Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial pada mata kuliah mekanika tanah. (2) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial pada mata kuliah mekanika tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian riset dan pengembangan, dilakukan dengan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial. Prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran dilakukan melalui: (1) Tahap studi pendahuluan antara lain: studi literatur dan studi lapangan. (2) Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan pembuatan draft desain model / perancangan yang dibagi menjadi 3 bagian diantaranya: menyusun materi, membuat naskah dan menyiapkan storyboard, pengambilan video dan editing video. Selanjutnya validasi penilaian oleh para ahli / pakar materi, pakar media, pakar pembelajaran dan uji coba terbatas maupun uji coba luas untuk menilai kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dibuat. (3) Tahap evaluasi merupakan tahap akhir dari proses pengembangan terkait model final media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial pada mata kuliah mekanika tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tersusunnya media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial pada mata kuliah mekanika tanah dengan tingkat kelayakan berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi diperoleh persentase sebesar 79,58 % termasuk kategori layak, penilaian ahli media diperoleh persentase sebesar 77, 5 % termasuk kategori layak, penilaian ahli pembelajaran dengan persentase sebesar 86, 13 % termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba terbatas hasil yang diperoleh persentase sebesar 86,13 % termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba luas diperoleh persentase sebesar 75, 867% termasuk kategori layak.Kata Kunci: media, pembelajaran, mekanika tanah, video, tutorial

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran AbilityGrouping pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik kelas X Teknik Sipil SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta, (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan keaktifan siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Ability Grouping pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik kelas X Teknik Sipil SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) penerapan model pembelajaranAbility Grouping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar ranah kognitif, ranah afektif dan ranah psikomotorik. Presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar ranah kognitif pra siklus sebesar 68,75%, siklus I sebesar 78,12% dan siklus II sebesar 93,75%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar ranah afektif pra siklus sebesar 53%, siklus I sebesar 66% dan siklus II sebesar 87%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar ranah psikomotorik pra siklus sebesar 56%, siklus I sebesar 75% dan siklus II sebesar 87%; (2) penerapan model pembelajaran Ability Grouping dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Peningkatan keaktifan siswa dapat dilihat dari kenaikan pencapaian aktivitas siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut penerapan model pembelajaran Ability Grouping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keaktifan siswa kelas X Teknik Sipil A (X TSA) SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik.Kata kunci : Ability Grouping, Hasil belajar, Mekanika Teknik

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Peningkatan prestasi belajarsiswa; (2) Peningkatan keaktifan siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaranLearning Cycle di kelas X TGB B SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di kelas X TGB B yang berjumlah 35siswa. Uji validitas data menggunakan member check dan analisa data menggunakandeskripsi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan modelpembelajaran Learning Cycle dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa ditinjau daritahap prasiklus sampai tahap siklus II, yaitu ranah kognitif sebesar 20%; Ranahafektif sebesar 25,72%; Ranah psikomotorik sebesar 14,47%; Keaktifan siswasebesar 8,93%.Kata kunci: Learning Cycle dan Keaktifan siswa.

Abstract

width: 0px; "> </The goals of this research to examines the differences, to examines the influences and to determine the effectiveness of the using of Discovery Learning Teaching Model and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) in increasing students’ cognitive achievement. This research includes to comparative/experimental research. The research populations are the tenth year students TGB of SMK Negeri1 Kendal. There were 54 students divided into two groups, each of them consist of 27 students, they are the TGB A group and the TGB B group that use. The techniques of collecting data are test, observation and documentation. Instruments of validity use validity test, reliability test, level of difficulty and distinctive. The analyzing of pretest with normality test that uses Shapiro-Wilk Test, balancing test uses T test, the homogeneity test uses F test. The technique of the analyzing data uses hypothesis test with ANOVA using SPSS. The result showed that: 1) There were difference about learning achievement using of Discovery Learning teaching model and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) (Fscore(9.415)›Ftable(4,03) and Sig. (0.003)‹ α(0.005)), 2) There were difference using of Discovery Learning teaching model and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) to wards students cognitive achievement (Sig. (0.00) ‹ α (0.005) and F(0.05,1,104) (14,386) › Ftable (3.93)), 3) STAD teaching model were more effective in increasing students cognitive achievement that can be seen from the average score of students cognitive achievement about science of building (Mean STAD = 60.59 › Mean DL = 54.20). .Keywords: Teaching Model

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk: (1) Merancang media pembelajaran menggambar teknik dengan menggunakan Macromedia Flash. (2) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran menggambar teknik dengan menggunakan Macromedia Flash. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode riset dan pengembangan, dengan dilakukan perancangan media pembelajaran. Prosedur perancangan media pembelajaran dilakukan melalui: (1) Tahap studi pendahuluan dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan studi lapangan / observasi. (2) Tahap pengembangan dengan dilakukan pembuatan draft desain model / perancangan yang dibagi menjadi 3 bagian diantaranya: dilakukan penyusunan materi bersama dosen mata kuliah menggambar teknik, pembuatan naskah danstoryboard, pengambilan video, editing video dan penyusunan dalam macromedia flash. Selanjutnya dilakukan validasi penilaian kepada para ahli / pakar materi, media dan pembelajaran untuk menilai kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dibuat. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba terbatas dengan 5 mahasiswa yang pernah menempuh mata kuliah menggambar teknik dan uji coba luas kepada 30 mahasiswa PTB FKIP UNS yang pernah menempuh mata kuliah menggambar teknik. (3) Tahap evaluasi merupakan tahap akhir dari proses perancangan terkait model final media pembelajaran menggambar teknik teknik. Hasil penelitian dari penilaian ahli materi menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran menggambar teknik layak digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 73%. Penilaian ahli media dengan persentase 91 % menyatakan bahwa perancangan media pembelajaran menggambar teknik termasuk kategori sangat layak. Penilaian ahli pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa perancangan media pembelajaran menggambar teknik layak dengan persentase sebesar 67 % sedangkan uji coba terbatas hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 84 % menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dirancang sangat layak kemudian pada uji coba luas menyatakan dengan persentase 81% bahwa media pembelajaran termasuk kategori sangat layak.Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran

Abstract

h: 0px; "> This research aims to: (1) determine the application of SAVI’s modelto improve the quality of process and student learning achievement (2) determine the improvement of quality learning process (3) determine the improvement of student learning achievement in building construction subject in tenth grade Civil Engineering at SMKN 2 Surakarta. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research were conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and tests.The validity test of the data using data triangulation and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The result showed that (1) application of SAVI’s model in classroom has been done well (2) SAVI’s model can improve the quality of learning process in classroom (3) SAVI’s model can improve the student learning achievement in classroom. This means, after the application of SAVI’s model in classroom of X TGBA quality process and student learning achievement were increased. Students became more independent at learning.Keywords: SAVI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Effect of volcanic ash in partial replacement of the total fine aggregate of compressive strength and the density of the concrete, (2) resistance to theoptimal compression of the concrete (3) optimum density concrete. (4) The teaching material obtained inthe course of concrete technology on the effect of volcanic ash on the compressive strength of concreteand normal density. Experimental studies using methods and analytical techniques using a quantitativeanalysis of regression. Variables in the study were (1) the dependent variable: the strength of concrete incompression and the density of concrete, (2) independent variables: the variation of 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%and 25% Volcanic ash from the total weight of the sand. The sampel is in the form of a cylinder with adiameter of 150 mm and a height of 300 mm. Based on the results of the study concluded that (1) changesin volcanic ash as a partial replacement of the fine aggregate strong overall influence on the compressivestrength and density of concrete, (2) the optimal value of compressive strength and the weight of eachtype of concrete which is the variation of volcanic ash 8,36% amounted to 23,231 MPa, 11,889% to22,919 MPa, (3) the value of the optimal concrete mixture as a whole, to namely the variation of volcanicash 11,889% (4) in the form of teaching material to supplement teaching materials using Kelud volcanicash as a partial replacement of fine aggregate on in terms of compressive strength concrete and density.Key words: normal concrete, volcanic ash, compressive strength, density

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran RAB dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran ARCS (Attention, Relevance,Confidence, Satisfaction) dan media komponen bangunan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Action Research) model siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X TGB A SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Sumber data diperoleh melalui identifikasi permasalahan yang ada dalam kelas dengan melakukan tindak pra siklus. Tahap siklus I dimulai dengan perencanaan berupa penyusunan langkah-langkah pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran ARCS dan media komponen bangunan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi untuk tindakan siklus II dan siklus III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran ARCS dan media komponen bangunan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : media komponen bangunan, ARCS, hasil belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the influence of outdoor learning method and indoor learning method towards student learning achievement. 2) To find out the difference of influence of learning activity from student learning achievement. 3) To find out interaction between outdoor learning method and indoor learning method towards student learning achievement. This study is an comparative. The technique of data collection uses documentation, method test, and questionnaire to search data about achievement and student learning activity. The validity of the research instruments uses validity, reliability, and power of different difficulty levels. Test requirements analysis consists of the normality test and homogeneity test. The technique of data analysis uses a hypothesis test with ANAVA two studies. Based on the results of this study concluded: 1) There was influence between outdoor learning method and indoor learning method toward student learning achievement. 2) There was no difference of influence of learning activity towards student learning achievement. 3) There was no interaction between outdoor learning method and indoor learning method towards student learning achievement. Abstract

The purposes of this research were, (1) determine the effect of fly ash added withvariations of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and foam added with variation 30% and 40% oncompressive strength, density, and thermal resitance of lightweight foam concrete bricks, (2)determine the percentage of fly ash and foam that produces thermal resistance that satisfiedrequired compressive strength on lightweight foam concrete bricks SNI 03-2847-2002. (3)determine the percentage of fly ash and foam added that produces minimal densitylightweight foam concrete bricks, and (4) produce supplement teaching materials obtained inthe course of concrete technology on the effect of the fly ash addition to the compressivestrength, density, and thermal resistance of lightweight foam concrete bricks.This research used experimental method and data analysis techniques used regressionanalysis. Variables in the study were (1) dependent variables: compressive strength, density,and thermal resistance of lightweight foam concrete bricks, (2) independent variables: the flyash addition with variations 0%, 10%, 20%, and 30% to the needs of fine aggregate andvariations addition of foam 30% and 40% of the concrete volume with the water and foamagent ratio = 1:40.Based on the results of the study concluded that, (1) variation of the addition of flyash and foam was strongly influencing the compressive strength, density, and thermalresistance of lightweight foam concrete bricks, (2) thermal resistance with concludedcompressive strength on lightweight foam concrete bricks SNI 03-2847-2002 produced from30% of the concrete volume foam added with the percentage fly ash added of 10%, 20%, and30% of fine aggregate respectively were 27.6 kg /cm2; 29.3 kg/cm2; and 35.0 kg/cm2, (3) theminimal density of lightweight foam concrete bricks produced on the percentage of fly ashaddition of 0% (without the fly ash addition) with 40% foam addition of the concrete volumethat was 855.565 kg/m3, (4) produced tecahing materials in the form of supplements teachingmaterials about the effect of the fly ash addition to the compressive strength, density, andthermal resistance of lightweight foam concrete bricks.Keywords: fly ash, foam, lightweight foam concrete brick, compressive strength, density,thermal resistance.
