age on Tobin's Q on conventional banking sub-sector companies registered with the OJK during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021 period). The study was conducted with multiple linear regression analysis. The population was all conventional banking companies registered with the OJK, while the research sample was 58, with the retrieval technique using random sampling. The result of this study is that investment decisions have a positive and significant influence on Tobin's Q. In contrast, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and company age do not influence Tobin's Q.
