Abstract

Harmony is a dream for every household that are nurtured with love, compassion, and sincerity.  In improving household harmony  a grounding Hindu religion as guidance is needed. Household harmony is a state of peace, good, friendly, united hearts, agreement that occur in a family life with overcome differences of opinion and differences of understanding. The increase in household harmony creates a peaceful family circumstances that shows happy, life without violence, as well as inner and outer prosperous which are based on realizing the teachings of truth and religion.

Abstract

The problem of education is an issue of human life throughout their life, both as individuals, social groups as well as members of society. A hope for the government and society to the generations of Hindu that schools of Hinduism can be built not only in formal education but through education in formal and non-formal as in the rise and pasraman-pasraman in every Pakraman in Bali, so the creation of a religious culture, the strong one.The phenomenon that occurs in the Hindu generation, where Hindu religious education in the learning process in schools to create a culture of religious solely to meet the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects whereas as if ignored, this happens because of the situation of globalization. Build or revitalize Hindu religious education is actually the duty of teachers and parents with instilling religious values to create a religious culture. A religious culture that is based on religion teacher jobs, selfless, is also a method for building ones values in a comprehensively manner.

Abstract

The substances of the views of the some figures depicted in the Lifelong Learning Policies, Practices, And Programs, especially the ones found on Chapter  11 to 15 mostly describe the relation between the school education, families, and society. They are in accordance with the Indonesian Government Regulation No20/2003 on the national system of Indonesian education that regulate its informal, formal and nonformal sectors. The least attended nonformal one has actually equal charge, namely providing the best education to the society.

Abstract

Financing a good management is one key to the success of an educational institution to promote or increase quality. In this study, the focus of the problem is how the management of financing available to the private universities in Surabaya medium in order to improve its quality. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the presence of the researcher as an instrument of research conducted interviews to informants as a source of primary data and documents as well as supporting books as a secondary data source. Management Funding education is one of the factors that determine the quality improvement due to the financial management that is transparent and accountable will give rise to the belief of stakehoulder and it will be the motivation of each academicians Tri Dharma College in Private colleges medium in Surabaya to conduct quality improvement in their respective fields.

Abstract

Educational institutions are one of the growing organizations with the complexity of existing problems. Started from applying Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, where lecturers are required to be able to carry out teaching activities, research and dedication to the sustainable society every year. In addition to the activities undertaken in campus environment as a whole that already underway requires an evaluation conducted to maintain the quality. In addition, management also requires and goals to be achieved. A tool for evaluating and monitoring activities and can be used as a prevention tool and a decision maker in problem solving that occurs. Internal audit is a tool used in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia to ensure the activities at the institution have been run in accordance with the procedures they have. The institute hopes to improve management effectiveness in every field. Mismatch implementation of the procedure that occurs is a problem that must be overcome to know how effective internal audit quality is done so as to improve the effectiveness of management in solving existing problems.From the problems disclosed, the author tries to conduct research on STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the implementation of Internal Audit existing in the institution and to know the role of Internal Audit in supporting the achievement of effectiveness in STMIK STIKOM Indonesiamanagement. The research was conducted by analyzing Internal Audit system at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The research phase starts from literature study then continued with data collection needed in research. After all the data collected proceed with the analysis. Based on the results of questionnaires dissemination and hypothesis testing conducted, that the implementation of internal audit in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been adequate and internal audit also play a role in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system. Itsconcluded that the presence of adequate internal audit will assist management in achieving the effectiveness of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system.

Abstract

The teachers of Hindu religion classes play central role in the effort to reach the goal of the national education as well as to build the characters that include honesty, skillfullness, clean and good-heartedness, as described in the national standard of education regulation No 20/2003 in which it states that the curriculum has to provide religious education (Pasal 37 UU Sisdiknas). The government attention to the education is implemented too by the issue of the Regulation on Teachers and Lecturers which states that teachers are professional educators with main duty to educate, teach, guide, train, and evaluate the students in the formal elementary, secondary, and high schools (UU RI No. 14/2005) Purwanto (2004:10).Education is the intentional enlightening from the adult to the younger ones in relation to their development in order to make them useful for themselves and in the society“The Indonesian national education systemas stated in UU No.2/1989 Bab, II, pasal 4,  states that the goal of the education is to develop a complete Indonesia people who are religious, good in their characters, have good knowledge and skills, healthy physically and mentally, independent, responsible for the society and nation. In line with that, the Hindu teachers should refer to the Vedic teachings and consider the physical, psychological, and social environments of study, the life as students (Sisya/Brahmacari), their roles (Acarya), the curriculum, the mteaching methods, as well as the goal of the education. These all should be centered on teaching with the emphasis on directing and motivating to reach the character buildingfacilitating that through learning experience helping to develop attitudes, values, and self adaptation At schools teachers should commit themselves to be 1) role models, 2) inspirators, 3) motivators, 4) regulator, 5) evaluator besides having good vision. Without these all, the goal of education will fail.

Abstract

The perception of the advisor teachers towards the competence of the undergraduate students in planning and using the teaching aids during their internship period in the study year of 2014/2015, is seen to be important to study. This study describes how well is the students ability in using such aids during their internship at the schools in which they are assigned.The variables in the study include the competence in doing the plan and in using the teaching aids. The population includes 36 teachers who come from various schools, namely SDB 1 Kayubhi, SDN 3 Kayubhi, SDN 1 Cempaga, SDN 2 Cempaga, SDN 3 Cempaga, SDN 4 Cempaga who were all involved in the internship program. Since the teachers were only 36 all, the population of the study was then equal the total sampling. The study was of a descriptive kind, applied questionnaires, and percentage calculation.  From the analysis, it concluded that 1) Towards planning the aids  94,45% teachers  revealed positive perception and 2) Towards using the aids, 91, 67% teachers revealed positive perception.The study suggested further investigation  with larger variables on the students teaching internship at schools in order to improve the quality of such program conducted by the Hindu Education Study Program of Dharma Acarya Faculty of the Denpasar State Institute of Hindu Dharma.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality improvement activities to draw up action research through workshops among primary school teachers in Gugus Diponegoro Kecamatan Ungaran Barat. This research is an action research descriptive and qualitative approach. Although the results are still far from PTK relevance proposal but interest to make a PTK proposal increases. In PTK workshop proposal process, there were many problems faced by the teachers who have difficulty in using computers and many teachers do not participate actively. The conclusion shows the actions taken to improve the ability of teachers through workshops PTK proposal showed success in developing a PTK proposal.
