<![CDATA[The Matraman Sub-district Health Center, which was established on July 3, 1977 in DKI Jakarta, is one of the puskesmas that always records and searches its patient data in Medical Records. This Puskesmas requires a Medical Record Information System so that the recording of the patient's medical history can be stored and arranged in a good mechanism. The development of the patient data collection system in Medical Records uses the Waterfall method in developing the software. While the process of collecting data by conducting interviews with the relevant parts. Depictions of the running system can be seen in the form of Activity Diagrams and proposed systems can be seen in the Use Case Diagram, ERD and LRS. Research produces a Medical Record Information System that helps related parts in recording and searching for patient data needed quickly and precisely so that medical action can be done immediately.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to conduct an audit and evaluation of the Pamekasan District e-Government Dispute Settlement services on EDM and APO Domains. The method used is the COBIT Framework.5, a framework for measuring information system governance maturity issued by ISACA in 2012. The audit was conducted at the Pamekasan District Dispendukcapil Office and took samples of e-Government Services in 4 Districts and 12 Districts considered quite representative to be audited.The results showed that overall the results of the audit capability level of ICT services at Pamekasan district Dispendukcapil were at level 3 (Establish) with capability level index values in establish and 2.O (established) EDM domains. Field findings show that business processes in ICT management of e-government services at the sub-district, village levels show that they are at level 0 (incomplete), which means that there is almost no process of governance of ICT services at that level. Suggestions and recommendations that can be made are more authority is needed at the sub-district and village level by adding competent human resources in the ICT field to provide better e-Government services.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of technology in learning media is very necessary for all educational institutions. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere through multimedia means in the form of interactive animations. It was felt effective to increase children's learning interest in recognizing letters and numbers at TK RA Nurul Iman Jakarta. Use the type of research and development with the ADDIE model. Calculation of the app's feasibility to produce interactive animations that fit your needs. The purpose of making this learning media helps students to be able to more easily understand and understand and not feel bored in learning to start from letters and numbers and how to pronounce them. After the learning process, students will work on the quiz and there will also be games to make the child's thinking speed better. In addition, this application can help teachers in the teaching and learning process that is considered very boring, with an average value of 82.6% showing this interactive animation application is very fun for the media to learn the introduction of numbers and letters.]]>

<![CDATA[The company's information system that currently mainstay is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The different data systems and real data at PT OTKA and Odoo make the company need to evaluate so that the gap does not continue. This study uses Fit/Gap Analysis which is used to compare whether the system is in line with company expectations, and then Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to obtain the Risk Priority Number (RPN) level. The evaluation results of a system evaluation described by the Unified Modeling Language and mockup User Interface. The research data uses primary and secondary data. The data validity uses the triangulation method. The results of this study are PT OTKA has not implemented the Odoo maximally because the percentage of Gap is greater than the Fit. After risk analysis, two processes with the highest RPN, each of it is 448, which is updating the inventory of goods in and out automatically. So recommendations for companies are the result of special processes and actors who can monitor each goods transfer.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the Head of Distribution of PT. X to support product distribution monitoring activities in terms of the number of products to be distributed to each branch office as needed. The problem that occurs is the large number and diversity of products required where each branch office is located far apart, cause the company difficulty in collecting product data that functions for the monitoring process. The solution to this problem is there needs a model that can be used to collect all the necessary data for monitoring product distribution using the Data warehouse method. This method is used to collect diverse data into a storage area so that users can quickly analyze the data needed. OLTP is part of the Data Warehouse, which is the initial stage of modeling data sources, then with ETL processes, which are the basis for modeling data warehouse schemes. So, this model can be used as a reference to produce useful information for managerial parties PT. X in the next study.]]>

<![CDATA[Business development in the financial services sector improved competition among companies to give the best service to their customers. Having reliable services with a good communication network in the organization is the critical success of the company. This study aims to find the actors or people who influence organizations through formal and informal communication networks using Social Network Analysis (SNA). Information on casual and formal communication networks can be used by the HR department to measure the level of the social relationship of all employees that can improve their performance in the company. The author researched PT. BFI Salatiga. The results showed that tissue density was below 50% so that relationships were considered weak. The most dominant actor in degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality is the actor id#24 and id#29 from the collection division, actor id#27 from the operation division and actor id#30 from the credit division.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of facial beauty experts is vital for identifying the kind of facial skin as well as providing the right treatment solution for every kind of facial skin. From this, an expert system is needed to help provide solutions by building an expert system that can identify the type of facial skin by including treatment solutions. The Certainty Factor method makes a selection based on consideration in the calculation process, and this method looks for the highest combination of trust values. At the beginning of the study data collection was carried out on 40 female respondents obtained 100% of respondents did not understand the type of facial skin and 76% said they needed experts, 95% required an expert system application. While the results of the assessment of the application system that had been built by respondents stated that 88% of the system design was excellent and very good 91% of the system was easy to use, and 98% said the operation was by what was needed.]]>

<![CDATA[The service quality and Integrated Academic Information System Skill to moderate the relationship between Sikadu use and service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information systems on service quality and decrease the use of information systems. This research method uses field research methods with quantitative approaches. This study student, lecturers, and teaching staff program from FEBI IAIN Pekalongan and sampling methods with Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling techniques. The results of the study obtained Information System Quality has a significant favorable influence on service quality. It shows that the quality of information quality system can improve service quality. The variety of information systems moderates the effect of using utilization on service quality, so it can conclude that the Sikadu utility variable includes moderating variables. It shows that quality information systems influence the use of technology on service quality.]]>
