Abstract

YPAC Semarang merupakan yayasan pendidikan untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus di Semarang yang menggunakan musik sebagai terapi. Dalam terapi musik ini salah satunya terdapat kelas vokal. Kelas vokal/bernyanyi ini berfungsi sebagai terapi untuk membantu kelancaran berbicara, berekspresi siswa dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada diri siswa. Dalam beberapa kesempatan seperti, HUT YPAC Semarang; Pelepasan Siswa-Siswi YPAC Semarang; dan Salam Ramadhan di Mall Ciputra Semarang anak tunagrahita ringan dari YPAC Semarang ini diundang untuk mengisi acara tersebut. Salah satu sajian yang mereka tampilkan yaitu bernyanyi. Mereka bernyanyi sangat memukau walaupun dengan keterbatasan yang mereka miliki.YPAC merupakan salah satu bentuk layanan pendidikan oleh Negara untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, karena mereka mempunyai hak yang sama seperti orang normal pada umumnya yaitu memperoleh pendidikan yang layak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis korelasi, pengaruh serta kontribusi kemampuan solfegio terhadap kemampuan bernyanyi siswa tunagrahita ringan di Yayasan Pendidikan Anak Cacat (YPAC) Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah penilaian unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi, uji regresi, dan uji kontribusi (determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan solfegio berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bernyanyi siswa Tunagrahita ringan di Yayasan Pendidikan Anak Cacat (YPAC) Semarang. Kontribusi pengaruh variabel kemampuan solfegio terhadap kemampuan bernyanyi adalah sebesar 28,4%, sedangkan 71,6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. YPAC Semarang is an educational foundation for children with special needs in Semarang which use music as therapy. In this music therapy one of them there is a vocal class. The vocal class functions as a therapy to help the fluency of speaking and expressing ability, and also to develop the potention of students. On several occasions such as, HUT YPAC Semarang; Release of YPAC Semarang Students; and Salam Ramadhan at Mall Ciputra Semarang the mild tunagrahita from YPAC Semarang was invited to fill the event. One of the show that they show is singing. They sing very fascinating despite the limitations they have. YPAC is one of service forms of education by nation for children with special needs, because they have the same rights as the normal people in general that is getting a decent education. The purpose of this research is to know, to describe, and to analyze correlation, influence and contribution of solfegio ability to singing ability of light tunagrahita students in Disabled Children Education Foundation (YPAC) Semarang. This research was conducted by using quantitative design with simple random sampling sampling technique. Technique of collecting data which was done was performance appraisal. Data analysis technique using correlation test, regression test, and contribution test (determination). The results showed that the ability of solfegio has an effect on the ability of singing a light Tunagrahita students in Disability Education Foundation (YPAC) Semarang. The contribution of solfegio ability variable to singing ability is 28,4%, while 71,6% is influenced by other factor. keywords: solfegio ability,the ability to sing, mild tunagrahita.

Abstract

The Gunung Jati New Music Keroncong Orchestra is a keroncong orchestra that regularly performs keroncong music at Tawang Station Semarang. During the keroncong music performance there are various kinds of symbolic interactions between the players and also with the audience. The purpose of this study was to determine how the symbolic interaction in keroncong music performances by the Keroncong Gunung Jati New Music Orchestra. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data collected through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the symbolic interaction at the Keroncong Gunung Jati New Musik orchestra performance at Tawang Semarang station included a sawer box as a place for the audience to give sawer money as a form of appreciation. Symbolic interaction between the players and the players, namely during the performance the players give each other song chord codes with gestures of limbs such as finger movements, head nods, speech, winks. And symbolic interactions between the players and the audience in the form of hand movements, head nods, clapping, and sawer money. From these findings it can be concluded that the symbolic interaction that occurs is as an interaction that aims to find chemistry between players and between players and the audience so that the keroncong music performance runs well and smoothly so that the players and the audience are satisfied with their appearance and as an attraction of the Keroncong Orchestra. Gunung Jati New Musik in attracting public interest in keroncong music itself.

Abstract

The agency theory tries to compose formal link between principal and agent or any intended parties within budget composition process. This theory imposes on achievement measurement design and reward provided for manager to act positively and or profitable for company in a whole.The theorem of agency theory never implements all situations. Such alternative models of behaviour and managerial motivation is stewardship theory, which gained from psychologically and sociologically traditions. This research increased the meaning of stewardship theory through description of terminology and theoretically contribution.Also adding within the previous stewardship theory through tested such model that relies on manager chosen – the better principal than such determination view. Based on the existed model, manager chose to act as steward or agent. Their choosing was various in line with their psychology motivation and perception about existed situation. Principal also chose to create some agency orstewardship linkage, depend on the perception about its situation and manager. If whether manager or principal feels that the other parties will act in defend position, then the best benefit will be act as agency, and organization will receive optimally return upon its investment. But if both parties chose to develop stewardship linkage, then the organization will realize maximum rewards.

Abstract

Pitung dal is one of the arts of the Alor people which is less well known and appreciated by the people. This study aims to describe the organology of Pitung dal. The method used is descriptive qualitative through unstructured interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. The results of the study concluded that Pitung dal is an art that is played together consisting of wind instruments, namely: a) kanui pup, b) ma tawa, c) kelifang and d) feting taba inflatable. And consists of percussion instruments, namely: bo’bo and feting taba at. The art of Pitung dal music is part of the culture of the Alor people which must be preserved and appreciated through culture-based education.
