The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between hemodialysis frequency and stress level in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Hemodialysis Installation of RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu City in 2016. The research design used by researchers was a descriptive analytic method, namely research that aims to explain each of the variables studied. The results showed that of 58 respondents with frequency of hemodialysis, there were often 28 respondents (48.3%) with moderate stress levels, 17 respondents (29.3%) with mild stress levels, and there were 13 respondents (22.4 %) with a high stress level while from 9 respondents with hemodialysis frequency there were not often 5 respondents (55.6%) with mild stress levels, 3 respondents (33.3%) with moderate stress levels and 1 respondent (11 , 1) with a mild stress level. Conclusion, There is a significant relationship between HD frequency and stress level in CKD patients at the Hemodialysis installation at RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2016. This type of research is descriptive research. The results showed almost all respondents had age <20 and> 35 years, more than some respondents were female, more than some respondents had sufficient income / more, almost some of the respondents had severe depression levels, more than some respondents had both in family support, more than most respondents have a high quality of life. Conclusion, there is a relationship between age, sex, income, depression, and family support with the quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in cognitive function between men and women of elderly after being given brain gym intervention in patients with cognitive impairment. This research used experiment method, using Quasi experiment design with pre and posttest design. The results showed that there was a difference of cognitive function between men and women of elderly after giving brain exercise intervention with P value = 0,025. Conclusion, there was a difference in the effectiveness of brain gym on improving cognitive function between men and women of elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of puzzle play social adaptation on mental retardation students in SDLB Dharma Wanita Bengkulu City. The research design used was pre-experimental design with the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the average number of children who experienced mental retardation before the puzzle game had unfavorable social adaptations and the average number of children who experienced mental retardation after doing the puzzle game had a fairly good social adaptation and there was no effect between playing technical skills. puzzle. For social adaptation of students with mental retardation in Dharma Wanita SDLB in the city of Bengkulu (p = 0.004). In conclusion, there is an influence between playing puzzle on the ability to adapt socially to mental retardation students at SDLB Dharma Wanita Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of the Glenn Doman methods stages 1 and 2 on the development of thinking communication in children with autism at the Bengkulu Autism Center. The research design used was quasi experiment, with the design used was two groups before after or pre-test and post test group design. The results showed that in the univariate analysis the majority of respondents aged 3-4 years with the majority of male sex with the ability to speak in the control group and the treatment group before being given glenn doman therapy stages 1 and 2 were quite capable. And the development of communication in the majority treatment group increased to be able. In bivariate analysis, it was known that the value of p v 0,000 <0.05. Conclusion, there is a significant influence of stage 1 and 2 glenn doman therapy on the development of communication of children with autism at Bengkulu Autis Center. Keywords: Autism, Glenn Doman

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of learning motivation in smartphone users in SMP Negeri 4 Garut. The research method in this research is to use a descriptive research method. The results of the study half of the students (50.6%) rarely use smartphones and almost half the students (41.6%) have enough motivation to learn in SMP Negeri 4 Garut. Conclusion, Students who rarely use smartphones have sufficient learning motivation and students who often use smartphones have less learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the role of midwives in monitoring and early detection of high risk of pregnancy in the work area of Basuki Rahmat Health Center. The research method uses quantitative research with cross sectional study approach. The results of the study, more 60% of respondents had an unfavorable midwife role, 52% were early adulthood, 16% had low education, 48% had sufficient knowledge, 55% had a favorable attitude, 60% had high motivation, 44% had never had training , 60% never get rewards, 40% never get supervision. Conclusion, there is no significant relationship between education and the role of midwives in monitoring and early detection of high risk of pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the description of procurement of nursing home information management systems for telenursing home visits at hospitals. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The research design that researchers use modifies the research theory (R) and development (D). Development of telenursing technology based on BAN technology (body area network) can provide monitoring results in real time and connected with WSN (wireless sensor network) transmission through integration with deviceendusers (laptops) which in design and implementation can be used in rural and remote areas. The results of the study there is a system design program that has the advantage of being able to be used to send medical data of patients, the main complaints, the type of disease they feel (mild, moderate and severe), visualization of data in image, sound and text, even video can be used as a detector for patient health digital based via video mail, and family health history with multimedia medical records techniques that are connected to the hospital health care center. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The research was directly tested on nurses to gain nurses' understanding in using telenursing. Conclusions, which are obtained from this study are the enthusiasm of nurses in accepting new challenges in providing telenursing services is very high, it can have an impact on the ability to improve effective communication between nurses and patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the effect of Benson's relaxation on the reduction of the patient's pain in post-Caesarean section pain. This research method uses a quantitative method with a Quasi experimental design of One group Pre Test and Post Test with a sample of 22 people. The results of the study using Wilcoxon analysis showed p Value 0,000 p ≤0.05. The conclusion of this study is the effect of Benson's relaxation on the reduction of the pain of post-sectio caesarean pain in patients at Raja Ahmad Thabib Regional Hospital. Hubungan Antara Reliability dan Responsiveness dengan Loyalitas Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Liza Wati

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of reliability and responsiveness of nursing with patient loyalty in the inpatient room of Tanjungpinang City Hospital. Research design with a correlational study approach. The results showed that more than half of the respondents came from the early adult age group of 38 people (57.6%), female sex (51.5%), highly educated (50%), and working (77.3%). Based on the distance of the respondent's residence, it is found that more than half of the respondents live far from the hospital (57.6%), in general respondents use insurance (83.3%). Based on treatment experience, it is known that more than half of patients have never been treated at Tanjungpinang City Hospital (57.6%). The results showed the perception of reliability (p = 0.008), and perception of responsiveness (p = 0.002). Conclusion, there is a significant correlation with patient loyalty, strength of relationship and positive direction. The most dominant variable is responsiveness.
