This paper discusses the ongoing dispute between the Berhala island 1983 to 2013 Through the history of the processual approach, it can be explained that the existence of a group of Berhala islands has significance for two provincial conflict in ownership, ie, between the Jambi Province and Riau Province. Furthermore, since 2003 after Riau province was divided, between the Jambi Province of Riau Islands province. Both parties to the dispute have the same claim and the reason for the strong evidence that serve as the basis of the demands. Reasons and evidence are classified into several aspects: historical, and socio-cultural, as well as administrative and juridical aspects. Mediation both sides done in several ways. Firstly, direct talks between the two warring regions, the latter through the decision of the Minister of Home Affair, and the third, through the decision of the Supreme Court, and last through the decision of the Constitutional Court. After a failed attempt to reach agreement through direct negotiations, settlement of disputes resolved through 44 Regulation of the Minister of Home Affir in 2011, which set a group of Berhala Island into the East Tanjung Jabung district, Jambi Province. Riau Islands are not satisfied with the Regulation of the Minister make a claim to the Supreme Court (MA). The lawsuit is accepted by the Supreme Court, as well as cancel Permendagri 44. Jambi party who is not satisfied with the subsequent Supreme Court decision to take legal actions with mangajukan claim to the Constitutional Court (MK). The Court then rejected the appeal and issue a decision Jambi strengthen the Supreme Court decision and decided to enter Berhala Great Barrier Island in Lingga regency, Riau Islands Province. With the release of the Court's decision, it ended Berhala island dispute has been going on for about 30 years.

This research was conducted to find out the influence of managerial performance against budget participation, the influence of participation in managerial performance increase budget through organizational commitment, the influence of organizational commitment on performance of managerial, as well as to know the influence of the participation of the budget and organizational commitment affect managerial performance on PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia or Manulife Financial simultaneouslyIn collecting research data using the intrument research. The research used secondary information that analyzed by regression method to have a simple picture about relationship between population growth, gross domestic regional product, and local revenue of Region of Merangin.The conclusion of this research shows us a positive relationship between gross domestic regional product and population growth in influencing local revenue of a region. The variable of gross domestic regional product (x1), represented by elastic coefficient, has 2,197 point where t variable has 8,868 point means this variable has significant influence to local revenue variable. In the other side, population growth (x2) has minus 0,794 point as its elastic coefficient where t variable has minus 1,020 point, and it means this variable does not have significant influence to variable of local revenue. The F variable, a examiner value, has 61.132 point, it tells us that gross domestic regional product and population growth fairly together gives an influence to local revenue of Region of Merangin.Entirely, by using regression analyzes we have found that local revenue would be influenced by fluctuation of economic growth and population growth as reflected by values of gross domestic regional product. Cooperative capital does not diminish and obscure the understanding of cooperatives themselves, but in reality that any association that is engaged in the business, the capital has a very important position, and therefore the board is required to be more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in managing the cooperative, with a good board skills will further enhance the trust and participation of members in exercising their rights and obligations. This research was conducted in the Village Unit Cooperatives Farmers Fresh Merangin District, which aims to determine the factors that affect the growth of capital at Farmers Fresh Village Unit Cooperatives.This research is a qualitative descriptive study, in which researchers want to describe the situation and condition of the factors that influence the growth of capital in cooperatives Fresh Farmers Cooperative. The research was conducted in KUD Tani Fresh by the number of subjects or informants are 4 people are: chairman, secretary, treasurer and one of the representatives of the employees.The findings suggest that the factors that affect the cooperative capital partumbuhan education level, and management level pendapatn cooperative, then the interview is happening in the field is the development of co-operative capital is also influenced by the credit crunch and electricity fee, and at some point in the event the price of fruit is too cheap or dropped so that could affect the development of co-operative capital.It is suggested that the entire board of the cooperative can pay attention to the factors that affect the cooperative capital, so the development of co-operative capital to develop properly, then the board members or the cooperative and all parties associated with lending to the cooperative to be able to cooperate in the settlement perkreditannya so that no bad debts.Keywords: Factors affecting the growth of capital

KAJIAN PENDAPATAN DAN KONTRIBUSI USAHATANI KELAPA (Cocos Nucifera) TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA PETANI DI KABUPATEN TANJUNG JABUNG BARAT, PROVINSI JAMBI Nida Kemala

The objective of this research is to determine the income contribution of coconut farming on total farmer income at Tanjung Jabung Barat District, Jambi Province. Survey method was used that completed by descriptif analization. It took 15% sample so there are 73 samples (481 populations) that taken by combaining stratified random sampling and two stage random sampling. The result of this research showed that the total fixed cost was Rp.4.888/month while the total variable cost was . So that the total production cost was Rp. 551.796/month. Meanwhile the average revenue of coconut farming was Rp. 2.463.388/month, so that the average income received from coconut farming was Rp. 1.911.592/month. .the income outside of coconut farming was Rp. 4.546.575/month. Accordingly the last information showed that income contribution of coconut farming on the total farmer income was 42%.Key word : Coconut farming, contribution, income.

Some theories suggest that the important role of food reserves to maintain seed quality. On soybean seed, food reserves in the form of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Generally researchers claim that high fat will reduce the quality and vitality of seeds in storage. Setting up food composition will maintain the quality and vitality of seeds in storage. Composition of food reserves is an equilibrium, increase one portion of food reserves would lower portion of the otherFood reserves play an important role in determining the quality of soybean seed. Deposit composition can be modified by eating nutrients nitrogen and phosphorus, and association with Rhizobium bacteria. Setting up the composition of foods believed to increase the quality and viability of soybean seed.The results showed that soybean growth variables measured with ILD, LAB, LTR, and BKA influenced by nitrogen and phosphorus, both single and two-factor interactions. Variables BKA instrumental in increasing seed production. The composition of the food reserves are also affected by the interaction between nitrogen and phosphorus except carbohydrates. Increase in protein content followed by a decrease in fat content in the seed, whereas carbohydrate content did not experience the difference. It is generally known that the root dry weight, production, 1000 grain weight and seed protein obtained at optimal combination of nitrogen 45 kg ha-1 and phosphorus at 90 kg ha-1. Information from this trial will be better if done testing the model composition and food reserves to do with the ability of seeds to survive naturally in storage.Keywords: food storage, enzymes, seed production

Jambi city was categorized as a municipality (population 100,000 s / d 500,000), with an estimated waste generation of 2.75 liters / person / day. Based on the data of population, estimated waste generation is 470 902 inhabitants Jambi City x 2.75 liters / person / day = 1,294,981 liters / day equivalent to 1,295 m3 (equivalent to 518 tons / day).Jambi City Regional Regulation No.05 of 2007, has established a local work unit which services the cleanliness of parks and cemeteries. Among other main task is to carry out waste transportation services. Workers who work on waste transportation services amounted to 163 people.Observations in the field by taking 20 random respondents, the importance of the 14 respondents are not infected with Ascaris lumbricoides, while 5 respondents lumbricoides ascariasis worm infected. This paper deals with ancient settlements along the Batanghari river basin. region Through the historical and archaeological approach, it can be concluded that the formation of ancient settlements along the watershed (Batanghari) watershed is influenced by the geographical factors, the needs and the interests of the settlers in accordance with the times. Establishment of early settlements in the area of Jambi Hulu has led to the opening of agricultural land in the form of fields, gardens, and paddy fields, and in the next mining is mainly gold. Settlements of Koto Kandis, Muaro Jambi, and Solok Sipin are emerging and emerging settlements driven by their strategic location on international trade routes, supported by many trading commodities in the rural areas traded in these places. The existence of settlements of Padang Rocok / Sungai Lansek, Siguntur and Rambahan, is as a result of the removal of the center of the Malay kingdom that originally resided in Muaro Jambi. Supported by a place that can be reached via the river, and its location close to the production of gold and pepper cause the settlement even developed into a crowded city. The Rantau Panjang and other settlements in Jambi Hulu were formed as a result of the displacement of the Batin and Penghulu from Minangkabau. Especially the Penghulu their arrival was driven by their interest in gold mining and trading. One of the crucial problems in the renewal of KUHP is the formulation of adultery criminal act. Especially when referred to legal life historical experience in Indonesia, there are various legal systems thot exist at the same time. It means that the renewal of adultery criminal act must consider the possibility of legal system out of one system to be included in the new formulation of KUHP. It is intresting to analyze if this problem is faced with the possibility of Islamic law contribution which is directing into two things, I.e obtaining a clear picture of the adultery criminal act according to the Islamic law compered with KUHP and RKUHP, and the relevance of criminal act in Islamic law to be the source of he farmulation of the new national KUHP. In this research study, the researcher to investigate the students learning style on the second Semester English Education Students’ of Batanghari University In Academic Year 2014/2015. The method was used n this research was descriptive qualitative. The sample consisted of 61 students. The instrument by applying random sampling technique. The data of this research was collected from observations, and questionnaire. The data questionnaire used analyzed by using SPPS 20.00. It was used to analyzing the question base on the category of students learning style. The Second Semester English Education Students’ of Batanghari University. Base on the category of students learning style, the students who had the Auditory are 49 students and it is the high score 37 % and the medium score visual style with 37 students with percentage score 47%. The last is Kinesthetic style are 13 students with percentage 4%. In conclusion learning styles on the second semester English education students of Batanghari University in Academic year 2014-2015 dominated is auditory styleKey Words: Learning Styles, Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic
