Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences between the play circuit method and the training circuit method for student dribbling skills. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study amounted to 44 players. The sample in this study overall from a population of 44 people. Data collection techniques with tests. Data analysis techniques using the F Test and Tuckey Test. The Tuckey Test Analysis Results obtained the mean score of the group training method = 40.81 significantly higher than the mean score of the training method of group training exercises = 39.21 (Qh = 3.14> Qt = 2.93). Results of data analysis obtained Fcount = 4.94 while Ftable = 4.06. Based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded that the value of Fcount = 4.94> Ftable = 4.06 thus it can be concluded that there are differences between the play circuit method and the training circuit method on dribbling skills. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of shuttle run and zig-zag run exercises in increasing the agility of taekwondo athletes. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design control group design. The results showed, (1) shuttle run training had a significant effect on increasing agility (thit = 61.42> ttab = 2.26); (2) ziq-zaq run exercises have a significant effect on increasing agility (thit = 169.06> ttab = 2.26); (3) ziq-zaq run exercises are more effective in increasing agility compared to shuttle run exercises (thit = 25.64> ttab = 2.26). In conclusion, training with the zig-zag run method is more effective in increasing the agility of taekwondo athletes. Keywords: Shuttle-Run, Zig-Zag Run, Agility, Taekwondo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength to smash skills in the game of volleyball on extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 Seluma. This study uses the correlation method, which is a correlation analysis technique with product moment statistics, this study uses a sample of 24 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Students have the level of arm muscle strength in the adequate category with an average of 13.46 and the level of smash skills have a level of smash skills in the good category with an average of 18.33, t-count ≥ t-table is 7.62 ≥ 2 .07 at the significance level α = 0.05 (0.5%). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and smash ability Keywords: Arm Muscle Strength, Smash Skills

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of endurance ability of the heart and breathing of students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is 104 students of sport and health education at Pasir Pengaraian University, then selected by purposive sampling as a sample of 21 sons, semester II students of 2016. The data collection technique is by running a 1200 meter running test. Data were analyzed using the formula P = F / n X 100%. The results of this study indicate that, of the 21 samples known as many as 13 people (61.90%) are in the good category. Conclusion, the ability of heart endurance and breathing students of sports and health education is in the good category. Keywords: Ability of Heart Endurance, Respiration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of playing throwing a ball to improve the learning of passing under volleyball for Class IV Elementary 85 / II Floating Mudik students. The study used a class action research design which was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were Class IV students, totaling 20 students. Volleyball learning outcomes data obtained through performance tests, observation sheets are used to collect data on student activities in following the volleyball learning process with the throwing ball method. The results of this study were obtained based on an assessment of three aspects, namely psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. The results of the study showed a significant improvement from cycle I to cycle II. The results of the assessment, in the first cycle 58.62% in the complete category the number of students who completed was 15 students. In cycle II there was an increase in students in the complete category by 82.76% with the number of students who completed was 18 students. Abstract

This study aims to develop a handball module for valid Physical Health and Recreation Education STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau students. This study uses a research and development research and development (R&D) approach, in which this research develops teaching material products in the form of handball game modules, for this research is only limited to the development stage at the validation stage. Validity test in this stage is a theoretical validity that is validation carried out by experts in their field consisting of three validators. Validation includes language validation, material / content validation and media / design validation. The results of the developed handball module meet the validity criteria with a language validity value of 94%, media / design validity of 90% and a content / material validity value of 94% which can be interpreted to be very valid. In conclusion, the handball module is very valid to be used in the learning process of students. Keywords: Module, Handball

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of bolavoli extracurricular in SDN 85 Lubuklinggau. The population of this study were all students who participated in the implementation of volleyball extracurricular totaling 30 people. The sample in this study was taken using a total sampling technique where the sample in this study was the entirety of the research population of 30 people. Data collection techniques using a research instrument questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis, 1) the level of achievement of students 'motivation in the implementation of volleyball extracurricular activities is in the classification of Enough, namely the level of achievement of respondents' answers reached 60%, 2) the level of achievement of facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of volleyball extracurricular activities is in the classification of Good, ie with a level of achievement of 62%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the mastery of the techniques of passing, control, dribbling and shooting students of SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all students who took part in soccer extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique. Data were collected using measurements of all three variables, tests conducted were tests of passing, control and dribbling. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics namely frequency tabulation. The results of the study, based on the analysis of passing and controlling test data, found that out of 20 students, none had passing and control in either category, and 8 students (40%) had abilities in the Medium category and 12 students (60%) has the ability to pass and control in the category of Less. While the dribbling ability of 20 students, obtained 4 students (20%) have dribbling ability in the Good category, and 9 students (45%) have dribbling ability in the Medium category and 7 students (35%) are included in the Poor category. For kicks (shooting) students who have the Very Good category are as many as 2 people (10%) and the Good category are as many as 3 people (15%) and those who have a Fair category are as many as 8 people (40%) and 5 people (25 %) has Very Less Shooting ability. Conclusion, it still needs to be improved in basic soccer technical training. Keywords: Ability, Basic Football Techniques
