Abstract

The study uses check list data collecting method which was conducted by filling up the list of question in a way of sign marking in the column given to 54 official employees of Sub Bagian Umum Sekreatariat Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. In analyzing the data, the writer uses a multiple regression. A Relative Contribution (sumbangan Relatif/ SR) being used in testing the hypothesis, to examine the most affecting factor on dynamic and active files management. Along with a statistical software package SPSS 1.2 version.The multiple regression statistic results on Anova testing shows that the value of Fc as 9.45 > F table as 3.476, with the probability lower than 0.05. It means the regression model can be conducted in predicting the dynamic and active files management. In other words, this means that time, tools or means, and finance, at the same time, influencing toward active and dynamic filesmanagement on Sub Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. The SPSS output shows R square as 0.363, this means that 36.3% of active and dynamic files management variation, can be explained by the three other independent variables included in A Relation Contribution. Ascalculation result in the table, this can be explained that the three independent variables set in the Relative Contribution, show SRX1 as 13.3831% and SRX2 as 63.9511%, and SRX3 as 22.6618%. This means that tools or means have the most dominant influences on active and dynamic files management on Sub Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Rembang, with the acceptanceof SRX2 as 63.9511%.

Abstract

Accountant ethics have discused in peoples. Ethics consists of moral principles and standard of conduct. In general use the word ethics relates to the philosophy of human conduct and principles of human morality and duty. Professional ethics include standards of behaviour for a professionalperson that are designed for both practical and idealistic purposes. The deliquency of accountant profesional ethics codes at company have a lot of number, so it is need more power to obey that codes. If there is an regulation and punishment, the profesional ethics will not breached. Besidethat, if all of wrong behaviours is going on, so far, it will be a habit. This wrong norm will be a culture. Because of that, some one have breach the rule, he must get the punishment to learn of what it education environment. Abstract

The contribution given by sectors of trade especially pedagang kaki lima (packed meal sellers) in economic activity and citizens’ prosperous (especially citizens’ from weak economic segment) in Rembang, ca be found within the coastal area society, that is fishermen society. The fact shows that Local Government. With the considerations to nature condition and its potentials, the maintenance of packed meal sellers’ activity, has to be the environmental concepts. Therefore,the existence of packed meal sellers might be grown to be a productive and environmentally – concepted sector.

Abstract

This study has objective, first, to investigate how koperasi simpan pinjam in Kotamadia Semarang make its business planning with CostVolumeProfit(CVP) information and realization on budget last year information. Second, to observe the effect of CVP and realization of budget last year information with business planning efectivity in koperasi simpan pinjam KotamadiaSemarang. Sample in this study are 13 kospin that have been listed in Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah Kota Semarang until April 2007. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linier regresion. Quesioner is used to data collecting.The deskriptif result show that kospin Kotamadia Semarang, in majority have enough category in business planning, CVP and realization of budget last year information. Statistical result show that CVP information have significant effect to business planning efectivity. Realization of budget last year information have positif significant effect to business planning efectivity. With simultan test, CVP and realization of budget last year information effect to business planning efectivity.

Abstract

With the purpose ro increase the productivity, all elements that support the productivity have to be concerned; they are wage and supervision. The produktivity improvement being disposed on management maintenance. Management runs its programs while at the same, this tries to carry ona well relation between the employer.The result of this study shows that the variables of wage and supervision, have influence toward the employees’ productivity on PT. Tonga Tiur Putra kragan. The calculation of Anova test using a multiple regreasion, shows that the value for F count as 227.033, and value for F table as 0.9946.For the F count > F table, with the probability level much lower than 0.05, this can be concluded that, together, both wage and supervision have their influences toword the employees’ producity. The SPSS shows the value for R2 as 0.05, and this means that 87,1& of producivity variatioan, might be explained from the variation of both two independent variables; wage and supervision. While the rest (100% 87,1% = 12,9) can be explaint from other causes beyond both two variables. The calculation result as seen from the table shows that SR X1 and SR X2 for wage as 0,62674 and for supervation as 99,37352. These results support that supervision has more influence towardemployees’ productivity.

Abstract

The business either in services, that is, loananddeposit and the store that have developed unit today can not be considered as a simple business anymore. Since more businessmen have conducted the business above, the competitions to win the consumers are getting more tightly.Based on that matter, the management of the business must perfect a number of strategies constantly to win the competitions. The proper marketing strategies are badly needed to win the competitions to seize the market share. To determine the marketing strategy formulation, w e can not put our attention away from the consumers themselves as the third service users of the above necessity. It is worth noted that without consumers, the operational of a cooperative may not work perfectly.Entering the globalization era is characterized by the profesionalisme. It is urgently needed in order that the qualified human resources available. The member of Primary Police Cooperative (Primkopol) is one of determinant components in conducting the qualified working unit system.However, only professional member of Primery Police Cooperative (Primkopol) in carrying out its mission that will be able to produce qualified outcome.

Abstract

The agency theory tries to compose formal link between principal and agent or any intended parties within budget composition process. This theory imposes on achievement measurement design and reward provided for manager to act positively and or profitable for company in a whole.The theorem of agency theory never implements all situations. Such alternative models of behaviour and managerial motivation is stewardship theory, which gained from psychologically and sociologically traditions. This research increased the meaning of stewardship theory through description of terminology and theoretically contribution.Also adding within the previous stewardship theory through tested such model that relies on manager chosen – the better principal than such determination view. Based on the existed model, manager chose to act as steward or agent. Their choosing was various in line with their psychology motivation and perception about existed situation. Principal also chose to create some agency orstewardship linkage, depend on the perception about its situation and manager. If whether manager or principal feels that the other parties will act in defend position, then the best benefit will be act as agency, and organization will receive optimally return upon its investment. But if both parties chose to develop stewardship linkage, then the organization will realize maximum rewards.

Abstract

Abstract Financial minister (MENKEU), in February, 6, 1995 has published: Surat Keputusan No. 080/KMK.04/1995 about allowance for doubtful account (Cadangan Penghapusan piutang). Based on it, allowance for productive asset or Cadangan Aktiva Produktif (CAP) which can agree as cost in fiscal finance report, maximum is 3% from average of first saldo and final asset.CAP is allowance for anticipated probability unpaid the allocation funds that have done by bank into productive asset (Aktiva Produktif –AP). This article,in detail, explained urgency of CAP in the bank. Specially, it is Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) that has merger in Kabupaten Rembang. This article’s author has ever as employee in this bank. It is dilemma, if it must to prepare CAP. Cause BPR, generally its Non Performing Loan, is above 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this researched is to find dominant factors have an effect on to production rate at manufacturing industry of furniture big scale company with labour more than 100 people, influencing factors production rate at this research among others : labour, worker fee, fuel and lubricants cost , electricity purchased and raw materials cost.This research is manufacturing industry furniture in Jawa Tengah by exploiting data sekunder of BPS. The big factor of its influence to production rate is resouces and is costly of raw materials where raw material of furniture industry the core important is wood . This matter because of bouncing up its of marketing wood price effect of discontinuing of practice of ilegal logging andalso limitation of wood raw material in Jawa Tengah. Labour also become factor having an effect on to remember industry of furniture this of its process very is requiring of skillful hands touch (made hand). Fee worker factor, fuel and lubricants cost and electricity purchased less is having of share which is signifikan at makeup of result of production rate of furniture industry.Considering this industrial sector enough become pledge in dig of area foreign exchange , hence him presumably require to strive to answer solution of problems related to effort improve production rate in the future, either by government , private sector and also society
