Thoughtful Learning has formulated that in 21st Centuries, each students should have 4 C’s learning skill. The 4 C’s skill are critical thinking, creative thinking, communicating, and collaborating. These skills will help students becoming a problem solver. Method of 4 C’s in the classroom needs materials more variaties, contextual, from many resources and differences formats of datas (word, spreadsheed, ppt, video, animation). Materials for learning should be easy to acces in short time. Information Communication and Technology (ICT) can facilitates all these conditions. Generally almost all schools in cities have computers and internet acces but are used as information or school’s publication and do not use yet for learning. The purpose of this activity is to help teachers to create their own Blog to facilitating student’s learning. The result showed that all teachers can create a Blog for their Subject. The next activity is about how to integrating Blog into learning process.

The implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide guidance and assistance to partners of micro handicraft entrepreneurs in implementing and implementing internet marketing as a means of business promotion to improve competitiveness and be able to manage business management that has an impact on expanding market aspects. This PKM program is held in 12 (twelve) months. The stages in implementing this PKM begin with Preparation, Direct Practice, Self-training, Implementation, Evaluation, and Development. The approach method used is the Learning Needs Based Method, Learning Goals and Objective, and Participant Center. The results achieved at this PKM are that Partners already have an Online Shop Website, scientific publications in community service journals, Publications on mass media / online, increased understanding, and business management skills and internet marketing, increased competitiveness, increased science, and technology in society and improved governance community value in the form of peace.

The ability of SMAN 1 Selemadeg and SMAN 1 Kerambitan, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province teachers, in writing Classrom Action Research (CAR) reports and articles is very low. This problem has an impact on the delay of the promotion of teachers for many years, because one of the requirements is not fulfilled in the element of scientific papers. Community service aims to improve the ability of teachers in writing CAR and articles. To achieve these objectives, the Simpang Tegar method is implemented. Data on teacher understanding of the basic concepts of CAR and articles were collected using the test method. While the data on the skills of teachers writing CAR and articles are collected using observation and check-list of tasks given during mentoring. The results obtained are as follows: (1) teacher's understanding of the basic concepts of CAR and scientific articles increased from an average of 57.34 during the pre-test to 73.93 during the post-test; (2) teacher's skills of writing CAR reports and articles increased from an average of 45.41 before mentoring, to 68.58 after mentoring

The purpose of this study is to remind that local wisdom must be maintained to maintain natural balance. The activity was conducted to discuss the traditional culture of sasi with a group of people in Southwest Maluku (MBD), through focus group discussions. The MBD community in utilizing natural resources still maintains the sasi tradition, so that the continuity of marine resources can be maintained between generations, even though currently facing various threats due to the influence of globalization and greater economic motivation.

The school canteen has an important role to fulfill the food needs of school children. The need for fulfillment of hygienic foods is ordered by the factors of place and hygiene of the food handlers. Foods that do not meet the requirements and safety that can be given due to health problems or diseases related to food such as diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, typhus, and other food poisoning. The number of food handlers in the cafeteria of SD Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Sidoarjo competes 6 people. Based on the results of observations and interviews, they did not have sufficient educational background and never gained knowledge about food hygiene and sanitation. The purpose of this PPM activity are to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of food handlers about food hygiene and sanitation so not to harm their consumers health, especially school children. The method used is a training and mentoring model for food handlers starting when preparing food, processing, and serving to customers. The results of these program can be known about changes in the knowledge and skills of food handlers in food hygiene and sanitation.

Improving the level of public health can be started by increasing sufficient knowledge about healthy lifestyles. The period of the elderly is a period of life that needs attention because this period is susceptible to disease. Community service activities aim to broaden the views on the importance of health for the elderly. This activity was carried out at the elderly Posyandu, Jiken Village, Tulangan, Sidoarjo in March to April 2019. The method used was observation, Point of Care Testing (POCT) training for Posyandu cadres, counseling and consultation regarding healthy lifestyles. The result of this activity is that Posyandu cadres can do Point of Care Testing (POCT) and can implement it continuously because the simple medical devices they have are complete. In addition, the elderly people are increasingly enthusiastic to come to the posyandu. This can be seen from the list of visits and activeness of the elderly in participating in the whole series of activities while in the posyandu.

In this millennial era our society’s ability to read is increasingly eroded by the presence of technology. Gadget is not only enjoyed by adults, but also by children even from an early age. At TK Nurul Fikri, Alamanda Regency Housing in North Bekasi, 100% of parents said that they gave a gadget to their children. Mothers also have a relatively low level of education. The Community Empowerment Program is carried out through an awareness method by providing material and training related to child care in the digital era. This program involves speakers and trainers who have been involved in parenting world. The storytelling training programs, which was carried out to improve maternal skills in educating children, are also supported by training in making story-telling materials from used goods. Through the skill playing method, children are also stimulated to be closer to literacy culture. Through this program, mothers become more open-minded and trained to build their children literacy culture. Thus children are expected to get more positive values from their close environment.

Kabupaten Banyuwangi provinsi Jawa Timur, merupakan salah produsen beras organik yang berhasil mengekspor produknya ke luar negri. PT. Sirtanio Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi beras organik di Banyuwangi. Salah satu permasalahan PT. Sirtanio Indonesia yang menjadi mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan penjualan beras organik di Indonesia khususnya di Banyuwangi. Untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditujukan untuk mengembangkan perusahaan rintisan atau startup guna membantu mitra untuk meningkatlan penjualan beras organik tersebut. Guna mengoptimalkan proses pemetaan masalah dan solusi yang dihadirkan oleh startup tersebut, dalam kegiatan ini dimanfaatkan metode google design sprint. Dengan pemanfaatan metode google design sprint ini, terbukti hanya perlu waktu kurang lebih 1 (satu) tahun, untuk memastikan proses bisnis perusahaan rintisan bisa berjalan dengan baik. Adapun media untuk promosi dan penjualan beras organic, dapat diakses melalui website https://organiku.id. Dari serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dapat dibuktikan bahwa penjualan beras organik ditingkatkan. Tercatat dari bulan April 2018 sampai dengan Januari 2019, sudah ada transaksi penjualan sebanyak 257 Kilogram (Kg). Sebagai upaya untuk melegalkan proses bisnis perusahaan rintisan ini, maka telah berhasil didirikan badan usaha yang berbentuk perseroan komanditer yang bernama CV. Pipo Organiku, dengan akta notaris nomor 36, tanggal 24 September 2018

Dalam era milenial dan digital saat ini, dunia desain mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Dalam hal ini, khususnya generasi muda atau siswa yang masih sekolah perlu dibekali ilmu tentang desain grafis dan multimedia sebagai bekal keterampilan apabila sudah lulus sekolah untuk masuk ke dunia bisnis dalam bentuk desain di luar sana. Kegiatan pelatihan desain Grafis dan multimedia ini difokuskan pada pelatihan desain produk menggunakan Corel Draw X7 dan multimedia fotografi. Dengan mempelajari desain grafis dan multimedia diharapkan para siswa kelas XII SMK PGRI Banyuputih-Situbondo dapat terbentuk skill setelah lulus sekolah untuk berkompetisi di dunia luar agar menjadi sukses dan kompeten, meningkatkan kreativitas dan kualitas karya sehingga berguna bagi mereka dan masyarakat.

The introduction of a healthy way of life must be done early, and can be started from family and school life. Health care for school-age children can be done through Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS). The UKS program can be used for coaching in the health sector that requires training of little doctors. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on basic medical materials to improve healthy and healthy living skills, the health status of students, and create a healthy environment so as to increase optimal growth and development. Obtained from the results of this training a positive influence on improving the ability of little doctors. Providing little doctor training provides learning that results in changes from the beginning. This activity involved 42 little doctors from two elementary schools in Sidoarjo. The level of understanding was good, the little doctors rose from (10 students) 23,8% to 69,1% (29 students), quite good understanding from 47,6% (20 students) to 21,4% (9 students), and of the 28,6% (12 students) it dropped to 9,5% (4 students) after receiving a small doctor training.
