Abstract

The accumulation of carbon in the atmosphere causing the greenhouse effect as a result of trapping of short-wave sunlight, which increase the temperature of Earth's atmosphere. One of the forest ecosystems that can reduce the effects of greenhouse gases and to mitigate the climate change is a mangrove forest. The role of mangroves related to the Blue Carbon was emphasized as mangrove efforts to utilize CO₂ for photosynthesis and store it in biomass stock  and sediment as a climate change mitigation efforts. The purpose of the research are a) to determine the density, dominance and the importance value of mangroves index, b) to know the Diversity Index and Uniformity Index of mangrove that dominates, c) to determine the content of carbon in the mangrove forests, and d) to determine the relationship of the density of mangrove with a carbon content in the mangrove forest area in the village of Muarareja Tegal. Mangrove areas in the Village of Muarareja was dominated by Rhizophora mucronata with Relative Density (KR) in ponds: 42.11% - 100%, residential homes: 28.57% - 45.45%, the river: 31.58% - 61.90%, the beach : 59.09% - 73.68%. Relative dominance (DR) of ponds station: 34.71% - 100%, residential home stations: 14.24% - 39.61%, river station: 20.46% - 72.95%, coast stations: 64.08% - 92,25%. Importance Value Index (IVI) in ponds station: 76.82% - 200%, residential home stations: 42.81% - 85.07%, the river station: 52.03% - 134.85%, coast stations: 123.17% - 165.93%. Diversity Index (H) mangrove Rhizophora mucronata ranged by 0.000 - 0.692 and Uniformity Index (J) mangrove ranged by 0.000 - 2.107. The largest carbon content (tons / ha) was produced at the coast with the average number of total carbon content of the plot (tons / ha) was 189,942.77 tons / ha, followed by the river with the average number of total carbon content of the plot (tons / ha) was 179,011.49 tons / ha, the average number of total carbon content ot the plot for the ponds (tons / ha) was 176,519.79 tons / ha and with the average number of total carbon content of the plot (tons / ha) for the residential homes was 165,774.82 tons / ha. The density of mangrove has a very close correlation with the total carbon content in liters per hectare of the plot, the total carbon content in plants per hectare of the plot below, the total carbon content in leaves per hectare of the plot, and the total carbon content of soil per hectare of the plot. The total carbon content of the tree biomass per hectare on the plot, the total carbon content of nekromassa per hectare of the plot, and the total carbon content in the roots per hectare of the plots does not have a positive correlation with the density of mangrove.

Abstract

This research aims to know the objective information about (1) the application of problem-based learning strategy about earth and solar system material of tenth grade students of SMA 10 Singkawang (2) students’ achievement about earth and solar system material of tenth grade students of SMA 10 Singkawang (3) the correlation between problem based learning strategy about earth and solar system material with the students’ achievement of tenth grade students of SMA 10 Singkawang.This research is quantitative research and uses correlation study method. The populations in this research are all the social tenth grade students which consist of 133 students and the samples are 53 students by using random sampling proportional technique. The technique of collecting the data is indirect observations and indirect communication. The tools of data collection are questionnaire and interview sheet. The data analysis technique in this research is using product moment correlation formula.The result of the research shows that (1) the application of problem based learning strategy about earth and solar system material of tenth grade students of SMA 10 Singkawang is “very good” with percentage 90,07%; (2) the average score of students’ achievement about earth and solar system material of tenth grade students of SMA 10 Singkawang is 78,58 and categorize as “good”; (3) there is a significant and positive correlation between problem based learning strategy about earth and solar system material with the students’ achievement of tenth grade students of SMA 10 Singkawang and the r is 0,7549 and categorize as “strong”.

Abstract

Irrigation water management in Bali province, Indonesia has been well known due to the existence of traditional irrigation system, called subak. Subak is not only an institution in agriculture, but also as a part of Bali’s local wisdom. The philosophy of the subak system is Tri Hita Karana (three causes of happiness) which a basis for subak to manage irrigation and farming activities. The objective of this study is to describe the subak as organization and functions of customary law in sustaining the activities on farming and irrigation in subak system. The results of study point out that subak as an organization employs traditional management to members, particularly in irrigation and rice farming activities. In order to manage these activities, subak has established customary law based on the traditions happened in the community where subak is located and based on the Tri Hita Karana. Thus subak’s customary law is specific location in nature. Therefore, the  main contents of customary law concerning the parhyangan (relationship between farmers and God), pawongan (relationship among farmers) and and palemahan (relationship between farmers and environment). Applying Tri Hita Karana, subak ensures to achieve the harmony among the members and management board and make sustainable irrigation system.

Abstract

Abstract. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Wedi dalam mitigasi bencana gempa bumi yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Wedi Kabupaten Klaten. Populasi kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Wedi adalah 105 siswa dan jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 siswa dengan taraf kesalahan 10% (Sugiyono, 2010. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan presentase. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara undian (acak). Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk mengetahui mitigasi non struktural dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Wedi adalah Snowball Sampling. Jumlah sampel untuk mengetahui mitigasi non struktural dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi yang dilakukan  oleh siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Wedi adalah 9 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan siswa kelas X baik kelas X.A, X.B maupun kelas X.C menunjukan tingkat pengetahuan cukup dalam mitigasi bencana gempa bumi sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mitigasi non struktural yang dilakukan di sekolah SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Wedi dilakukan oleh orang lain bukan siswa akan tetapi siswa sudah mengetahui tujuan dilakukannya mitigasi non struktural di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan MAN 2 Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif sebelumnya dilakukan uji korelasi product moment untuk uji validitas. Sampel yang diambil yaitu 39 guru MAN 2 Kabupaten Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala  sekolah, motivasi  berprestasi  dan  iklim  sekolah  terhadap  kinerja  guru  MAN  2 Kabupaten Probolinggo besarnya pengaruh secara simultan (93,2%). Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (10,1%), antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru (8,6%) dan besarnya pengaruh antara iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (16,3%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ditemukannya permasalahan pada penelitian sebelumnya yaitu adanya model pembelajaran terpadu namun media yang digunakan masih terpisah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah media yang mampu memadukan semua materi IPS. Rumusan masalah difokuskan pada apakah media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi freemind dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS SD di SD di jurusan PGMI Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research & Development Uji coba media dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen. Tiga hasil penelitian ini yaitu Media yang diproduksi adalah media pembelajaran dengan tema Indonesia klasik ini berupa media visual dari penggunaan aplikasi mindmap/freemind. Media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi mindmap/freemind dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS SD di jurusan PGMI UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi mindmap/freemind dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi IPS Mahasiswa lebih tinggi dari pada media yang lain. Oleh karena itu media pembelajaran ini sebaiknya terus digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS.

Abstract

A special objective research: 1. Class management of XI IPS1 high group students and low group students among all Public Senior High Schools in Singkawang. 2. Study results of economic subjects from students XI IPS1 with high and low group in Public Senior High Schools in Singkawang. 3. Class management is a determinative factor of students’ learning result of high and low group in Public Senior High Schools in Singkawang. Urgency of the research: Practically for students: 1. Class management as an effort to improve student motivation in the learning process of economic subjects study. 2 .Improving students’ study result in economic subject .For teachers: 1. This research can give significant contribution for economic teachers in order to manage the class better. 2. Improving the quality of teaching and learning. For school: 1. Give contributions in improving quality of teachers. 2. Improving the rank of school success. Theoritically: The result of this research is expected to be able to increase teachers’ knowledge in general that is related to the theories about class management and study result.

Abstract

Ahmadiyya saga in Indonesia just like a never ending stories. Starting from the non-acceptance of them in society, violence and intimidation, pressure from Islamic organizations and the Indonesian Ulema Council. The government placed in the position of a dilemma. On one hand the government is required to protect its citizens in this regard Ahmadiyya followers are intimidated by a group or community that does not accept them, on the other hand the government must determine the manner in which the Government should disband and ban the Ahmadiyya. When the Ahmadiyya and other religious people defended using the excuse of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Human Rights artificial precisely considered weak and unable to protect Palestinians from Israeli attacks.  From here then comes the problem of where the followers of the Ahmadiyya to be able to put themselves in a society that does not accept them, Not an easy task to find the right solution for this case. Solutions that can be offered is to address these differences by looking at the cornerstone of our country Pancasila which has a single slogan Unity in Diversity. In that case author also concern about how the the government in maintaining security for Ahmadiyya followers whom a citizen of Indonesia as well? This is what will be studied in this paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)Memberikangambaran pemanfaatan Si Macan untuk meningkatkan kreativitasberfikir peserta didik pada mata pelajaran geografi di kelas X IIS 2 SMAN 1 Purwantoro tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 (2) Mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas berfikir peserta didik pada mata pelajaran geografi  di kelas X IIS 2 SMAN 1 Purwantoro tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengambil sampel kelas X IIS 2 pada tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sejumlah 26 peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumberdata primer yang berupa angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1)Pemanfaatan Si Macan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas berfikir peserta didik di kelas X IIS 2 SMAN 1 Purwantoro tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: tahap kondisi awal dilakukan perencanaan dilanjutkan dengan melaksanakan tindakan pada siklus 1 dilakukan refleksi untuk diperbaiki dalam siklus 2. (2) Dengan pemanfaatan Si Macan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas berfikir peserta didik di kelas X IIS 2 SMAN 1 Purwantoro tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 pada indikator Fluency, Flexibility dan Novelty

Abstract

The research aims to the effect of experience of shopping and perceived of price on perceived of quality and  perceived of value in the shopping center in Mall Paragon Solo, central Java, Indonesia. The collecting data was  questionnaires and observations. The sampling was used an accidental sampling of nonprobability sampling technique. The analysis of data using regression.  The results of research were (1) the experience of shopping has a negative effect and insignificant on perception of quality, (2) the perception of prices has a negative effect and insignificant on perception the quality, (3) the experience of shopping has a positive effect and significant on perception of value, and (4) the perception of prices has a positive effect and significant impact on perception of value as well as (5) the perception of quality has a negative effect and insignificant on perception of value.
