Abstract

Abstract: Tarawih prayer is prescribed only in the month of Ramadan. Outside of Ramadan, not prescribed tarawih prayers. Even though someone sunnah prayers at night, but if not in the month of Ramadan, it's not tarawih, but merely pray night or tahajjud. Prophet nightly routine prayers tahajjud, both within and outside the Ramadan month of Ramadan. In particular at night during Ramadan, he worked on an addition, tarawih prayer done at the beginning of the night coupled with evening prayers', which is exemplified by the Prophet in congregation in the mosque. While praying tahajjud done at the end of the night after waking from sleep, do it more often he is alone in his house, even if there is a history ever done in congregation in the mosque. The most important time to pray or tahajjud night this is the last third of the night or at dawn. Key Words: Prayer, Taraweeh, Tahajud  Abstrak: Sholat Tarawih disyariatkan hanya pada bulan Ramadhan. Diluar dari bulan Ramadhan, tidak disyariatkan untuk melaksanakan sholat Tarawih. Meskipun seseorang yang melaksanakan sholat sunnah pada malah hari, tetapi jika tidak di malam bulan Ramadhan, tidak disebut dengan sholat Tarawih, tetapi itu hanya sholat Malam atau Tahajjud. Nabi selalu rutin shalat malam atau tahajud, baik di bulan Ramadhan maupun di luar bulan Ramadhan. Khususnya di malam hari pada bulan Ramadhan, ia juga melaksanakan sholat selain sholat tarawih, shalat tarawih dilakukan pada awal malam ditambah dengan sholat malam atau Tahajjud, yang selalu dicontohkan oleh Nabi ketika sholat berjamaah di masjid. Sementara sholat tahajud dilakukan pada akhir malam setelah bangun dari tidur, melakukannya lebih sering dia sendirian di rumahnya, bahkan jika ada riwayat dia juga pernah melakukan berjamaah di masjid. Waktu yang paling penting untuk berdoa atau tahajud malam ini adalah sepertiga terakhir malam atau subuh. Kata Kunci: Shalat, Tarawih, Tahajjud

Abstract

Abstract: Counseling Islam is an attempt to give aid to someone who is having trouble physically and spiritually in performing the duties of his life by using an approach that is both mental spiritual religion. To resolve the difficulties faced by a person, counseling Islam passed the approach are: Al-Hikmah, Al-Mauizhoh, Mujadalah. Deviant behavior are all actions that deviate from the norm in the social system and lead to the efforts of those in charge of the system to correct deviant behavior. As for the category of behavior menyimpangdiantaranya: Mental Backwardness, psychoneurosis, Sexual Disorders. Keywords : Islamic counseling, Behavior, Deviant Abstrak: Konseling Islam adalah upaya untuk memberikan bantuan kepada seseorang yang mengalami kesulitan secara fisik dan rohani dalam melakukan tugas-tugas hidupnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang bersifat agama spiritual mental. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh seseorang, konseling Islam melewati pendekatan ini adalah: Al-Hikmah, Al-Mauizah, Mujadilah. Perilaku menyimpang adalah semua tindakan yang menyimpang dari norma dalam sistem sosial dan mengarah pada upaya mereka yang bertanggung jawab dari sistem untuk memperbaiki perilaku menyimpang. Adapun kategori perilaku menyimpang diantaranya: Mental Keterbelakangan, psikoneurosis, Gangguan Seksual. Kata Kunci: konseling Islam, Prilaku, Manyimpang

Abstract

Material message as one of the most important elements in da’wa activity needs to be managed effectively to achieve the expected goals. In addition to a deep mastery of the material, it needed accuracy in choosing the right kind of material for the situation faced mad'u. The selection of accurate materials, and appropriate techniques and steps in managing the message, must be based on some principles, namely the principles of relevance, consistency, adequacy and hierarchy based on kai'idah ushuliyah of message management. For a multicultural society such as Indonesia, da'wah of the message must necessarily be adapted to the philosophy of this nation. The diversity of ethnicity, culture, religion and language are sunnatullah. The message of da’wah that make every people in peace and good condition is the evidence of  Muhammad's prophethood as rahmatan lil 'Alamin. Da'wah messages integrative be one means to deliver the Ummah tawhid civilization in all aspects of community life

Abstract

Abstract: Zakat is one of the pillars Islam which has great potential in poverty reduction, by optimizing the collection and utilization of zakat, infaq, shadaqah in the broadest sense. In the early of Islam, Zakat is one of the funding sources of country and very actively in empowering and building the welfare of the people, especially for economy. In Indonesia, there has been regulation about management zakat is Undang-Undang No 38 Years 1999 about management of zakat. Then, in Some areas, has issued a policy in the local authority to implement the regulation, including the people who manage the zakat. One of the area is the local goverment in Padang has issued a policy to be able to optimaze the potential of zakat in Padang. Optimization of zakat not only in terms of the collection of zakat in a manner required all civil servants in Padang, but also interms of distributions carried out by the local charity mile (BAZDA) Padang. In terms distribution fund zakat which is done by BAZDA Padang, beside that giving zakat without requirements to mustahiq Zakat, there is capital loans to mustahiq zakat who wants open trade .Keyword: Zakat; Amil Zakat; Mustahiq Zakat.  Abstrak: Zakat adalah salah satu rukun Islam yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengurangan kemiskinan, dengan mengoptimalkan pengumpulan dan pendayagunaan zakat, infaq, shadaqah dalam arti yang luas. Pada awal Islam, Zakat merupakan salah satu sumber pendanaan dari negara dan sangat aktif dalam memberdayakan dan membangun kesejahteraan rakyat, terutama bagi perekonomian. Di Indonesia, telah ada peraturan tentang zakat manajemen adalah Undang-Undang No 38 Tahun 1999 tentang pengelolaan zakat. Kemudian, di beberapa daerah, telah mengeluarkan kebijakan di pemerintah daerah untuk melaksanakan peraturan tersebut, termasuk orang-orang yang mengelola zakat. Abstract

Early childhood is a critical period for the establishment of a person's character. Many education experts say that the failure of character planting earlier can form personal problems in next adult life. Children will grow with characters if they grow up in an environment with character, so that the nature of every child born to develop optimally sacred. As the Prophet Muhammad said, which means: “Every child is born, must have been in a state of purity. Then both his parents who make it Jewish, Christian and Zoroastrian”. (H.R. Imam Muslim). Character education requires as habit. Habituation to do good thing, to be honest, knight, to be shame cheated, lazy, and to let the environment dirty. Character is not formed instantly, but should be trained seriously and proportionate in order to achieve the ideal shape and strength.

Abstract

The interesting thing with criminalization is watching videos of sex scenes impacting on the collapse which is usually called by term “buffalo gathering” which is destroying morals; it is a social reality raises problematic but its rules have not been touched by law and the Law. The Criminal Code Draft, article 485 about buffalo gathering is not implemented and the proposal for the closure of pornographic access. This research is done by using empirical normative legal research methods, that is interview to the RUU team, socialization to local leaders, customary leaders, police officers and legislation as well as parents and academics. The results of the study show that local governments support the rejection of pornographic activities bill which is stated in article 485, the authority of total termination depends on the Communication and Information Office in Jakarta. To anticipate the emergency of adultery is expected to apply the addition of hours of religious learning for students from grade 4-6 primary school to Higher Education, male students must stay at the mosque at least 1 (one) night each week to study the Qur'an Fiqh, traditions hadith duty as muezzin and prayer priest. Students study in the daytime certified. One of the requirements for the increase of classes in public schools

Abstract

AbstractMoral teaching in surah Al-Baqarah verse 153 is  religious morals of faith, prayer and patience. Faith is a personal believer in the subject matter. In order for the faith sturdy then it must be tested by a variety of exams. Among these exams is fear, hunger, the drawback of property, death, and the lack of fruit. Each test must be faced with patience that the tests come from God and will be revoked and rewarded by God. After that someone must take pray in order to get peace after going through the test.Keyword: Teaching, Moral, Al-Baqarah 153 AbstrakAjaran moral dalam surat Al-Baqarah ayat 153 adalah moral agama iman, doa dan kesabaran. Iman adalah percaya pribadi dalam materi pelajaran. Agar iman kokoh maka harus diuji oleh berbagai ujian. Di antara ujian ini adalah ketakutan, kelaparan, kekurangan harta, kematian, dan kurangnya buah. Setiap pengujian harus dihadapi dengan kesabaran bahwa tes datang dari Allah dan akan dicabut dan dihargai oleh Allah. Abstract

This research is assessing the imagery of political model of the Amanat National Party (PAN) on 2009-2014. The political imagery model aims to convince and affecting voters by means of imparting positive opinion to the society on which party imaged. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive method, and the data collection by using interview, observation and documentation. This research showed some results. First, this party used channel, mass communication, interpersonal communication, and communication beyond the room in order to increase political imagery PAN. Secondly, PAN in Labuhan Batu Selatan did the imagery through the use of the media newspapers, realized their programs as needed by community, as consolidated party, regeneration, attributes, socialization, and the action in the field. The Last model is by using interpersonal communication and did the real programs of PAN in the field

Abstract

Abstract: Muhammad Ali As-Sabuni as to say that the ownership of property by way of inheritance is one of the most important causes of ownership. And is becoming an undeniable fact that the birth was presented in texts are detailed, systematic, concrete and realistic. Sometimes, in the beginning, wahyu First inheritance provisions like responsive, he replied, and gave credence to the legal problem. However, the further emergence of the rule of inheritance is to fill the needs of Islamic law as the construction of teaching. Technical terms used Alqur`an lot of which indicate that the inheritance rules are rigid and compulsory law is accepted for what it is, no need to be explored further, and stay conducted only in accordance with the will of the text. State like fate, mafruda, farradna are some of them. While they were empirically spread phenomenon in Muslim communities that widened the eyes of many people that turns the rules of inheritance are not used effectively when the distribution of inheritance. Among Muslims, - not the least of which is known as the Islamic leaders, avoid Faraid by hilah law (juridical fiction), which is intentionally distributing wealth to their children. Division without distinction between men and women is considered more equitable, even if I have a daughter given portion of the more part, the most important thing a family can measure yourself justice division in accordance with its own condition.Keywords: Inheritance, agreement, al-Quran and as-Sunnah Abstrak: Muhammad Ali As-Sabuni dengan mengatakan bahwa kepemilikan properti dengan cara warisan adalah salah satu penyebab paling penting dari kepemilikan. Dan menjadi sebuah fakta yang tak terbantahkan bahwa kelahiran disajikan dalam teks-teks yang rinci, sistematis, beton dan realistis. Kadang-kadang, pada awalnya, diwahyukan- ketentuan warisan -Pertama bersifat responsif, dia menjawab, dan memberi kepercayaan kepada masalah hukum. Namun, munculnya lebih lanjut dari aturan warisan adalah untuk mengisi kebutuhan hukum Islam sebagai pembangunan mengajar. Istilah teknis yang digunakan Alqur`an banyak yang menunjukkan bahwa aturan warisan yang hukum yang kaku dan wajib diterima apa adanya, tidak perlu dieksplorasi lebih lanjut, dan tetap dilakukan hanya sesuai dengan kehendak teks. Lafaz seperti takdir, Maruda, farradna adalah beberapa dari mereka. Sementara mereka secara empiris tersebar fenomena di masyarakat Muslim yang melebar mata banyak orang yang mengubah aturan warisan tidak digunakan secara efektif ketika pembagian warisan. Kalangan umat Islam, - tidak sedikit yang dikenal sebagai pemimpin Islam, menghindari istilah faraid oleh hukum hilah (fiksi yuridis), yang sengaja mendistribusikan kekayaan kepada anak-anak mereka. Divisi tanpa membedakan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dianggap lebih adil, bahkan jika saya memiliki seorang putri yang diberikan porsi yang lebih bagian, hal yang paling penting keluarga dapat mengukur diri divisi keadilan sesuai dengan kondisi sendiriKata kunci : harta warisan, kesepakatan, al-qur`an dan as-sunnah

Abstract

The research titled “Efek menonton acara iklan dan sinetron  di televisi terhadap sosial budaya masyarakat muslim kota Medan”. The purpose of this research was to determine whether watching advertisements and Cintron on television give effect to the Muslim communities in Medan include worship, family, and society. To get the data, the location determined in the district of Medan Belawan, Medan Deli and Medan Petisah with a population of 225 598 with the sample 399 persons; then the data collected by using questionnaires. The data analyzed by using correlation Pearson and regression through SPSS. The result showed that watching advertisements and Cintron had very significant effect to social and culture of Muslim societies in Medan City.
