Abstract

The purpose of this research is about the loyalty of private label products, which is growing very rapidly, resulting in a decline in the market share of branded manufactured products. Private label products are products that are sold in retail stores, where these stores sell daily necessities at lower prices. Consumers who buy this product are price sensitive consumers. Although product quality is similar to manufactured products, consumers who are used to branded products have a perception of risk when buying private label products. This research was conducted at a retail store that sells products with the same brand as the name of the retail store. The research location was in Semarang and Gringsing with a sample of 120 respondents. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling technique, data analysis using multiple regression. The finding is that repurchase intention is an intervening variable between store image, risk perception, price perception and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a deeper explanation regarding the Effect of of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Financial Performance with Risk as a Mediating Variable.The population in this study are companies in the few sectors in natural resource industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2011 to 2019, especially in mining, agriculture and basic industries’s sectors. This study uses secondary data and purposive sampling method as a method of selecting samples. Also, this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis as model data analysis.The results showed that CSR has a positive effect on CFP, CSR has a positive effect on company risk and company risk has an effect as a mediatingvariable between CSR and CFP.

Abstract

This research has purpose to implement a business digitization strategy in order that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are able to survive in the COVID-19 pandemic. The transformation of business digitization was carried out on the MSMEs in copper and brass handicrafts in Tumang Boyolali. This research applied descriptive qualitative method based on survey data of SMEs in copper and brass crafts Tumang Boyolali and the Central Bureau of Statistics. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the business activities of Tumang Boyolali copper and brass SMEs which were carried out using a conventional strategy (Offline System) contributed to a decrease in sales turnover of more than 30%. Meanwhile, the MSME business activities carried out with the MSME business digitization strategy (Online System) such as Smart Phones (PCs or laptops) connected to the internet only amounted to 25% to 38% of MSMEs which experienced an increase in sales turnover. Considering this reason, it is necessary to build infrastructure that supports the digitization of MSMEs in Tumang Boyolali's copper and brass handicrafts in terms of marketing MSME products online

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the dimensions of brand equity which include brand awareness, perceived value, brand personality, organizational association, and perceived quality can mediate the effect of source credible online reviews on the purchase intention of the millennial generation on Samsung smartphone products. The research was conducted through an online survey by distributing online questionnaires to 211 millennial generation respondents in Jabodetabek. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The model was tested using the SEM-PLS analysis tool with the smartPLS statistical software. The findings of this study indicate that brand awareness, brand personality, and perceived value are proven to mediate the effect of source credible online reviews on purchase intention. Organizational association and perceived quality are not proven to mediate the effect of source credible online reviews on purchase intention in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memberikan bukti empiris tentang penerapan berbagai Praktek Akuntansi Manajemen (PAM) di UKM di Kabupaten Rembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan mendapatkan hasil, UKM di kabupaten Rembang yang telah menggunakan PAM sebanyak 54 UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktek akuntansi manajemen seperti penganggaran konvensional, pengukuran biaya tradisional banyak digunakan responden. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden telah mengadopsi satu atau lebih kegiatan yang terkait aspek keuangan dan non keuangan tetapi ketergantungannya lebih besar pada kegiatan keuangan daripada non keuangan. Kegiatan non keuangan yang sering digunakan responden adalah tepat waktu. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa responden yang terkait dengan kegiatan ukuran kinerja non keuangan, lebih berfokus pada proses internal dan pelanggan daripada berfokus ke karyawan. Responden juga menunjukkan rendahnya penggunaan semua teknik penilaian investasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan mereka. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ukuran UKM yang relative kecil dan beberapa kendala yang kemungkinan terjadi untuk mengadopsi PAM yang komprehensif di perusahaan mereka. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji hipotesis menujukkan bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan, persaingan pasar, dan partisipasi pemilik secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terkait penggunaan praktek akuntansi manajemen. Dan kualitas staf akuntansi internal berpengaruh positif tidak siginifikan terhadap penggunanaan praktek akuntansi manajemen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception and location on customer satisfaction at Cafe Dewan Kopi Pati. The population in this study were the customers of Cafe Dewan Kopi Pati. The research method used is purposive sampling. The sample used was 100 respondents with the primary data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis used instrument test, multiple linear analysis and model test. The results of the study prove that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to evaluate whether the variables of flexibility, motivation, work stress, and rewards have a substantial effect on employee performance. Additionally, to determine whether a significant concurrent influence exists and which variables are most influential in determining employee performance for members of the Sukoharjo Regency DPRD. The descriptive quantitative technique was utilized. The population in this study consisted of 43 employees, and the total population was sampled using quota sampling. Primary and secondary data were collected using the following techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature review. Multiple linear tests were employed to analyze the data in this study. The study's findings indicate that: The study's findings indicate that: 1) Flexibility, motivation, work stress, and rewards all have an effect on employee performance at DPRD members of Sukoharjo Regency; 2) Flexibility has an effect on employee performance at DPRD members of Sukoharjo Regency; 3) Motivation has an effect on employee performance at DPRD members of Sukoharjo Regency; and 4) Work stress has an effect on employee performance at DPRD members of Sukoharjo Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of firm age and firm size on audit delay, as well as the mediating effect of profitability from firm age and firm size on audit delay. The research population is all companies listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 as many as 44 companies so that the number of samples is 220 samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. After carrying out the normality and outlier test process, so that the data used in the study became 165 data. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the effect of negative firm age is not significant on profitability, while negative firm age has a significant effect on profitability. Firm age and firm size have a significant negative impact on audit delay. Negative profitability is not significant to audit delay. Profitability can be an intervening variable on the effect of firm age and firm size on audit delay.

Abstract

The game industry is one sector that is developing in this millennial era, this is supported by the high number of players and the high number of esport competitions that have been supported by the Indonesian government. Competition in the gaming industry has also increased and there has been intense competition. One factor that can keep players interested in playing is to add game item features. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of character identification, game's satisfaction, visual authority value, and monetary value on the purchase intention of Overwatch game items. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to some communities of the Overwatch game. The sample criteria in this study are the millennial generation or those over aged 15 years who are believed to be mature enough, have played the Overwatch game, and have never bought game items. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling (purposive). Four hypotheses are proposed, and all hypotheses are accepted. The character identification, game satisfaction, visual authority value, and monetary value have an influence on the purchase intention of Overwatch game items.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, service quality, and store atmosphere on satisfaction (study on customers of Antariksa Coffeeshop Semarang). The population in this study is customer of Antariksa Coffeeshop Semarang who buys the product at least three times. The sample taken by the researcher in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample using certain criteria. The data used in this study is primary data, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test with loading factor, reliability test with cronbach alpha, f test, coefficient of determination (R2), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t test). The result of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
