People suffering from this disease are unaware that they suffer from diabetes. early detection is required in order to avoid the risk of more severe complications and risk of death. Today many data mining applications are applied to solve problems in the medical world. The ability of data mining is very important that one of them is generating the prediction and classification, the ability to make a prediction and classification makes data mining became popular in the world of health. Results obtained from the processing of data mining can be used as new knowledge to predict adverse health events in the future that can be overcome. In this research will be to improve the accuracy of the method optimization value nerutal network using genetic algorithm optimization method. The value of diabetes dataset processing accuracy by using a neural networkt is 74.46% while the value of accuracy by using a neural network optimization algorithm genetich is 77.10%.

Abstract

Perkembangan komputer dan teknologi informasi yang demikian pesatnya yang berdampak pada hampir pada seluruh sistem dan tatanan kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk pula sistem perdagangan dunia, tetapi disisi lain dampak tersebut juga berakibat pada masalah-masalah hukum yang berkaitan perkembangan perdagangan melalui elektronika (e-commerce) sebagai cara perdagangan baru.  Penanganan untuk sengketa-sengketa perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce) baik itu Business to Business (B2B) atau Business to Costomer (B2C), untuk di Indonesia proses dengan arbitrase dianggap lebih baik dikarenakan lebih fleksibel, lebih efektif dan efisien karena arbitrase tidak terikat kepada formalitas seperti pengadilan biasa. Untuk pengaturan tentang arbitrase, di Indonesia telah ada Undang-Undang Nomor: 30 Tahun 1999 tentang Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa, dimana putusan arbitrase asing pun dapat dijamin keberadaannya, sehingga sengketa-sengketa yang berkaitan dengan e-commerce dan terkait dengan pihak asing dapat dijamin pelaksanaannya (enforcement) di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan dalam mengelola SDM dengan baik dapat dilihat dari berbagai faktor yang salah satunya adalah jumlah arus keluar masuknya karyawan diperusahaan tersebut. Mempertahankan karyawan berprestasi merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh perusahaan karna SDM merupakan salah satu asset penting dalam proses bisnis perusahaan. Pemberian reward  berupa promosi kenaikan jabatan kepada karyawan berprestasi  akan menjadi motivator  bagi karyawan tersebut untuk terus bekerja dan memberikan yang terbaik bagi perusahaan.  Kendala yang sering terjadi dalam sistem penilaian  karyawan berprestasi adalah karna  indikator penilaian yang tidak jelas dan tidak transparan sehingga menimbulkan kecemburuan sosial,  dan sering kali karyawan merasa bahwa hasil penilaian untuk keputusan pemberian promosi kenaikan jabatan bagi karyawan dianggap tidak adil.  Sistem pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi akan permasalahan tersebut karena Metode  Simple Additive Weighting menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada. Dan untuk memudahkan User dalam menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting sehingga kesalahan hitung yang disebabkan oleh human error dapat dihindari  maka  dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi pemrograman yang mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting didalamnya, sehingga output yang dihasilkan akurat, efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Bad credit is one of the credit risk faced by the financial and banking industry. Bad credit happens if in the long run, financial institutions or banks can not attract loans within a predetermined time. Bad credit has a negative effect on credit providers in the form of risk of loss course this should not be allowed to drag on and had to find a way out. However, to ensure accuracy in the determination of credit worthiness required an accurate algorithm. Therefore, there should be a study that aims to find an algorithm that accurately by means mengkomparasi some of them C4.5 algorithm, and SVM. To further improve the accuracy of the algorithms are in Particle Swarm Optimization with Optimazation. Berupan confusion matrix research results prove the accuracy of Support Vector Machine-based Particle Swarm Optimazation exists at the level of accuracy of 96.20% and the AUC by 0989.

Abstract

Rail ticket system is a train ticket booking system online that have been implemented by PT.KAI. To find out how far the success rate of acceptance of rail ticket system for the users of transport services, PT.KAI needs to test the rail ticket system. Tests conducted to determine the factors that influence user acceptance rail ticket system. Testing model in this study is using a model of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), this model to analyze the influence of performance expectancy (expectation of performance), effort expectancy (expectation of business) and social influence (social factors) on behavioral intention (intention utilization) and the effect of facilitating conditions (conditions that facilitate) and behavioral intention (intention utilization) to use behavior (behavioral usage) on a rail ticket system. Based on this study will be known factors that influence the behavioral intention and use behavior and the factors that do not affect the behavioral intention. With the research is expected to provide recommendations were appropriate and beneficial for PT. KAI in developing online train ticket booking system in the future. Based on the obtained data processed Fvalues of 5.175 and 3.09 Ftable this means Fvalues> Ftable with a significant level of 0,000 F below 0.05 that is jointly independent variable performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence significantly influence the dependent variable behavioral intention. The amount of independent influence performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence views on the value of R square of 0.139 Retrieved value Fvalues 8.303 and Ftable by 3.94 this means Fvalues> Ftable with a significant level of 0.000 is below 0.05, it indicates that is jointly variable Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention significantly affect Behavior Use variables, the influence of the independent performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence can be seen where the value of R square of 0.146. With this research is expected to provide recommendations which are appropriate and beneficial for PT. Abstract

To help in establishing the determination of students eligible scholarship then needed an analysis relating to anyone students who receive scholarships.One method for analysis of this decision is to use a matching profile. This method was chosen because it can help as a decision supporting the granting of scholarships to students who deserve it. This method also provides information in the form of data which students qualify for scholarships so that motivates their efforts in making the learning process in schools. Research done by the academic aspect of assessment on criteria, aspects of personality, and economic aspects of the family which include the average income a month, dependent parents, and vehicles. After this method is then determined aspects will find the difference (gap) between the profile with the State data from the students and further specified percentage of both aspects and elements together and then do a rank process will determine the optimal alternative, i.e. students who deserve a scholarship. Using profile matching then the process of determining which students will get scholarship can be done quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Many the needs of the people especially to find products fashion being suitable and appropriate using a web to the needs of user but many web market products fashion make levels color is needed to looking for a match with the skin and the proportion of the body .The need for the measurement of levels color for it was very needed to search products fashion required with classifications uses the method algorithm k-means to get accuracy color being suitable and to clustering staining approaching search products fashion for example by color selection to model suit that in conformity with the wish .It is expected that with this research will help the people to determine match use of color in the fashion desired .The research results show that this method can reduce ketidakakuratan 25 % , so that color later is produced and same in image color will look homogeneous and this study shows the percentage Failure or error rate by more or less under 20 %.

Abstract

Corporate governance of information technology is becoming a very important needs for the sake of the survival of an organization. IT governance practices at the University of Pakuan (UNPAK) Faculty of MIPA Bogor in particular has not been done optimally , which still require evaluation in it, this was to be one of the goals in this study. By using descriptive types of qualitative research and exploratory that  expected to know the condition of  IT governance is ongoing. Results of the evaluation of the implementation of the IT governance is made by using  index.KAMI Methode  which is an adoption of ISO/IEC 27001, which is a tool to analyze the readiness of the security level of information about an organization's security framework. Abstract

Memori utama dalam suatu komputer adalah RAM (Random Access Memory) dan ROM (Read Only Memory). RAM adalah memori yang diakses secara acak. Memori dapat dibaca atau ditulis. RAM digolongkan menjadi memori statik dan memori dinamik. ROM adalah memori yang hanya dapat dibaca. Pengisian informasi yang disimpan dalam memori ini dapat dilakukan dalam proses pabrik tetapi ada juga jenis ROM yang dapat dihapus dan diprogram oleh pemakai, salah satu jenisnya adalah Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM). Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM) adalah jenis dari memori yang hanya dapat diprogram. PROM dapat diprogram oleh pemakai (user), data yang diprogram akan disimpan secara permanen. Salah satu media yang digunakan untuk pemogramannya adalah dengan teknologi Program Logic Array (PLA).         Teknologi PLA merupakan merupakan jenis elemen digital yang terdiri dari beberapa buah gerbang AND dan gerbang OR dengan titik-titik hubung input atau output. Tiap titik gerbang berupa matrik yang dapat diprogram oleh pemakai. Penggunaan sistem ini merupakan satu bentuk alternatif dalam pengisian program pada PROM.

Abstract

Online examination system is the system of evaluation of student learning online through thewebsite. This study aims to determine the acceptance of the use of technology in onlineexamination system and the factors that influence the model Unified Theory Of Acceptance AndUse Of Technology (UTAUT) that have been modified. Statistical test methods Structural EquationModeling (SEM) that will be analyzed using AMOS software, so expect the research the institutionget information related to the factors that influence the attitudes and behavior of the users ofonline exam system. From the results of SEM analysis found that the model did not fit. Therefore,the use of analysis. The factors that influence it are performance expectancy, and social influence,explain 42.9% of the variance.Keywords: Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT), Online Testing System.
