Abstract

Expert System Identifiers Terrestrial Orchids Pests Based Mobile. Orchid is a high aesthetic value of ornamental plants and are important in the flower trade. In 2002, Indonesia exported orchid cut flowers as much as 1,975,595 kg valued at U.S. $ 2,752,281 and in 2003 decreased to 1,275,305 kg valued at U.S. $ 3,741,560. One cause of the decline in exports of cut orchid flowers is causedby a number of pests that attack the orchid plants. Pest is one of the important issues to be considered in the production of business plants in general, because the pest is able to reduce significantly the production of both qualitative and quantitative. Therefore it is necessary for early treatment to control these pests on orchids. Based on the description, needed a system that could represent an expert who has the knowledge base and experience in the terrestrial orchid, which is an expert system.Later in 2013, the trend in mobile based technologies more rapidly. Therefore, in order to obtain the value of information more quickly and flexibly, this expert system will be applied in the form of Android-based mobile applications.

Abstract

The disease Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious and deadly diseases in the world, even the World Health Organization (WHO) declared as the world's emergency disease (global emergency), some research fields of health including one disease TB has been widely carried out to detect the disease early, but it is not yet known which algorithm is quite good in predicting disease TB. On this research will apply the Algorithm Naïve Bayes, in predicting diagnosis of TB disease to Naïve Bayes algorithm so that the destination is the most accurate algorithm in the prediction of the disease TUBERCULOSIS. The test results using the method of Confusion Matrix and the ROC Curve, the naïve bayes algorithm is known that has a value of 91,61%, accuracy and value of the AUC of 0,995. See the value of AUC, the naïve bayes methods including group classification is very good, because the results of his AUC values between 0.90-1.00.

Abstract

The development of today's computers have spurred each activity to be applied into the computer system. The purpose of it is to replace the manual systems that occur in everyday life. One of the activities that can be applied in a computer system is a system of checks scope of academic essay exam. Exam essay is a set of questions or orders given tomeasure the degree of one's understanding of the material. Function examination essay exam is to be able to describe the level of understanding in the form of numbers or so called value. In the essay  exam inspection process is still done by hand so that it less effective and less objective than that it took quite a long time. To resolve such issues in this study a Rabin Karp algorithm is implemented using the PHP language Rabin Karp Algorithm.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very fast and can provide significant impact in all aspects of human life. This development led to the change of the role of technology in the world of business or organization. Information technology that does not support the needs of businessestoday need to be aligned with the strategy and objectives of the Organization so that the need to set up an outline of the strategic planning of information systems. The three main objectives of the efforts of the application of information system (SI) and information technology (it) within anorganization. The first, repair work efficiency by performing automation processes that manage information. Second, improve the effectiveness of management information in order to satisfy the needs with decision making. Third, improve the competitiveness or enhance the Organization'scompetitive advantage by changing style and way of doing business (Ward & amp; Peppard, 2002). The basic concepts used in drawing up the framework for strategic planning of information systems and information technology (SI/TI) at a College is the methodology put forward by JohnWard and Joe Peppard. Framework for strategic planning of information systems and information technology (SI/TI) proposed consists of 5 stages, namely: stage- 1-identification of the Organization, namely the stage-2: analysis of the business environment and information, stage-3SI/TI target, 4-stage determine strategic SI/TI and stage-5 is a plan and implementation. Analysis of the strategy of using the PESTEL analysis methods, analysis of BCG Matrix, an analysis of Porter's Six Force, SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, analysis of the CSF and the BalancedScorecard.The results of the research is creating a framework of planning strategy that integrates TI SI/so it makes it easier for management to manage a resource to generate needed information, accurate, can be used jointly by all the parties.

Abstract

According to WHO, 17 million people die every year due to diseases of the heart and blood vessels around the world. Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) alone holds the title as the cause of death and disability in the world number one. It will be applied algorithm C4.5 decision tree feature selectionbased Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to find out how accurate the PSO feature selection to improve the accuracy of the C4.5 decision tree in predicting heart disease.The results for the accuracy of classification algorithm C4.5 worth 81,25%, whereas the accuracy for C4.5 classification algorithm based on PSO is worth 93,75% the value that is equal to 12,5% accuracy. While evaluation using ROC curve for both, the value of AUC by ROC curve for C4.5 classification algorithm is worth 0,718 with Fair diagnosis classification level, wheras for C4.5 classification algorithm based on PSO is worth 0,855 with Good Classification diagnosis rate, the difference in AUC values is 0,137. It can be concluded that the application of particle swarm optimization techniques can improve the accuracy of the algorithm C4.5.

Abstract

Apart from being a Server Control Center is also the access gateway to the outside world, to maintain good communication access necessary servermaintenance of adequate physical security monitoring, such as server space and server room temperature. When the room temperature is too hot it will affect server performance and server equipment will be easily damaged, use of temperature sensors as the sensor becomes one of the solutions used. Temperature readings using the arduino, arduino is able to read 10bit analog signal , arduino using the ATMega328p in use to display temperature in the LCD PCD8544. Through fuzzy logic that his Input in the form of Crips Error and different Error, the system will control the fan according to the temperature of the sugeno method FIS server space in accordance with imposed according to company policies, if room temperature exceeds the specified threshold control method and system by itself is not successful, the arduino will give orders (AT Command) on the GSM Modem, to give a warning in the form of SMS to the clerk and overheating when the LCD will Flash with the words "WARNING" and alarm reads. System to meet the specifications of the original design by keeping the normal temperature of 22 o C, the fan is used to maintain a normal temperature. The tool that has been created is an embedded system that can be used and developed for other purposes, temperature-controlled room, apart from the server room.

Abstract

Making a decision is very important in many cases, such as in determining the best students who will represent the school follows the Student Competency Competition (LKS). Because LKS winner from each city/county will follow the race up to the national and even international level. This study was made by using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) which is the process of counting algorithm to find the best decision by calculating the value criteria and comparing it to the calculation of the probability of each decision to be taken. This research will be used to help decision makers determine which students will be sent to the LKS-Vocational level cities. The criteria and sub-criteria used in the selection of students in accordance with existing procedures in SMK Negeri 2 Sukabumi is a personal evaluation (appearance, ethics, mental, creative,socially, height, sense of responsibility and the results of psychological tests), competency standards (rank, English and productive subjects) as well as school evaluation (interviews, discipline and parental support). Weighting and calculation of the results with the help of software Super Decision, the priority value given to three students who made alternative that Student A was 0.66092 , 0.17998 and Student B Student C was 0.15910
