Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture (X1), motivation (X₂), and job satisfaction (Z) the Employee Performance (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) Region South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan area of Kuala Kapuas.The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research.  50 employees were taken as the samples with saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaire of Likert scale level 5. The collected data were then analyzed with the use SmartPLS.The test results proved that cultural organization did not significantly affect job satisfaction, organizational culture significantly influenced employee motivation, organization culture gave significantly effects on employee performance, motivation gave significantly effects on job satisfaction, motivation did not significantly gave effects on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly gave effects on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment through employee satisfaction PT.Bank Panin, Tbk Banjarbaru. This type of research is explanatory. Population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Bank Panin Tbk branch Banjarbaru with a sample of 32 people and using sampling techniques saturated. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that 1) the transformational leadership significantly influence organizational citizenhip behavior, 2) Transformational leadership is a significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Transformational leadership is a significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) Job satisfaction did not significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior, 5) Satisfaction work significant effect on organizational commitment, 6) commitment to the organization significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 7) transformational leadership has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, 8) transformational leadership is a significant effect on organizational commitment with job satisfaction, 9) job satisfaction influential significantly to organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study to synchronize between the potential to planning. The purpose in particular is to calculate and analyze the potential of the hotel and restaurant tax, calculate and analyze the effectiveness of tax collection of hotels and restaurants, and deliver development strategy hotel and restaurant tax in Kotabaru district.This study was designed to approach descriptive analysis to describe and analyze the potential tax revenues of hotels and restaurants in the district of Kotabaru. Survey conducted on 24 hotels and 165 restorant. Data were analyzed using models of computation approach and the potential effectiveness of hotel and restaurant taxes.The results showed that the hotel tax potential per year higher than the average budget hotel tax years 2010 to 2015, or by only 36.46% of the existing potential. Similarly, when compared to the budget 2015, only 47.42% of the existing potential. Potential restaurant tax per year is higher than the average budget restaurant tax from 2010 to 2015, or only 26.49% of the existing potential. Keywords: collection, effectiveness, hotel, restaurant, strategy, tax

Abstract

The purpose of this study to prove the influence of Competence (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and the Working Environment (X3) on employee performance (Y)Location Research Office Bank Branch in Banjarmasin city in South Kalimantan, that concist from 4 office branch with the size a sample of 48 employees were selected by sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using PLS.The test results prove competency significantly influence employee performance Bank branch Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan, with great effect by 66%, Work Discipline not significant effect on Employee Performance Bank branch in South Kalimantan Banjarmasin with great effect by 6.6%, and the Working Environment effect is not significant the Employee performance Bank branch in South Kalimantan Banjarmasin with great influence with the great influence of 11%. Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline and Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

The increasing of employees’ job performance on public (government) organization is an important and strategic substance against the development dynamic which from time to time is faced with increasingly complex global challenges. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze of the influence transformational on cohesiveness, job involvement and employees’ job performance. The study is designed to answer any formulaic problems, while also testing any given hypothesis at the same time.The study is a quantitative research which will prove causal relationship between latent exogenous variable (independent variable) of transformational leadership (X) with latent endogen dependent variable to job performance (Y3) and     latent endogen intervening variable cohesiveness (Y1) and job involvement (Y2).      Target populations in this study are structural officials (echelon II, III, and IV) in total of 560 people with samples amount to 150 people. Sample acquiring technique uses stratified proportional random sampling and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program version 18.The result of the study shows that the transformational leadership have positive and significant influence on employees’ job performance. The result of the study also shows transformational leadership have positive and significant influence on             cohesiveness and job involvement. As are cohesiveness and job involvement have      positive and significant influence on employees’ job performance. Key Words : Transformational Leadership, Cohesiveness, Job Involvement and Job Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to prove the influence Prerequisite Credit (5C) partially composed of Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), Condition of Economy (X5) against Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment Customers Bank Kalsel Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin, proving the influence Prerequisites Credits (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Kalsel Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin and prove variable (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) in which the most significant effect on the Payment Smoothness (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan.The study population is the Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan which amounts to 130 people. Sampling technique used sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using SPSS structural model.The test results prove 1). Character (X1) partially significant effect on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin South Kalimantan with great influence 25.3%. 2). Capacity (X2) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan to PT Bank Kalsel employee performance with great influence 26.7%. 3). Capital (X3) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan (1.1%). 4). Collateral (X4) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan against the influence of 27.5%. 5). Condition of Economy (X5) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan (0.7%). 6). Prerequisites Credit (5C) but not significant effect simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan (18.5%) of employees of PT Bank Kalsel performance with great influence 26.7% Training significant effect on Employee Performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence 24.34% 3) Financial Compensation significant effect on employee performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence 31.11%. Bank Kalsel, Martapura branches totaling 40 people. Sampling technique used sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using the structural model SmartPLS.The test results prove 1). Work Motivation signifikan` affect the Employee Performance PT Bank Kalsel employees with major influence (33.11%) 2). Training significantly influence employee performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence of 24.34% 3) Financial Compensation significant influence significantly the Employee Performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence of 31.11%. Keywords: Work Motivation, Training, Financial Compensation and Employee Performancee
