Abstract

Leadership in human life is Fitrah. In Islam, leadership is heavy assignment and hard responsibility at now and hereafter. Leadership based on heart is leadership based on tauhid and makrifah. This is Islamic leadership which has be done by Rasulullah, S. A. W, his sahabah, and slaf soleh. They have getted a glory in leading a ummat on all aspect of human life, building a tamaddun and have a certain character. In this context, leadership in Islami College in Celebes (Sulawesi), were need to inspire. Islamic doctrine can not to be stand up, without leadership of commander which have strategy and structural knowledge. Result of integrated leadership basedn on heart and workship all element of society, Islamic College would be good development and be center to necessity rohani (roh), and jasmani (body).

Abstract

Adoption of curriculum from Islamic boarding school was needed to build moral in prison. Curriculum were adopted from Islamic Boarding School Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. Islamic curriculum were consisted : Aqidah, Fiqih, Tafsir Al-Quran, Hadits, Akhlak, and Islamic history. Teaching method consisted practice, speech, giving question and getting answer. Monitoring and evaluating process were done by classified group learning (based on potency), final evaluation each six month. Obstacle were found a facility to learning. Concluded that model of teaching by adopted curriculum Islamic Boarding School showed enthusiastic of prison to learn a theology. Suggested to Commander a RUTAN Kelas II B Kolaka to be continued this program to future time.

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) 2015 is an ASEAN economic integrative that is free trading between ASEAN countries. A CEO of a distinguished international banking group, "There are Asian giants, who are making changes to the tectonic plate of manufacture, commerce, royalty and the global economy." ASEAN will come the horizon. The ASEAN Community is a concept that leads to the removal or inclusion of the people of ASEAN towards a more solid ASEAN integration. However, behind the thousand and one a manifest, there are various obstacles and challenges that arise. It would be a fierce competition so we can not good sleep. Every leader, regional chairman, CEO of the company, community leader, family leader and individual needs to consider new ways to compete freely. MEAs may be a good opportunity to demonstrate the quality and quantity of products and human resources (HR) at the same time may be a boomerang if not able to utilize them well. Alumnus from Islamic College (STAI) Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka should be prepared to work on ASEAN Economic Community. Concluded that any 12 stratregy would be implemented to get this goal.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning Islamic Religious Education and Character Budi is an important part in measuring the achievement of learning in the field of study. The evaluation component compiled reflects the comprehensive evaluation in a field of study. Evaluation of learning not only measures the learning outcomes achieved by learners, but measures the overall set of learning done by a teacher. The series of learning in question is started from the planning, then the implementation, and the last reporting. Therefore the study of this subject is the evaluation of the whole series of learning with four main components namely planning, learning activities, professional development, and learning outcomes. Learning Planning Components include assessment of learning resources. Components of learning implementation include assessments of principals, assessments of learners, and self-assessment. The professional development component includes all activities that teachers follow to improve their competence. Learning result components include analysis of learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop the learning module of physics nuance of Islamic education for the students of class XI in SMA Islam Al Azhar 12 Makassar in terms of theoretical validity, (2) develop the learning module of physics nuances of Islamic education for the students of class XI in SMA Islam Al -Azhar 12 Makassar in terms of empirical validity (3) describes the development profile of physics learning module nuanced Islamic education for students of class XI in SMA Islam Al-Azhar 12 Makassar. The type of research used is development research with 3D development model that meruapakan adaptation of 4D development model. The test subject in this research is 20 students kelsi XI IPA SMA Islam Al Azhar 12 makassar. The result of the research shows that (1) Theoretical validity of physics learning module with nuance of Islamic education with expert validity method is in valid category, by using Gregory test, consistent internal level (reliability) of learning module is very consistent that is 100%. While the validity of theoretical with the method of face validity, physics learning module nuanced Islamic education is in the right category in measuring indicators, clear in the use of language, and both in terms of kegrafikan, (2) Results analysis of the learners showed that 35% Learners judge that the learning module is in good category and 65% category is very good. Results of response analysis Learners for each item statement indicates that 100% Learners respond positively to at least 50% statement items. So it can be concluded that physics learning module nuanced Islamic education can be used with small resvisi.Hasil empirical validity also indicate the interest of large learners in the process of learning physics by using the module, especially with material integrated with the Qur'an, (3 ) The final profile of physics learning module nuanced in Islamic education class XI developed in SMA Islam Al Azhar 12 Makassar are: (1) Cover, (2) Preface, (3) Table of contents,, (4) Introduction, (5) Concept Map, (8) Teaching materials, (9) Self-training, (10) Student worksheet (LKPD), (11) Glossary, (12) Formative test. (13) Key answers formative test form description, (14) Test results cognitive learning. (15) Key answers to test results of cognitive learning. Test results of cognitive learning along with key answers are not contained in the module, because the test is only owned by subject teachers.

Abstract

This paper was library research in education system at three countries, it is Indonesia, United States America, and India were done by comparative analysis. It’s system is not descriptive education system on the three countries to present day. However, it was tried to trace education system which were applied by fouding fathers from three countries in his centuries. Nevertheless, in the fact its have correlation with contemporary education system. In addition to, to be lost diamond and to research. This paper were determined to deep analysis about benefit from three education systems, on macro education context or operational practice in learning. The three education system is indigenous education system were resulted from socialite education from its own country, its positive impact to national education system. Implied from education systems could be seek on many fact. Social fact, we concerned to character of nation, until we need back a character education were applied by Among system and Shanti Niketan, it would be relevant with our education system. Neither, like a education based on family, humanity education, learning by doing at Among system, friendship education, multi cultural education, enjoy learning moving class at Dalton system, natural class, boarding school at shanti niketan would be actual issue and to be a treasure which riched our educational system, present and future time.

Abstract

Guru memiliki andil yang sangat besar terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah. Guru sangat berperan dalam membantu perkembangan peserta didik untuk mewujudkan tujuan hidupnya secara optimal. Di dalam kelas guru malaksanakan dua kegiatan pokok yaitu kegiatan mengajar dan kegiatan mengelola kelas. Pengelolaan kelas sangat berkaitan dengan upaya-upaya untuk menciptakan dan mempertahankan kondisi yang optimal bagi terjadinya proses belajar (penghentian perilaku peserta didik yang menyelewengkan perhatian kelas, pemberian ganjaran, penyelesaian tugas oleh peserta didik secara tepat waktu, penetapan norma kelompok yang produktif, di dalamnya mencakup pengaturan orang (peserta didik) dan fasilitas yang ada.

Abstract

The use of media in classroom teaching is a necessity that cannot be ignored. The purpose of this study is: 1). Knowing the response of class I and II students of Elementary School Islamic Integrated (SD IT) Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka Against Audio Visual (video animation animation) in ablution material as a learning medium on subjects of Islamic religious education in terms of student learning motivation. 2) Knowing the application of audio visual media (cartoon animation video) in ablution material on subjects how Islamic religious education. 3) Knowing the teacher's response to audio-visual media (video animation video) in ablution material on subjects of Islamic religious in terms of learning motivation. The subjects of the trial were students who were respondents in a study, in this study the subject of the trial was students totaling 13 people. This research is located at Pondok Pesantren Street, Kolaka Regency. Research variables are component focal points in a study. In this study there are two research variables, namely: (1) Audio visual media (animated cartoon videos) and (2) student learning motivation. The conclusions that can be taken after conducting this research are as follows: 1). The response of students to audio visual learning media (cartoon animation video) in terms of learning motivation 100% very good. This means that around 100% of students can be motivated in using audio visual media (cartoon animation videos) on Islamic religious education subjects. 2) The application of this cartoon audio visual media, the first step is to prepare video procedures for ablution, prepare supporting tools. After the media is ready to be used, the researcher conducts the teaching and learning process by playing videos on the procedure of ablution while practicing it. 3) In the application of audio visual media (cartoon animation video) on Islamic religious education lessons in class I and II SD IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah kolaka, the teacher responded well to this because this audio-visual media (cartoon animation video) is very suitable for use in class I students. and II, because they are very happy to play and watch.

Abstract

The use of visual media is one of several components that underlie the realization of an effective learning. The subjects of the trial were students who were respondents in a study. In this study the subject of the trial was the students of class III SDIT Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka with a total of 8 students. This research is located at SDIT Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka which is located at Pondok Pesantren Street, Lamokato Village, Kec. Kolaka Kab. Kolaka. The conclusion that can be taken after doing this research is the response of students to the Text Card media as a learning medium in terms of learning motivation, 0% in the very poor category, 0% not good, 25% good, and 75% very good. This means students have been motivated to learn using the Text Card media. The application of Text Card media in the subjects of Islamic Religion in class III SDIT Al-Mawarrahmah Kolaka, namely the first student is distributed cards. Second, students are divided into two groups, then they are asked to perfect the writing in the carton. The teacher's response to Text Card media as a learning medium in terms of learning motivation says that this media has a positive impact on students in terms of learning motivation.

Abstract

The position of supervisor is very strategic and will affect the quality of education as a whole. Supervisors are functional and responsible for the occurrence of learning, education, and guidance processes within the education unit at various levels and types of education. Its strategic function will be able to improve the process of learning and guidance carried out by the teacher so that the education process will take place effectively, especially in the educational environment. This research is an action research Guidance for Preparing Curriculum Documents Based on a Verification Format: Systematic, Correct, and Procedural (FORMASI SIBERPRO). The number of Madrasas assisted has 100% curriculum documents. The number of trained madrasas has curriculum documents with qualifications: very good 80%. Whereas 20% of Madrasas assisted have good qualified curriculum documents. Implementation of guidance on the preparation of document 1 curriculum with the Siberpro Pharmacy approach is very effective in overcoming the weaknesses of madrasas in the preparation of curriculum documents. Based on 3 (three) required criteria: systematic, correct, and procedural, the results of document 1 development guidance show that achievement is very good on average. Guidance for the preparation of documents 1 of the Siberpro Formation-based curriculum can be developed and disseminated in a wider scope, both provincial and national scale.
