Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas layanan informasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning dalam mengurangi sikap siswa terhadap gaya hidup hedonisme. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Medan dan subjek dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dan Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Sampel dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.00. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa layanan informasi dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning lebih efektif dalam mengurangi sikap siswa terhadap gaya hidup hedonisme.__________________________________________________________This reseach is aimed to test the effectiveness the information service by using the contextual teaching and learning approach to decrease students’s behaviour with the hedonism lifestyle. The method used was a quantitative approach. The subject of this research was the students of grade-XI of SMA Negeri 4 Medan and the subject was chosen by using Purposive Sampling technique. The data statistic gathered in this research was analyzed by using Wilcoson Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Sampel with the helping of SPSS verse 20.00. Based on thes results, in general, it was conclueded that the information service with the contextual teahing and learning were much more effective in decreasing the students’ behaviour with the hedonism lifestyle

Abstract

Dewasa ini persaingan dunia kerja semakin kompleks dan persaingan kualifikasi persaingan kerja semakin ketat. Siswa diharapkan dapat memiliki perencanaan karir sesuai dengan bakat, minat, taraf intelegensi, dan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang dimiliki untuk memudahkan siswa dalam merencanakan karir. Dalam membuat perencanaan karir, siswa membutuhkan informasi sebagai bahan pertimbangan siswa dalam membuat perencanaan karir yang sesuai dengan bakat, minat, taraf intelegensi dan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang dimilikinya melalui layanan informasi karir. Dengan pemahaman tersebut, siswa mampu merencanakan karirnya secara matang sesuai dengan keadaan dirinya. Upaya meningkatkan perencanaan karir dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan layanan informasi karir berbantuan website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa SMA di Kota Tarakan melalui layanan informasi karir berbantuan website. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dalam bentuk one group pretest-post design.Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah layanan informasi karir berbantuan website efektif meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa SMA di Kota Tarakan (10,094, p < 0.01). __________________________________________________________ Today's increasingly complex business world competition and competition qualifications increasingly tight. Students are expected to have career planning according to their talents, interests, intelligence level, and life values to facilitate students in career planning. In making career planning, students need information as a material balance of students in making career planning in accordance with the talent, interests, intelligence level and the values of life it has through career information services. With that understanding, students are able to plan their careers according to their situation. Efforts to improve career planning can be done using career information services assisted by website. This study aims to improve the career planning of senior high school students in Tarakan City through information career services assistance through the website. The experimental design used in this research is quasi-experiment in the form of one group pretest-post design. The career planning scale consists of 45 items with 5 falling items and 0.875 alpha coefficient. This study involved 35 students as an experimental group selected by purposive sampling. The result of this research indicate that career information service the website-assisted effectively improve the career planning of high school students in Tarakan City (10,094, p <0.01).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is as a reference model of core curriculum management services with the instructional authentic model.  core curriculums are one of the most important services to be delivered to today's students. core curriculums aim to optimize the potential of today's students. Optimization of student potential can be realized if service, implementation and service evaluation can be done by school counselor optimally. This is closely related to management, which in general management is the ability to manage things to achieve certain goals. From this, the core curriculum which as part of the education needs to be resolved or has good management. Obviously, manage core curriculum need to attend to appropriate model and development of students. In core curriculum, Management model authentic instructional model. This model is a pedagogical approach which puts in the context of the future. From this model, the core curriculums provided to students oriented toward students and up to date. This will help school counselors continue to innovate and develop core curriculums applied to students. It is hoped that through this model, school counselors can plan and develop and become an evaluation material for themselves in developing a core curriculum.

Abstract

Guru pembimbing sekolah harus memiliki kompetensi profesionalisme dalam kulaifikasi akademik disertai dengan mempunyai kompetensi konselor agar mampu menghadapi berbagai problem sekolah, sehingga guru pembimbing mampu untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi perkembangan dunia pendidikan dengan berbagai macam dampak yang bisa menghabat perkebangan siswa disekolah.guru pembimbing disekolah bukan suatu yang lahir tanpa syarat,artinya seseuatu hadir begitu saja tanpa proses belajar yang panjang. Proses yang akhirnya menjadikan guru pembimbing sebagai agen pemebelajaran yang memiliki posisi strategis untuk melakukan berbagai perubahan, peningkatan dan pengembangan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan disekolah yang tentunya proses pendidikan disekolah berkesinangbungan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan.__________________________________________________________School guidance teachers must have professionalism competence in academic qualifications accompanied by having counselor competencies to be able to deal with various school problems, so that the mentoring teacher is able to prepare themselves in the face of the development of the world of education with various kinds of impacts that can hinder students' development in schools. who was born unconditionally, meaning someone just present without a long learning process. The process that ultimately makes the tutor teacher as a learning agent who has a strategic position to make various changes, enhancements and development in the implementation of school education is certainly the process of education in schools that are connected and increase knowledge.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat pemahaman karier siswa dipengaruhi oleh minimnya informasi karier mengenai pekerjaan dan pendidikan untuk mendukung sebuah pekerjaan dimasa akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan layanan informasi karier dengan teknik live modeling dan symbolic modeling untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karier siwa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, dengan desain Non Equivalent Group Pretest-Postest Control Group, subyek penelitian sebanyak 96 orang siswa kelas IX SMP Teuku Umar yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yakni kelompok A, B dan Kontrol. Hasil analisis data One way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa teknik live modeling dan symbolic modeling (p<0.01; F=108.015). Sedangkan pengujian post hoc test menunjukkan (MD=-1.81; p=0.97>0.05) yang berarti teknik live modeling dan symbolic modeling tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata signifikan, untuk teknik live modeling dan kelompok kontrol dengan(MD= -59.28; p<0.01), dan untuk teknik symbolic modeling dan kelompok kontrol dengan (MD=-6109; p<0.01), yang berarti teknik live modeling dan symbolic modeling rata-rata efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karier siswa siswa SMP Teuku Umar Semarang.__________________________________________________________ The students’ low understanding in career is influenced by alack of information about career and education in which those aspects are needed to realize a certain job in the future. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of career information services with live and symbolic modeling techniques to improve students' career understanding. The research method used is experimental with operating Non Equivalent Group Pretest-Postest Control Group design, 96 students of 9th grade of SMP Teuku Umar shared in 3 classes were employed as subject, namely is A, B and Control group. The one-way data analysis shows the technique of live  and symbolic modeling whereas (p <0.01; F=108.015). While the post hoc test shows (MD=-1.81;p=0.97>0.05), it means there is no significant difference both live and symbolic modeling techniques. In addition, it is also known that live modeling and control group whereas (MD=-59.28; p<0.01 ), symbolic modeling and control group whereas (MD=-6109; p<0.01). Therefore, it could be concluded that live and symbolic modeling technique is effective to improve students’ career understanding at SMP Teuku Umar Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Rational Emotif Behavioral Therapy (REBT) dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di sekolah inklusif. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran model konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan REBT dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa ABK di sekolah inklusif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development yang bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah model konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan REBT dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa ABK di sekolah inklusif. Dengan dikembangkanya dan diterapkanya model konseling kelompok dengan teknik REBT dapat mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa ABK di sekolah dasar inklusif, yang selanjutnya dapat memberikan dampak positif pada siswa ABK dan non ABK di sekolah inklusif untuk belajar bersama dalam suasana yang lebih kondusif.__________________________________________________________ This research aims to develop a group counseling model with the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) approach in reducing bullying behavior in Children with Special Needs in inclusive schools. Through this research is expected to give an overview of the group counseling model with the REBT approach in reducing bullying behavior in Children with Special Needs in inclusive schools. The method used in this research is Research and Development that aims to develop a model of group counseling with the REBT approach in reducing bullying behavior in Children with Special Needs in inclusive schools. The development and implementation of group counseling models with REBT techniques could reduce bullying behavior in Children with Special Needs students in inclusive primary schools. Further, this model could give a positive impact on Special Needs Students and Non Special Needs students in inclusive schools to study together in a more conducive atmosphere.
