<![CDATA[In the process of recovery patients mental hospital, communication is needed by a psychologist. No exception for patients madhouse north sumatra who need motivation, advice and support for recovery patients one using interpersonal communication to the patient that interwoven rapport good between psychologist and patients. The purpose of this research is to find communication interpersonal psychologist to replenish patients madhouse north sumatra.Methods used in this research is descriptive of qualitative methods with the collection of data through interviews and research literature available. The result of this show that interpersonal communication psychologist against recovery patient mental hospital north sumatra province is needed because of the communication that is psychologist can know the problems suffered by patients, and from psychologist communication also help the healing process. <![CDATA[This study aims to to see how news magazine weekly phrase framing news related three years of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla in the viewing angle political and law enforcement to know partiality phrase in long time. Research methodology used is the method research analysis the contents of qualitative. Technique the analysis used is analysis framing model robert entman with four device unit analysis, define the problem, diagnose cause, make moral judgement, treatment recommendation. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to to know the implementation of their corporate social responsibility PT. Pertamina (Persero), refinery Dumai unit II to improve the life quality of society. The theory harold lasswell was used in the study that provides the delivery of messages by a communicator to communicant through a medium that give rise to a certain effect. The kind of research that is used is a method of descriptive with the qualitative analysis. The technique of the data collection was done through observation, interview and study literature available. Analysis technique data using triangulation. The results of the interview presented in the form of a question and answer session and a picture (a photograph). The results of the interviews data analyzed by review all data and the presentation of data. This research result indicates that the implementation of corporate social responsibility PT. Pertamina (Persero) refinery Dumai unit II implemented through the implementation of activities with a target these which are short and longer term. In the implementation of the CSR, there are various the judgment of the community. The response from the community as input for the firms could continue to make efforts to especially with regard to the application of more effective communications strategy. <![CDATA[In this study, researchers study confirms the approach, methods and techniques used to gather and analyze information or data that will answer and explain the research problem to be studied. In this study used a qualitative study to explore the role of communication in the counseling for the prevention of tuberculosis disease. Development of a qualitative approach in research is based on giving meaning to the events observed, the expression of views and experiences of those involved in the study. This study uses informants in this study were selected carefully so relevant to the "Role of communication through counseling to cope with the disease Tuberculosis in Sub Field Maimoon" or in other words based on the selection of informants who can provide information or information about the problem being studied and can serve as participants in the research process.Based on the survey results revealed that the extension will contribute to the knowledge society in the District Tuberculosis disease prevention Maimoon Medan. Communication in the counseling community's ability to contribute to disease prevention in the District Tuberculosis Maimun Medan. <![CDATA[Basically the radio refer to three categories: radio private , public radio and radio community. Radio community many springing in the west kalimantan especially in kabupaten ketapang. One of them radio community Gema solidarity who stands in ketapang in january 2005. The arrival of radio community Gema solidarity expected as a medium disseminate culture, tradition, customary peace in the bebagai community of ethnic and religion in kabupaten ketapang. This study aims to study the role of radio community Gema solidarity as community empowerment ketapang. Research methodology it uses approach descriptive qualitative, with using a technique of observation, interviews and documentation. The determination of respondents technique executed is probability sampling as many as five people included in radio Gema management of solidarity. The result of this research known the role of community radio Gema solidarity having uniqueness as “ a house with “ to develop creativity which puts forward the culture of peace is evidenced by a broadcast that having some languages among others malay archipelago, dayak, madura, and chinese. Radio Gema community solidarity have attempted to community empowerment ketapang with scope political empowerment, economic empowerment, social empowerment, empowerment of the environment and cultural empowerment peace. <![CDATA[Research on opinion a student of the city of medan political for the commercial future governors and vice governors north sumatra years 2018 using the quantitative methods with the approach correlational analysis. Percent of the population in this research as many as 1994 students. By the use of the withdrawal of in the entire household sample as presented arikunto by taking 10 % of the total number of, so that we have been selected sample been disclosed in the research that event as many as 200 people. This research result indicates that the message political that was delivered through outdoor media in right at the point received kindly by the respondents, even 73,00% of respondents said advertising outdoor media we made every living being a belief in themselves among respondents to determining voting patterns scare information out of political. In addition there are 59,00 % the number of respondents who when they split asunder and 17,00% respondents found it affected against a choice a significant proportion of respondents political from a d to political outdoor media which was conveyed by candidate couple .]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu bentuk tri dharma perguruan tinggi, maka penelitian yang berjudul remaja dan perilaku menyimpang studi kasus remaja di Kota Padangsidimpuan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan pada remaja, kenakalan apa saja yang dilakukan para remaja di Kota Padangsidimpuan dan upaya orang tua dan masyarakat dalam mengatasi perilaku menyimpang remaja didaerahnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yakni data yang digunakan peneliti terlebih dahulu diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan perumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, kemudian data tersebut dituangkan dalam bentuk cerita atau narasi sehingga akan mudah dalam menganalisa serta menginterpretasikannya. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua, masyarakat dan para remaja yang melakukan perilaku menyimpang yang berusia 16-20 tahun yang dikategorikan sebagai remaja akhir masa transisi ke dewasa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat sebagai pedoman bagi para remaja, orang tua serta masyarakat pada umumnya terkait faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perilaku menyimpang remaja serta kenakalannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kelemahan dalam pengawasan orang tua terhadap anak. Orang tua hanya memberikan pesan nasihat kepada anak, akan tetapi pengawasan sangat jarang terjadi dilakukan terhadap orang tua kepada anak. Kata Kunci: Remaja, Perilaku Menyimpang]]>

<![CDATA[The hospitals have an important role in society. A healthy society is one of an indicator of public welfare. PKU Muhammadiyah as one of islamic hospital belonging to Muhammadiyah, have significant roles to realize health in the community. Excellent service is to be done by every hospital, is no exception as PKU islamic hospital. In this research, researchers used research methodology descriptive qualitative. The method selection, intended to see how image PKU as islamic hospital, in the citizens. The data collection method using interviews, and focus group discussion. <![CDATA[Cosplay otaku is a person who has obsessions for the art of appearance with wearing costumes and accessories that imitates public figures of character better than the comic figure and cartoons that originating in the country of japan. The state of being a cosplayer otaku-cosplay obsessed closely related to how the concept of himself formed. It is not uncommon in doing cosplay the cosplayer deprive of the character native himself and had been replaced by a figure by which they perankan character. In relation to this matter, writer interested to scrutinize how self-concept otaku cosplay among community cosplayer Medan. This study aims to to see how mind, self, and society said in build self-concept cosplayer in Medan. The use writers interaksionisme theory symbolic belonging to george herbert said mead and qualitative research methods have descriptive. This research result indicates that self-concept otaku cosplay having self-concept positive where the otaku agents cosplay can develop potential which they have with bercosplay but also have the concept of soul that has negative where otaku cosplay not very open and lack of communication between significant other or on the community. Reference group does not change the otaku cosplay communiqu that is closed and a lack of their communication .]]>
