Abstract

The objective from this research is to investigate the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk Bandung Branch.This type of research is descriptive and verification with descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. Data obtained from all employees PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk Bandung Branch, amounting to 30 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire instrument.The analytical method used is descriptive analysis that describes each variable in detail and with path analysis to determine the existence and simultaneous and partial influence between independent variables and dependent variable.The result of descriptive analysis shows that work life balance is perceived by the employee is good enough/ medium and job satisfaction felt by employees also has beenquite good, while the rate turnover intention experienced by the employees belonging to medium category, the result of path analysis and hypothesis indicate that work life balance and job satisfaction has influence in simultaneously and partial towards turnover intention

Abstract

Counterproductive work culture in a variety of both private and government institutions are increasingly reducing employee productivity, so that ultimately can reduce the overall performance of the organization. Actually counterproductive work behavior is behavior that is so disturbing performance of the organization in general and decreased employee productivity in particular. The existence of counterproductive work behavior makes the performance of employees is low both in government and in private institutions.The analysis showed a significant difference between counterproductive work behavior that occurs in government agencies with counterproductive work behavior that occurs inprivate institutions, t (df = 103) = -4.360; p <0.05. overall, counterproductive work behavior have a greater tendency occurred in government agencies as compared to privateinstitutions.

Abstract

The conditions of competition between universities, encourage every college in Banten should be able to retain students and get new students every year. Lack of new students make a drawback college operating costs that eventually forced them to shut down the university. Thus, the organization of a college sustainability is largely determined their success in getting new students every year. Decision prospective college students in determining the choice is very important for the sustainability of any college in Banten. How do prospective students make decisions and what factors into consideration in their decision to become the information that must be .known every college to survive or even win the competition in the educational servicesindustry in Banten. Understanding how these factors work to influence students in making .a decision, expected to be able to increase the competitive ability of colleges in Banten.Survey research design used to obtain the data to be analyzed using a SEM with AMOS software assistance. The questionnaire distributed to 418 high school students both vocational public and private in Banten.The SEM estimation results indicate that Services, Cost, and the Reference Group effect on the decisions of prospective students in choosing a college to continue his studies. While the location has no effect on the decisions of prospective students. Reference Group possessed the greatest influence, followed by service products, and then the cost. Thus, the promotion should be directed at targets other than the market itself, but also especially in the reference group with positioning of superior educational services and the education costs affordable and systematically payments that help students finish their collegeeducation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational climate and the performance of employees at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang. The sample in thisstudy as many as 34 respondents taken entirely out of the total population of employees at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang as many as 34 people. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method to perform testing of the F-test, t-test and classical assumption. Analysis Tools using SPSS software Version 19.The research proves that the leadership and organizational climate positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang.

Abstract

In order to optimize the performance of the lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Islamic Nahdlatul Ulama (UNISNU) Jepara need to find theright model. The authors analyze the influence of independent variables include:organizational climate , work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of the lecturer. The survey was conducted on fifty-five lecturers in the STIENU Jepara. The results showed the influence of organizational climate, work motivation and the job satisfaction to performance of the lecture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of staffing and working environment on the performance of employees at the Department of Marine and Fisheries Banten Province.The method used is descriptive and associative. The samples used were 75 of the 150 employees of the Department of Marine and Fisheries Banten Province. The sampling technique used is the technique of saturated samples. For analysis using correlation analysis and regression analysis with the help of SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Based on hypothesis testing, proved to staffing and working environment affect the performance of employees. Based on these results it can be concluded that the performance of employees will increase if staffing was appropriate and comfortable and conducive working environment.
