Abstract

Bullying merupakan istilah untuk tindakan kekerasan atau penindasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang lebih kuat baik dari segi umur, kekuatan, kekuasaan kepada pihak yang lemah. Bentuk dari perilaku bullying yaitu bullying fisik, bullying verbal dan bullying mental/psikologis yang dapat berdampak buruk kepada korbannya, seperti lebam, luka, sakit, penakut, dan lain sebagainya dan untuk jangka panjang yaitu terganggunya kondisi psikologis dan penyesuaian sosial yang buruk. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling/Konselor memiliki peranan penting dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi bullying di sekolah salah satunya dengan latihan asertif.

Abstract

Experiential Learning (EL) has become one of a modern method implemented in ELT contexts. The use of this method has benefited both English teachers and learners in some contexts. EL method is implemented based on learners` experiences. The experiences can lead the learners to a practical knowledge that is needed for their future teaching experiences. To sum up, EL method covers all aspects of teaching and learning.

Abstract

An educator should be able to realize the teaching behavior appropriately, in order to be able to realize the fair behavior of students through effective teaching and learning interactions in a conducive teaching and learning situation. One of them know what the psychological aspects in teaching. Psychological aspects of learning including the interests, attitudes, motivation and activity arising or developing in the learning process. Mathematics learning objectives related to their interests, attitudes, motivation, creativity and activity can be acceptable if the learning activity contributes to the development of the individual, social competence, or life satisfaction.

Abstract

There are many differences among second language learners. In first language acquisition by children, individual differences (e.g. across genders or the language being learned) are largely overshadowed by striking similarities in terms of natural stages and ultimate attainment. However, in second language acquisition, individual differences have more of an impact on the second language learning process, and their role has thus received considerable attention in recent years. Learners beliefs and affective factors are likely to have a direct effect on second language learning, but they themselves may be influenced by a number of general factors relating to learners ability and desire to learn and the way they choose to go about learning. One of those important areas of difference among second language learners is age. We now turn to a discussion of four main effects of age on second language acquisition.
